Marysville Estates Introduce
For local users in Marysville, Ohio, searching for "RV parks near me" or considering long-term residential options, Marysville Estates, situated at 548 N Main St, Marysville, OH 43040, presents itself as a mobile home park. While the platform category emphasizes "RV parks near me," mobile home parks often accommodate RVs for extended stays alongside traditional mobile homes. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of Marysville Estates, drawing upon the available customer reviews to understand its environment, services, and features.
The environment of Marysville Estates is likely typical of a residential area within Marysville, Ohio. Located on N Main St, it would likely offer proximity to local amenities, businesses, and transportation routes within the city. Marysville is the county seat of Union County and offers a blend of small-town charm and access to larger urban centers. Residents might expect a setting with a mix of residential properties and commercial establishments in the vicinity of the mobile home park.
The services and features of Marysville Estates, based on the limited information from customer reviews, present a mixed picture. One recent review from a new resident expresses positive initial experiences, highlighting "kind and courteous management" and "prompt maintenance." This reviewer specifically mentions addressing issues with a refrigerator/freezer and a toilet pump efficiently, noting that a service request submitted on a Sunday resulted in a fixed toilet by Tuesday and a new refrigerator scheduled for installation within the week. This positive feedback suggests that, at least in some instances, the management is responsive and maintenance issues are addressed in a timely manner, contributing to a welcoming atmosphere for new residents.
However, other reviews paint a contrasting picture regarding the management and maintenance services. One long-term resident expresses significant dissatisfaction, stating that "the management here doesn’t care about you." This reviewer recounts a prolonged issue with a seized doorknob that took over three months to be fixed and a lack of air conditioning for a month starting in late April. The review also alleges a negative attitude from management when contacted about problems, characterizing them as acting inconvenienced by resident issues. Furthermore, this reviewer claims that while management is quick to enforce rules regarding lawn maintenance with threats of fines, they are slow to address essential maintenance requests, often "forgetting" about work orders. The increasing number of trailers being added to the park while struggling to maintain existing infrastructure is also noted as a concern.
An update from the same dissatisfied resident indicates that they moved out at the end of May following a final walk-through and that their air conditioning issue was never resolved. This unresolved critical maintenance problem over an extended period raises serious concerns about the responsiveness and effectiveness of the park's management in addressing essential living needs.
Promotional information for Marysville Estates is not directly available in the provided data. The positive review from a new resident could be seen as an indirect positive reflection, suggesting a potentially welcoming initial experience. However, the more critical and detailed review from a longer-term resident presents a significant counterpoint, indicating potential issues that prospective residents should be aware of. Without official promotional materials, it is difficult to ascertain any specific incentives or unique selling points the park might offer.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" who might be considering Marysville Estates for long-term RV stays, it is crucial to weigh the conflicting experiences presented in the reviews. While mobile home parks can sometimes provide a more affordable long-term option compared to dedicated RV resorts, the potential issues with management responsiveness and maintenance, as highlighted by one reviewer, should be carefully considered. The positive initial experience of another resident suggests that experiences may vary, or that management responsiveness might fluctuate.
Given the contrasting feedback, prospective residents, including those with RVs seeking long-term sites, should conduct thorough due diligence. It would be advisable to contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers, (937) 642-2706 or +1 937-642-2706, to inquire about current rates, availability, rules, and the specific services and amenities offered to RV residents. It would also be beneficial, if possible, to visit the park and speak with current residents to gain a broader understanding of the living conditions and management practices. Asking specific questions about maintenance response times, park upkeep, and management communication would be prudent.
The discrepancy between the positive initial experience and the negative long-term experience underscores the importance of seeking multiple perspectives and not relying solely on limited online reviews. Potential factors that could contribute to these differing views might include changes in management over time, the specific nature of the issues encountered, or varying expectations of residents.
In conclusion, Marysville Estates, located on N Main St in Marysville, Ohio, is a mobile home park that may offer long-term sites suitable for RVs, thus potentially appearing in searches for "RV parks near me." The available customer reviews present a divided view, with one new resident reporting positive experiences with management and maintenance, while a longer-term resident details significant issues with unresponsive management and unresolved maintenance problems, including a prolonged lack of air conditioning. Prospective residents should carefully consider these contrasting accounts and conduct thorough personal investigation, including direct communication with the park management and current residents, to make an informed decision about whether Marysville Estates meets their needs for long-term RV living.

Marysville Estates Reviews
Just moved here a month ago. Extremely happy to call this our new home for now. Had an issue with my fridge/freezer and a toilet pump that would constantly run. I sent an email this past Sunday. Its Tuesday and he toilet is fixed and new fridge will be installed this week. Kind and courteous management. As well as prompt maintenance. Thanks UMH for making us feel welcome.
Aug 20, 2024 · Tom JThe management here doesn’t care about you. Had a doorknob seized for over 3 months before they fixed it. Currently haven’t had ac for a month Monday April 29th. Constantly get attitude from management. They act like it ruins their day if you call with a problem. They are quick to threaten fines if your grass is too long but act like they have all of the time in the world when you have an issue. You put in a work order and they “forget” about it. They keep adding more and more trailers but can’t keep up with what they have now.Update: moved out with final walk through may 23rd and they never fixed the ac
Jul 16, 2024 · James CooperThey don't remove Snow and you can't get anything fixed anymore since they changed management their concerned about there bonus by staying under budget so spending to keep things safe or fixed is no longer a concern.....
Jan 18, 2022 · Nathan NelsonUPDATED 11/3/23: I am providing an update to the Review, since we have since left. ---No, the management never attempted to remedy the poor experience or reach out to me---, but I am adding two stars to reflect my overall experience at the park. In this horrible market, they are the most affordable place to live in Marysville and it's so important to keep affordable housing around for the average working people. The front desk (Nicole) and maintenance folks are pretty amazing; if you respect them, they take care of you. Thank you so much for the time we were there 🙂 We had great neighbors and made good friends.-----------------I'm writing this Review, not as a reflection on the front office (the gal there is AMAZING and PATIENT), but as a reflection on UMH Property Management.UMH implemented a new payment system through an online portal at the beginning of the year right as I started renting. Though my first payment went through, the second one didn't, either because of an internet glitch or a technical glitch. I didn't know it and by the 10th of that month, I had an EVICTION notice on my door. Fine, I get it; it's in your contract, I'm sure. But you own me in two different ways and have my cell number in THREE different ways. Make a courtesy call, at the very least because I'm a new tenant. To top it off, UMH disabled my ability to make an online payment through the portal because it's late. Why would you prevent me from making a payment because it's late? (insert confused face) Especially since you won't let the tenants drop a check at the front?I like living here so far but MAN was that a slap in the face. The front office gal didn't ask to deal with my waterworks that afternoon, either. Please make a change to prevent the above and to create a better tenant experience and I'll modify this review.
Nov 03, 2023 · Emily BellI recently met with the woman who is currently running the office and she was very thoughtful, helpful and considerate. She took the time to show me around, and while I don't live there, the park seemed very clean and well maintained. There seemed to be more applicants than spaces so, high demand. Which I think means things are good. I was impressed on my visit with the very capable woman at the front office, and with the park in general.I know this review almost sounds like I know some one but I assure you, I do not. I went to visit out of pure curiosity, wanting more space than an apartment would offer. I then decided I wanted to buy, but anything on that site gets snatched up quickly and the one I saw was in contract by the next day. I don't think you could possibly be disappointed living here. Again, I know no one, just a visitor. Just my opinion.
