Maple Grove RV Resort Introduce
Are you searching for "RV parks near me" in the Everett, Washington area? Maple Grove RV Resort, located at 12417 Hwy 99, Everett, WA 98204, USA, offers a potentially welcoming and convenient option for RV travelers. Based on the available customer reviews, the resort presents a mixed picture, highlighting both positive aspects like accessibility and community feel, alongside potential drawbacks such as site size and noise.
One reviewer expresses a strong sense of belonging, stating, "Feels like home." This suggests that Maple Grove RV Resort fosters a comfortable and welcoming atmosphere for its guests, where individuals may feel a sense of community and ease during their stay. This positive sentiment can be a significant draw for those seeking more than just a place to park their RV.
Another reviewer, new to RVing, shares a positive first impression, noting that while the "place seems compressed, it is very nice." This indicates that while the layout might be somewhat compact, the overall aesthetic and upkeep of the resort are pleasing. A particularly noteworthy feature mentioned is the provision of "huge bathroom and showers for people like me" with mobility disabilities. The reviewer emphasizes the cleanliness of these facilities, as well as the "super clean wash facilities" with a strict "no pet rugs or beds allowed" policy, which they found "awesome." This strong emphasis on cleanliness and accessibility is a significant advantage for guests with specific needs and those who appreciate well-maintained amenities.
Furthermore, this reviewer also highlights the friendly neighbors and commends "Don at the front desk" as "a real gentleman," indicating positive interactions with both fellow guests and the staff. Feeling welcomed and encountering helpful staff can greatly enhance the overall RV park experience, especially for newcomers to the lifestyle. The reviewer also mentions being mindful of "quiet time" and adjusting their habits to respect other guests, suggesting a generally considerate community within the resort.
However, not all feedback is entirely positive. One reviewer points out a significant limitation for owners of large recreational vehicles, stating, "Sites are EXTREMELY small for big rigs." This is a crucial consideration for those traveling in larger RVs, as it suggests that maneuvering and fitting into the designated sites might be challenging or even impossible. Potential guests with larger rigs should definitely inquire about site dimensions and suitability before making a reservation.
This same reviewer also mentions that while "utilities were good," their specific "site was concrete was NOT level." Uneven sites can create inconveniences for RVers, requiring the use of leveling blocks to ensure proper functionality of appliances and overall comfort. Additionally, they reiterate the feeling of being in close proximity to other RVs, stating, "Basically you were on top of each other," reinforcing the earlier comment about the park feeling "compressed." This lack of spaciousness between sites could impact privacy and the overall sense of tranquility.
Another point of concern raised is the cost of the laundry facilities, described as "clean, but expensive." While cleanliness is a definite plus, the cost factor might be a deterrent for guests, especially those on longer stays or with larger laundry needs.
The reviewer also notes that the "Driveway in & out was very narrow, so rigs could not go in and out safely." This presents a potential safety hazard and an added stress point for RV drivers, particularly those with larger vehicles or less experience navigating tight spaces. The narrow driveway could lead to difficulties in maneuvering and potentially cause damage to RVs or the park infrastructure.
The location of Maple Grove RV Resort on Hwy 99 is also mentioned, with the reviewer stating that it is "a very busy road." This could result in significant traffic noise within the park, potentially impacting the peace and quiet that some RVers seek. Additionally, they note that "There is music playing outside of the park sometimes until 2am," which could be a considerable disturbance, especially during designated quiet hours.
Despite these concerns, the reviewer does offer a positive note about the staff, stating, "Office staff was very nice." This aligns with the other reviewer's positive mention of "Don at the front desk" and suggests that the management and staff are generally helpful and courteous.
In summary, Maple Grove RV Resort appears to be a community-oriented RV park that prioritizes cleanliness and accessibility, particularly in its bathroom and washroom facilities. The friendly neighbors and helpful office staff contribute to a welcoming atmosphere. However, potential guests, especially those with large RVs, should be aware of the potentially small and unlevel sites, the narrow driveway, the proximity to a busy highway which may result in noise, and the possibility of external noise disturbances. The laundry facilities are reported to be clean but expensive.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Everett, Maple Grove RV Resort offers a location on Hwy 99 with potentially easy access. To make an informed decision, it is highly recommended to contact the resort directly at (425) 321-8531 or +1 425-321-8531 to inquire about site availability and suitability for your RV size, current rates, specific amenities, and any policies regarding noise and quiet hours. Asking about the levelness of sites and the ease of navigating the driveway would also be prudent. While the positive aspects of community and cleanliness are appealing, it's crucial to weigh these against the potential limitations regarding site size and noise based on your individual needs and preferences for an RV park experience.

Maple Grove RV Resort Reviews
Feels like home .I got here and while the place seems compressed, it is very nice . I have a mobility disability and they have a huge bathroom and showers for people like me . So clean, also super clean wash facilities( no pet rugs or beds allowed which is awesom) neighbors are friendly, and Don at the front desk is a real gentleman . This is my first Rv so I'm learning the ropes I silenced the beep on my truck when locking to respect "quite time " now as a musician, " quite time " will require some adjustment but I totally understand . The first impression is very good , I feel welcomed .

Jun 20, 2024 · Mary ManiaciWe spent 5 nights at Maple Grove in February and highly recommend it. The facilities are clean, there's great water pressure and hot water in the showers, the community laundry spaces are well-maintained and convenient and Don, the manager on site, was a joy. He's friendly, organized and we hope to make it back here soon.
Feb 13, 2024 · Beth BrewerWhen we arrived the space assigned would not accommodate our coach and tow vehicle so they required us to park the tow vehicle in a separate lot quite the walk from our space. I’m handicapped with a broken foot so this wasn’t going to work for our long term stay. So we found new arrangements at another park. Management agreed to pro-rate a refund based on the time we stayed but they kept the deposit and advanced electric fees we paid amounting to over $200 they cheated us for. The spaces here are tight and they knew we wouldn’t fit before traveling the 1000 miles to get there. I call that cheating and lying.Update: after posting my original review management decided to make good on the electric pro-rated refund. Thank you! When I made the reservation I accurately reported what my equipment was. Despite this, I was booked into a spot I couldn’t fit in.
May 01, 2024 · Keith SweseyExcellent stay at this park! Mr. Don in the office was especially accommodating and beyond helpful. Clean bathrooms with individual shower stalls, and clean laundry room. Level, shady sites. Would definitely stay here again!!
