Based on available information, the experience of residents at Las Vegas Mobile Park has seen both challenges and positive developments. Some past reviews have raised concerns regarding security within the park. Specifically, there have been reports of a mobile RV home being stolen, with the reviewer noting that the office staff indicated the security cameras were not functioning at the time. This individual also mentioned hearing about similar incidents and reports of suspicious individuals in the park during nighttime hours. Furthermore, an attempted break-in of a resident's RV was reported while they were living there, highlighting potential past security vulnerabilities that prospective residents should be aware of.
Another significant concern raised by a former resident involved the billing practices for rent and electricity. This review detailed an instance where a seemingly excessive electricity bill was issued, despite minimal usage. The combined billing system led to confusion and disputes regarding the accuracy of the charges. While the management initially attributed the high cost to rising utility prices, they reportedly acknowledged a mistake when the resident considered leaving due to these expenses. This past issue suggests that prospective residents should carefully review and understand the billing procedures and potentially inquire about utility management within the park.
However, more recent feedback indicates positive changes within Las Vegas Mobile Park. A new manager has been hired, and a prospective resident who visited the park under this new management reported a clean and organized environment. The new manager, Sarah, and the Security Supervisor, David, were described as helpful and knowledgeable, providing information to facilitate a smooth transition for potential new residents. This individual was shown two available units and felt the park could be a good fit, suggesting an improvement in the overall management and presentation of the community.

Las Vegas Mobile Park Reviews
My mother-in-law's mobile RV home was stolen, and unfortunately, she hasn't been able to recover it. The office staff claimed that the cameras weren’t working, which seems strange. I've heard that this sort of thing has happened to others as well. A resident mentioned they saw someone drive off with it in a truck. If you live here, please keep your guard up—there have been reports of suspicious individuals lurking around at night. In fact, someone attempted to break into her RV while she was still living there.Additionally, there’s something odd about how the rent and electric bills are combined. They tried to charge her over $700 just for electricity, which seems excessive, especially since she’s hardly home and turns everything off before leaving for work. When we confronted the office lady, her response was that utility prices are rising everywhere. I explained to her that there’s no justification for an electric bill that high, especially given my mother-in-law's usage. When my mother-in-law mentioned she was considering leaving because of the outrageous costs, the lady suddenly claimed that there was a mistake.
Apr 12, 2025 · miyu miyuA new Manager was hired and I went to see the Park with hopes of possibly relocating there. The Park was clean and organized and the Manager and Security Supervisor were very helpful and knowledgeable about how to make a smooth transition. Sarah ( Mngr.) and David ( Security ) showed me 2 units available for a future move. Could be a good fit. Also, the park has a few local businesses within close proximity, accessible by foot, to the Mobile Park that would be helpful to any resident. 👍🏼👍🏼
Aug 15, 2022 · Alex CorraoThe new manager is never around so people time her to go around here in space 405 there’s seven people three cats and a dog and the boy named keven is taking things from all the other trailers there and kalani never passed to be on property
Jul 28, 2024 · Ember FranklinWouldn’t rent from this place again if my life depended on it. Literally. I would rather be homeless than stay here. “Secured gated entry” -that’s a lie. “Family friendly” -that’s a lie. “Community showers and Laundry” - Lie. And don’t for one millisecond think they have maintenance personnel. They don’t. They have run down pull behind and 5th wheels and ancient mobile homes that they take 2+ years to “fix up” and things STILL go bad. They love the term “rent to own” but then don’t tell you how much it takes to own it. Most have an old window AC unit in one window that barely works. And no source of heat. Your hot water heater is 10+ years old. And your property outside is likely to be stolen.
Jun 22, 2021 · Patricia KellerThis trailer park has been there forever, so to speak. With not the best tenets or reputation. But my hats off to the current managers. They are doing one hell of a job at clean up, removals and repairs. And the tenants are 100 % a better class. That's why I give this place and it's employees a great big 👍.
