Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park Introduce
For individuals in Grand Junction, Colorado, exploring various long-term housing solutions, including those who might initially search for "RV Parks Near Me" but are open to more permanent residential options, Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park offers a unique proposition. Located at 2925 North Ave, Grand Junction, CO 81504, USA, Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park is more than just a traditional mobile home community; it presents a diverse range of rental units. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park, encompassing its environment, the variety of services and features it offers, and any discernable promotional aspects, based on available customer feedback.
The environment at Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park is characterized by its quiet community atmosphere. This is a significant positive aspect, often sought after by residents desiring a peaceful living space away from the hustle and bustle. The presence of a "quiet community" suggests a well-managed environment where residents can enjoy a sense of calm and privacy. While specific details about landscaping, common areas, or aesthetic upkeep are not provided, the emphasis on quietude implies a residential setting conducive to comfortable living. The location on 2925 North Ave places it within Grand Junction, offering convenient access to local amenities, services, and transportation routes within the city. For those who prioritize a serene environment when considering "RV Parks Near Me" for extended stays or a move to a more permanent residence, the quiet nature of Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park would be a noteworthy attribute.
One of the most distinctive aspects of Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park, and a key element of its services, is the "variety of units" it offers. Unlike many mobile home parks that strictly cater to mobile homes, Grand Rivers expands its housing options to include "studios, cabins, apartments, and mobile homes to rent." This diverse portfolio significantly broadens its appeal, allowing prospective residents to choose a housing type that best suits their needs and preferences. This variety is a unique selling point, particularly for those whose initial search for "RV Parks Near Me" might evolve into a search for more traditional long-term rentals. The park management is also highlighted for its positive attributes, with the manager described as "very helpful and polite." This indicates a customer-service oriented approach, which is crucial for fostering a positive living experience. Furthermore, a notable service feature is that "often, utilities are included in the rent." This can be a significant financial benefit for residents, simplifying budgeting and potentially leading to cost savings. The phone numbers for Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park are (970) 243-1676 and +1 970-243-1676, providing direct contact for inquiries about these diverse housing options and services.
In terms of features, Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park's primary characteristic is its adaptability in housing solutions. The availability of studios, cabins, apartments, and mobile homes on a rental basis means the park caters to a wide demographic, from single individuals to small families, who might be seeking different living arrangements. This contrasts with many "RV Parks Near Me" that offer only RV pads. The flexibility in housing types is a major feature that sets Grand Rivers apart. Another key feature is the varying rent structure, which "varies according to the housing you choose," allowing for different price points and catering to diverse budgets. The inclusion of utilities in the rent, when applicable, is also a highly attractive feature, simplifying financial management for residents. The park's social environment is subtly indicated by a review mentioning having "friends that live there," suggesting a friendly and established community, which can be an important feature for those looking to integrate into a neighborhood. However, it is important to objectively acknowledge a negative piece of feedback regarding the application process. One review states that the company, which also runs Northwood Apartments, "does not accept co-signers/guarantors even though they say they do." The reviewer's application was reportedly rejected despite having a job offer, a guarantor with significant income, and positive references from other apartments, leading to the conclusion that "Guarantors and references do not matter to this company." This suggests a potentially rigid or inconsistent application policy that prospective residents should be aware of and clarify directly with management.
From a promotional perspective, Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park's unique selling proposition lies in its diverse rental offerings and its quiet community. The ability to choose between various housing types – mobile homes, apartments, studios, and cabins – is a powerful draw that sets it apart from typical "RV Parks Near Me" listings. The positive feedback about the helpful and polite manager, along with the convenience of potentially included utilities, acts as a strong, organic promotion from satisfied residents. While the negative feedback regarding the co-signer policy presents a challenge, it also provides specific information that potential applicants can verify directly with the park. For those specifically looking for long-term rental housing in Grand Junction, with a preference for a quiet environment and varied options, Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park offers a compelling choice. Its distinction from a conventional RV park makes it more suitable for those seeking a fixed residential address rather than transient RV parking. Prospective residents are encouraged to contact the park directly via phone at (970) 243-1676 to obtain the most current and accurate information about unit availability, rental terms, and application procedures, ensuring a clear understanding of all policies before committing to residency.

Grand Rivers Mobile Home Park Reviews
This company, which also runs Northwood Apartments, does not accept co-signers/guarantors even though they say they do. My application was not accepted even with a job offer and a guarantor who makes over 7 times the amount of rent a month along with other apartments as references that were positive. This shows that Guarantors and references do not matter to this company.
Sep 30, 2024 · Devin LarsonThere are a variety of units, including studios, cabins, apartments, and mobile homes to rent. The manager is very helpful and polite. Rent varies according to the housing you choose. Often, utilities are included in the rent. Quiet community. I have friends that live there.
Jul 17, 2023 · Lissa ArmasA great place to live! singular standing 2 or 1 bedroom apartments, or studio more traditional style apartments. The renters are great people, extremely helpful and accommodating with your needs. I never notice the neighbors but the ones I have talked to are very friendly. The cabins are recently remodeled, with an option of furnishing; the furniture I received all was new/lightly used, nice leather couch and chair, table, chairs, bed, etc. overall very ideal place.
Aug 20, 2017 · Ella MarieMy daughter and her friend applied at these units in December and were quoted $50 each per application. Her friend didn't have the deposit and my daughter had only been working for 1 month so they reached out to my ex-husband for help, he in turn called me to let me know. Since my daughter and I were quarreling and not speaking at that moment, I called Grand Rivers and spoke to their representative so that I could pay the $100 on their behalf. I was open and transparent with her, informing her of our quarreling situation, and asked if she could do this transaction without letting her know I had been the one to pay. I asked if it was ok for her to say it was my ex-husband who called to pay? She said yes, that was ok with her, she would not tell her it was me. I also asked since my daughter had recent job history, what happens with the $100 if they get denied and if its going to be hard for her to get approved? She said its rare for anyone not to get approved, only felons don't get approved. I thanked her and ended the conversation confident that my daughter was safe and would get approved since she didn’t have any felonies. She sent me a pic of my receipt (found below.) She later called me asking about our quarreling situation? Said her manager was concerned that she was a runaway? I assured her my daughter is a 20-year-old adult and not a runaway, she is working and responsible and it was only a fight we were having, nothing serious. She thanked me and hung up. Later my husband called saying my daughter had called him all upset, said the lady told her I had been the one to pay and that they were denied, she tried reaching her again but she would no longer answer her phone. I felt deceived and taken advantage of. I can totally understand if she had to tell my daughter but why lie about it? Why not have integrity and practice some transparency?? I would have been fine if she would have said, “Sorry, I would need to let her know.” Or, “Sorry, I can’t guarantee she will be approved.” Or something like that, I would much rather get transparency and be aware of the possible outcomes rather than be deceived and get taken advantage of.
Jan 12, 2020 · Maribel MurilloThis is a hybrid mobile home / RV park. Many empty lots were filled with cabin style trailer homes. Lot rent depends on what is put on it, but they are very competitively priced. The manager bends over backwards for long term tenants and has a good sense of humor. Just signed another long term lease!
