You can reach them by phone at (561) 434-3843 or via their mobile number at +1 561-434-3843.
It is important to note that recent feedback from individuals identifying themselves as residents or those familiar with the community has raised significant concerns regarding the living environment and management practices at Mar-Mak Colony Club. This feedback should be carefully considered by anyone contemplating residing in this mobile home park.
Several key issues have been highlighted in the provided reviews. One recurring concern involves the behavior of the park's managers. According to one reviewer, the older female and male managers, who reportedly drive around in golf carts, allegedly engage in disruptive behavior, particularly when described as being intoxicated. This behavior is said to include picking on and bothering families who are not causing any issues within the community.
Another significant point of contention raised by a reviewer is the frequency of rent increases. The feedback suggests that residents experience rent hikes every couple of months or annually. This pattern of frequent increases could pose financial challenges for residents and may be a crucial factor to consider for those seeking stable housing costs.
Overcrowding within some of the mobile homes is also mentioned as a concern. One reviewer claims that numerous mobile homes house more than eight individuals, and this situation allegedly goes unaddressed by the management. Such overcrowding can impact the overall living environment and strain the community's resources.
Furthermore, the reviews indicate a perceived inconsistency in the enforcement of community rules. Concerns have been raised that the older female and male managers do not address issues such as residents driving at high speeds or motorcycles operating noisily within the park. Similarly, complaints have been made about residents playing loud music in their cars without any intervention from the management.
A critical point raised in the feedback pertains to the perceived priorities of the management. One reviewer states that the managers primarily focus on collecting rent and are unresponsive when residents require assistance or when maintenance issues arise within the park. This lack of support and attention to the upkeep of the community is a significant concern for potential residents.
Finally, the presence of chickens and roosters contributing to noise within the park has been cited as a negative aspect of the living environment. Uncontrolled animal noise can be disruptive and detract from the peace and quiet of the community.
One particularly strong statement from a reviewer labels Mar-Mak Colony Club as "THE WORST PLACE TO LIVE" and advises others to "STAY AWAY." This individual alleges that the management prioritizes financial gain over the well-being of the residents and fails to maintain the property adequately. This strongly negative sentiment underscores the seriousness of the concerns raised in the collective feedback.
Based on the available information, which consists solely of negative reviews, prospective residents should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Mar-Mak Colony Club as a place to live. It is strongly recommended to visit the property, if possible, and attempt to speak with current residents to gain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of the living conditions and management practices. Asking specific questions related to the concerns raised in the reviews, such as rent increase frequency, rule enforcement, management responsiveness, and noise levels, would be advisable.
While Mar-Mak Colony Club is listed as a mobile home park in Palm Springs, Florida, and may appear in searches for "RV parks near me" due to its nature as a community with individual lots, the provided resident feedback paints a concerning picture. Potential residents should weigh these criticisms heavily against any perceived benefits of the location or potential affordability. It is crucial to prioritize a living environment that offers peace, security, and responsive management.
Before making any decisions, exploring alternative mobile home parks or residential options in the Palm Springs area is highly recommended. Seeking communities with positive resident feedback and a reputation for responsible management will likely lead to a more satisfactory living experience. The information available online suggests significant challenges at Mar-Mak Colony Club that warrant careful consideration and further investigation.

This neighborhood is not a good place to live in1. Older female and male managers drive around in golf carts, and when they get drunk they pick on and bother innocent families that bother no one2. Every couple months or year they always increase the rent3. There a lot of mobile homes that have more than 8 people living in it and they dony say anything4. Older female and male managers don’t say anything to the other residents who leave driving fast and the motorcycles too5. Residents who leave in their cars playing loud music the managers don’t say nothing6. Managers only care to receive money and don’t help around when help is needed7.
