Maple View Estates Introduce
Welcome to Maple View Estates, a mobile home park situated at 1955 S E Chippewa St in Mt Pleasant, Michigan. For individuals and families exploring 'RV parks near me' with an interest in long-term residential options within a community setting, Maple View Estates offers a location that has elicited varied feedback from its prospective and current residents.
Maple View Estates can be contacted at (989) 400-0201 or via mobile phone at +1 989-400-0201. These contact details are essential for those seeking to inquire about the availability of spaces, rental terms, and the specific amenities offered by the park. As a mobile home park, it primarily caters to residents living in mobile homes, but it may also accommodate RVs on a long-term basis depending on park policies and available space. Therefore, those searching for 'RV parks near me' with a preference for a more established community setting might find Maple View Estates worth investigating.
The limited feedback available for Maple View Estates presents contrasting experiences. One potential resident shared a negative experience regarding the application process. This individual, who was seeking to relocate closer to their workplace after a period of not renting, reported that the park management allegedly used their daughter's back taxes and a past unpaid car loan against their application, incorrectly stating that their money was being garnished. The applicant also mentioned that their references were not contacted. This account raises concerns about the tenant screening process and the criteria used for approval, which could be relevant for anyone considering residing at Maple View Estates, whether in a mobile home or a long-term RV.
In contrast to this negative experience, a current resident provided a highly positive review. This resident stated that their family has lived at Maple View Estates for three years and has had an excellent experience with the property, their neighbors, and the landlords. They specifically praised the owners for their efforts in improving the park's condition and fostering a safe environment for tenants. Furthermore, they highlighted the responsiveness of the management, noting that any issues they encountered were addressed within 24 hours. Overall, this resident strongly recommends Maple View Estates and its owners.
These contrasting reviews underscore the importance of considering individual experiences when evaluating a potential living situation. While one account details a frustrating and seemingly unfair application process, the other portrays a positive and supportive living environment with responsive management. For those searching for 'RV parks near me' with an interest in a community that values safety and tenant well-being, the positive review is encouraging. However, the negative review serves as a reminder to thoroughly understand the application process and tenant screening criteria.
As a mobile home park, Maple View Estates likely provides essential infrastructure for its residents, such as hookups for water, sewer, and electricity. Additional amenities that might be available could include common areas, laundry facilities, or designated parking. However, the specific details of these services are not mentioned in the provided information. Individuals considering Maple View Estates for long-term RV parking should inquire specifically about the availability and suitability of hookups for RVs, as well as any amenities that would be relevant for RV living.
The positive review highlights the owners' commitment to "cleaning up the park and creating a safe environment." This suggests that the management is actively working to maintain and improve the community, which is a significant factor for those seeking a well-kept and secure 'RV park near me' for an extended stay. The responsiveness of the management, as mentioned by the satisfied resident, is also a crucial aspect of a positive living experience.
For those interested in Maple View Estates, it would be beneficial to contact the management directly to inquire about their policies on long-term RV stays, the availability of suitable spaces and hookups, the application process, and the tenant screening criteria. It would also be prudent to ask about the specific amenities offered within the park and any rules or regulations that might apply to residents. If possible, visiting the park to assess the environment firsthand and potentially speaking with current residents could provide a more comprehensive understanding of the community.
The contrasting experiences shared in the reviews highlight the importance of individual circumstances and interactions with the management. While one potential resident felt unfairly judged during the application process, a current resident praises the owners and the living environment. This suggests that while there might have been challenges in the past or in specific situations, there are also residents who have found Maple View Estates to be a positive place to live.
In conclusion, Maple View Estates in Mt Pleasant, MI, presents a mobile home park option that may also be relevant for those seeking long-term 'RV parks near me'. The available feedback includes a negative experience regarding the application process and a highly positive experience from a current resident who praises the management and community environment. Prospective residents should contact the park management directly to gather detailed information about RV accommodations, application procedures, amenities, and park rules to determine if Maple View Estates aligns with their needs and expectations for long-term living.

Feb 14, 2025 · Lmfao LmfaoMy family and I have lived here for 3 years and have had the best experience with the property, neighbors, and landlords! The owners have done a great job cleaning up the park and creating a safe environment for their tenants. Any time I had an issue they were here within 24 hours. All in all, I highly recommend maple view estates and the owners.
Aug 03, 2023 · KC HuntThe owners were very hard to communicate with, but semi friendly...maybeIt was VERY obvious that they disliked animals very very verrrrry much.Whatever you do, don't get on the bad side of these guys!! (Reference dates 2018/19)Doesn't sound like much has changed. The first rule posted when RAM took over, "Your dog has one minute per day to bark.".......Real wicked witch status. "Run To Run!"On the website it says, "We know how to pick and choose good tenants"What a quality! All jokes aside, I actually liked the place until they came. Goodluck
Mar 14, 2022 · Sam GThe place I once lived is no longer a safe place. Disrespectful people, not to mention the office is a nightmare no help what so ever. Stray cats everywhere My friends mother has been taking care of most of them, feeding and keeping them safe they have no regard for the animals there and are very rude and don’t listen to requests, or they act like they will get on something and never do, I can no longer call this place my home it’s just going very down hill. I wish you would treat your tenets and their animals with respect.
Nov 04, 2021 · LuvabluntDo not recommend. I’ve heard nothing but bad things. Owners are inconsiderate of peoples feelings and pets. Have a clear bias against cats. They raise lot rent without explaining why and have done nothing to help the tenants who have been asking where animals were taken.
