For local users in Cypress and the surrounding areas who are exploring "RV parks near me" with an interest in long-term residential options, Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park, located at 9080 Bloomfield Ave, Cypress, CA 90630, USA, offers a mobile home living environment. While the platform category might primarily focus on temporary RV accommodations, mobile home parks like Lincoln Center provide a different style of living for those seeking a more permanent community. You can contact Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park at (714) 826-6211 or their mobile number, +1 714-826-6211, to inquire about residency opportunities and learn more about the park.
The available customer reviews for Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park present a mixed perspective. One reviewer expresses a positive sentiment, stating, "Love the community and park management. They keep the place looking so good." This feedback highlights the aesthetic appeal of the park, suggesting that the management is effective in maintaining the grounds and creating a visually pleasant environment. The positive mention of the community also indicates a potentially friendly and engaging atmosphere among residents.
In contrast, another long-term resident offers a more critical view, describing the park as an "ok place to live" but raising significant concerns about the annual space rent increases. According to this reviewer, the space rent has been increasing by more than 10% every year. They specifically mention the previous management, "Sierra," and their handling of rent increases during the pandemic, noting that the increase letters lacked personal details and contact information, which they perceived as "very unprofessional" and driven by "obvious greed causing extreme hardship."
This long-term resident further states that while Sierra is no longer managing the property, the pattern of annual space rent increases has continued under the new management. This has reportedly led to several residents losing their homes or choosing to leave the park, which the reviewer finds "very sad." This feedback raises serious concerns about the affordability and long-term stability of living in Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park, despite the positive remarks about the park's appearance and community.
Considering these contrasting views, the environment of Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park could be characterized as well-maintained and fostering a sense of community, as suggested by one reviewer. However, potential residents should also be aware of the reported history of significant annual space rent increases, which could impact the financial feasibility of long-term residency.
Typical services and features of a mobile home park like Lincoln Center would generally include:
- Individual mobile home lots with utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer).
- Roadways and pathways within the park for transportation and pedestrian access.
- Waste management services, including trash and recycling collection.
- On-site management to oversee park operations and address resident issues.
The positive review mentioning the well-kept appearance suggests that the management is attentive to the upkeep of the park's infrastructure and landscaping. However, the negative review does not provide specific details about other amenities or services. It is unknown if Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park offers additional features such as laundry facilities, recreational areas (e.g., clubhouse, pool, playground), or organized community activities.
The positive comment about the community suggests that there might be opportunities for social interaction among residents. However, the concerns about rent increases and residents leaving could potentially impact the stability and overall well-being of the community in the long term.
Regarding promotional information, the provided data does not include any details about special offers or incentives for new residents. Mobile home parks typically operate on a monthly lot rental basis, and the costs can vary based on factors such as lot size and location within the park. Given the significant annual rent increases reported by a long-term resident, prospective residents should carefully inquire about the current space rent and the history and potential for future increases at Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park before making a decision.
For local users in Cypress seeking a long-term residential option in a mobile home park, Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park presents a community that is appreciated for its appearance and management's upkeep. However, the critical feedback regarding substantial annual space rent increases and the resulting hardship for some residents is a significant factor that potential residents must consider. It is strongly recommended to contact the park management directly to inquire about the current space rent, the history of rent increases, and the terms of the lease agreement. Visiting the park, observing the environment, and potentially speaking with current residents (if feasible) could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the living conditions and the financial implications of residing at Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park.

Lincoln Center Mobile Home Park Reviews
Love the community and park management. They keep the place looking so good.
Apr 11, 2025 · Shelly EshelmanIt’s an ok place to live, but, the space rent is INCREASED MORE THAN 10% EVERY YEAR. When the pandemic hit, Sierra immediately sent out rent increase letters. Letters that never had a persons name or signature, no contact phone or email, just showed the new amount. Very unprofessional. Obvious greed causing extreme hardship. Sierra no longer manages the property but of course the annual space rent increase letters continue from whoever’s managing it now. I knew several people who lost their homes or walked away. Very sad.

Sep 12, 2022 · Shelly EshelmanI live here and love it! I’ve been here for 2 years, and while many people complain about the space rent going up annually, it’s no higher than a rent increase in an apartment, and I have more space, while building a little equity. When I first started looking for a mobile home park, I checked out several neighboring cities. Good schools are a priority for my kids, so I looked in Huntington Beach and Fountain Valley (whose space rentals were much higher), and then stumbled across Cypress with even better schools and lower space rent, so for me it was a very easy decision. I love the city, the community center, and the parks. I feel safe walking my dog at night and having my kids ride their scooters in the neighborhood, and I’ve been blessed with some of the nicest neighbors. I can’t say much about management because I pretty much keep to myself. I follow the rules, pick up after my dog, and keep my yard maintained, so I never have any problems. But for me it’s been a pretty great experience living here.
