I used to love this park. Been here in and out (mostly in) for 30+ years. They have become hypocritical liars. They enforce rules harder on the people, like us who pay our rent, on time, every single month for 30 year yet these otherwise the park go along workout park stickers or dogs off leash. Management has been aware as we advised them and they due nothing. According to them you would be towed if you don't have a park sticker or guest sign on each car......nothing. YET we were towed when they did street sweeping and we had told the manager we'd be right out to move our cars when we brought the dogs in, well I went out literally 3 minutes after that and our cars were towed! In 3 minutes! And she knew we were moving them. I saw other cars in the park and none were towed. Why harass your good tenants? Well I'm ready to talk......they have tried my patience with all the harassment. She even refused to let us win for best decorated house for Halloween!!! Every person that came or passed by said we were the best by far! It's ridiculous how is long timers have to feel like they're trying to push us out cuz they'd get more for rent from the New people. We can't afford to move our home so we're stuck. And they will not push us out. These issues have been brought to the attention of the city and attorney general. But yet again, they lie their ways out of it. If you look at other reviews you will see the hypocritical, bias people they are. Real sad when you feel like your being watched constantly while others have messy unkept yards, no stickers on their cars walking their pets unleashed. We have dogs and they are always leashed and we pick up after their poo poo just like your supposed to anywhere. Why do these others, half illegal, get away with everything in this park? They also took down my greivences on their fb page. Absolutely no bad wordsOr anything like that and they lie and said it automatically gets taken down. But then they blocked me also! Hahaha.....so instead of trying to talk to the tennants with complaints tgey just sweep it under the rug.Angry HOMEOWNER in a communist run park by hypocritical weirdos. - Darlene Risvold

Lakeside North (MHP) Introduce

Lakeside North (MHP) is a mobile home community situated at 1200 Foss Rd, New Brighton, MN 55112. When considering "RV Parks Near Me," it is important to clarify that Lakeside North primarily functions as a residential mobile home park, providing lots for manufactured homes on a long-term basis, rather than short-term RV transient spaces. However, for those seeking a stable, established community for their mobile home in the New Brighton area, this park presents itself as an option.

For inquiries, Lakeside North (MHP) can be reached at (612) 360-2262 or via mobile at +1 612-360-2262. These contact numbers provide a direct line to the park management for prospective residents to discuss available lots, community guidelines, and any other relevant information.

Based on comprehensive feedback from residents, the environment at Lakeside North (MHP) presents a mixed picture. While some residents have established long-term roots, indicating a historical sense of community, recent experiences highlight challenges in maintaining a consistent and equitable living environment for all. The park's appearance and the general environment are subject to management's enforcement of rules and maintenance efforts. The overall atmosphere can be influenced by the relationships between residents and park management, as well as the adherence to community standards by all tenants.

In terms of services, Lakeside North (MHP) provides lots for mobile homes. Standard services in such parks typically include access to utilities, though the exact setup (e.g., direct billing or inclusion in lot rent for water, sewer, trash, etc.) would need to be confirmed directly with park management. Road maintenance, such as street sweeping and snow plowing of common areas, would also fall under the park's responsibility. However, resident reviews indicate issues with these services, particularly concerning the timing and execution of tasks like street sweeping and snow removal of tree branches. The lack of proactive tree maintenance, leading to fallen branches blocking access, is a significant concern raised by a resident, suggesting potential inconsistencies in the provision of essential maintenance services.

Regarding features, Lakeside North (MHP) offers a setting for mobile home living within New Brighton, MN. The long tenure of some residents suggests that for a significant period, the park has served as a stable home. However, recent feedback points to a decline in resident satisfaction due to perceived inconsistencies in rule enforcement. While a mobile home park aims to offer a community environment, the experiences shared suggest that the features of community engagement and equitable treatment may be impacted by current management practices. For instance, the experience of having cars towed swiftly during street sweeping, despite prior communication with management, while other non-compliant vehicles were seemingly ignored, highlights a significant concern about fairness and communication.

Promotional information for Lakeside North (MHP) would ideally emphasize its location in New Brighton, offering access to local amenities, schools, and transportation within the broader Twin Cities area. It would also highlight the opportunity for long-term mobile home residency, which can be an affordable housing solution for many. However, based on the recent detailed reviews, any promotional message must be considered in light of resident experiences. For potential residents, the park's appeal would stem from its established nature and the potential for a quiet, residential environment, provided that management issues are addressed.

The feedback from long-term residents, some with over 30 years of history in the park, indicates a deep-rooted connection to the community that has, for many years, been a positive living space. However, these same reviews express significant frustration with recent management practices, describing them as "hypocritical" and exhibiting "bias." Concerns include selective rule enforcement, with allegations of strict application of rules (e.g., park stickers, guest signs, swift towing) on compliant tenants, while other non-compliant residents (e.g., dogs off-leash, unkempt yards, lack of stickers) are reportedly ignored. This disparity in enforcement creates a sense of unfairness and harassment among residents who feel targeted despite their adherence to park rules.

Another critical issue raised is the perceived lack of responsiveness and care from management regarding maintenance and emergency situations. An instance involving a large tree branch blocking a resident's exit after heavy snow, and the delayed and inadequate response from management, paints a concerning picture of their emergency maintenance protocols. The failure to address previous requests for tree trimming and to provide necessary amenities like steps for an emergency exit further exacerbates these concerns. Such incidents can significantly impact residents' safety and quality of life.

Furthermore, residents report feeling "watched constantly" and experiencing difficulty in having their grievances addressed through official channels, including social media platforms, where comments were reportedly removed and individuals blocked. This suggests a lack of transparency and a reluctance from management to engage constructively with resident complaints. The feeling of being "stuck" due to the financial impracticality of moving a mobile home adds to the residents' distress, making the management's actions feel particularly impactful.

In conclusion, Lakeside North (MHP) is an established mobile home park in New Brighton, MN, offering long-term residency. While it has historically been a desirable community for many, current resident feedback highlights significant concerns regarding management practices, including inconsistent rule enforcement, perceived bias, lack of responsiveness to maintenance issues, and difficulties in addressing grievances. For individuals searching for "RV Parks Near Me" with a view to long-term mobile home living, it is crucial to conduct thorough due diligence, including direct communication with park management and, if possible, speaking with current residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current living experience at Lakeside North (MHP) before making a decision.
