Mobile Country Club Introduce
Welcome to Mobile Country Club, a 55+ mobile home park located at 1415 84th St SE, Everett, WA 98208, USA. For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might also be considering long-term senior living options in a well-regarded community, Mobile Country Club presents an interesting opportunity. While primarily a mobile home park designed for long-term residents, understanding its features and environment can be beneficial for those exploring various housing solutions in the Everett area.
Based on the available customer reviews, Mobile Country Club appears to be a very well-maintained community. One recent resident who just purchased a unit confirms this, stating it is a "55+ park and well maintained." This suggests that the management places importance on the upkeep of the grounds and facilities, contributing to a pleasant living environment for its residents. This is a significant factor for seniors seeking a comfortable and aesthetically pleasing place to reside.
A more detailed review from a former resident who lived in Mobile Country Club from 2013 to 2017 echoes the sentiment of it being "very well maintained." This long-term perspective provides further confidence in the consistent upkeep of the park over several years. The former resident also highlights the presence of "several amenities," although the exact nature and operating hours of these amenities, such as the clubhouse, would need to be confirmed directly with the park management.
The former resident also brings up a specific environmental factor related to the park's location. Situated near a cemetery that lies between the park and a mall, Mobile Country Club experiences a "transient problem." This means that individuals may pass through the park as a shortcut between these two locations. While the former resident notes that most theft incidents involved unlocked vehicles, this is still a point of consideration for potential residents regarding security and personal belongings. The suggestion for better perimeter security and a gate indicates that this was a perceived area for improvement by at least one long-term resident.
Another issue mentioned by the former resident was speeding within the park. Despite a 10 miles per hour speed limit, some individuals reportedly did not adhere to it. This is a common concern in residential communities and highlights the importance of community awareness and enforcement of park rules to ensure the safety and comfort of all residents.
On a more positive note, the former resident had high praise for the park staff, describing them as "excellent." This suggests that residents can expect professional and helpful service from the management team. Furthermore, the review mentions that the "amenities were awesome" and that the "rents much lower than other parks in the area." This combination of well-regarded amenities and potentially more affordable living costs could be a significant draw for seniors on a fixed income or those seeking good value.
The former resident also had a very positive opinion of the park owner, describing them as "one of the best people we ever had the privilege of knowing." This speaks to the potential for positive and caring management within the community, which can greatly enhance the overall living experience for residents.
Considering Mobile Country Club in the context of "RV parks near me," it is important to reiterate that this is primarily a 55+ mobile home park. While the presence of amenities might suggest some overlap with facilities found in RV parks, it is unlikely to cater to short-term RV stays. Individuals specifically searching for temporary RV parking in the Everett area should look for dedicated RV parks or campgrounds. However, for those considering a move to a senior mobile home community, the information about Mobile Country Club's maintenance, amenities, and staff is highly relevant.
To gain a complete understanding of Mobile Country Club, prospective residents should contact the management directly at (425) 355-1330 or +1 425-355-1330. Inquiries should include current lot availability, monthly fees, a detailed list and operating hours of the amenities, and any security measures in place. Visiting the park in person would also be beneficial to assess the overall environment, the condition of the park, and the feel of the community. Asking about the transient situation and any measures taken to address speeding within the park would also be prudent.
In conclusion, Mobile Country Club in Everett, WA, appears to be a well-maintained 55+ mobile home park with several amenities and a positive reputation among its residents, particularly regarding the staff and owner. The potential for lower rents compared to other parks in the area adds to its appeal. However, prospective residents should be aware of the reported transient traffic due to the park's location and inquire about security measures. While not a traditional "RV park," Mobile Country Club offers a long-term senior living option in a community that values maintenance and provides various amenities for its residents. Direct communication with the management is crucial to ascertain if it meets individual needs and preferences for senior living.

Mobile Country Club Reviews
Just bought a unit and slowly moving in. 55+ park and we'll maintained. Several amenities not sure of clubhouse hours though.
Dec 30, 2024 · Julie GroteWe moved there in 2013, Very well maintained, There is a transient problem due to the cemetery being between the mall and the park, Most thief that have occur happened mostly due to unlocked vehicles, We loved living there up until 2017 when we moved out of state. The biggest problem we saw was speeders, Folks just can't abide by 10 miles per hour. That staff is excellent and the amenities were awesome and rents much lower than other parks in the area. The owner is one of the best people we ever had the privilege of knowing. Great people , Great park, Only suggestion was that it would have wonderful had the park been gated and the perimeter better secured to prevent transient from entering the park, Many use the park as a short cut from one area to another.
Dec 12, 2017 · Larry HarrisThis is a wonderful senior mobile home park with over 200 homes. Great amenities, well maintained, lots of activities to enjoy. There are waiting lists for potential buyers. Voted by city of Everett as best sr mobile home park in 2017. Homes are older but well kept and management enforces safety and maintenance. There are staff who can be hired to assist owners with maintenance if disabled. No renters allowed.
May 19, 2018 · Jeanie BellamyQuiet, clean, friendly, helpful, law abiding citizens, well i dont really know about the law abiding part. BUT I do know that they follow the Rules as well as any other person living in the park. I love when I get to visit my mama,There.
Sep 29, 2017 · Jessica HartNice place to live, nice community of seniors. Clubhouse closed secondary to COVID, otherwise open for activities, bingo for money! Cribbage every week for money and domino's for money. Hopefully will get Pinochle for money restarted too. Clean place, nice management on site! Potlucks will restart soon too! Hobby shop available too after COVID closure lifted! Clubhouse has nice large pool, open usually July to Auguse or September. 3 pool tables downstairs and large library with books, CDs movies, books on tape, a couple thousand books and a few washers and dryers as well as a small workout room and sauna and bathrooms with a couple showers. Also nice doggie park with 4 foot gate and gate/key access to cemetary for walking and Everett Mall/Wal-Mart accesd. Excellent place to run and walk dogs too. 😀
