Navigating the application process is a crucial first step for any potential resident. One reviewer shared their experience of applying online without an initial response, followed by an in-person visit. They noted that communication seemed to improve upon expressing interest in purchasing. This feedback suggests that while there might have been initial administrative delays, direct engagement could be beneficial. The reviewer also raised concerns about the professionalism observed during a subsequent visit. While we take all feedback seriously and strive to provide a positive experience for everyone, we encourage prospective residents to visit the community, speak with our team, and form their own impressions.

Suburbans Manufactured Home Community Reviews
We applied online and never received a response. After a week we decided to visit in person. The secretary was “in training” the first time we came but once we mentioned that we were looking to buy suddenly she had no problem talking to us. We visited twice and the second time we came the maintenance guy and the secretary reeked of weed and had extremely red eyes. The second time her door also said “in a meeting” but again, no problem talking to potential buyers. It took over a month for them to reach back out to me for my application. If this is how they treat potential buyers how are they towards current residents?
Nov 12, 2024 · ReeseGreat places to live animal-friendly cats, dogs, and any other types of animals are welcomed. The not so great part is that there has been tornado sightings in the area as well as flooding.
Apr 02, 2024 · Mike LibaPark is peaceful and serene but lot rents keep going up while services go down. Lot rent was raised while water stopped being included in the rent. Lot rent was raised while trash removal was downgraded. These are two examples. The maintenance man is really great but getting ahold of the office can take awhile.
Jul 31, 2021 · Tammy MonroeSo this park has a lot of potential if some of the people that live here would clean their yard and mobile home up. Like hang some blinds or curtains or take the old appliances out of ur yard and throw them away and please cut ur grass... life is pretty simple work, follow the rules of life, pay ur Bill's and cleanliness is next to godliness ... meaning CLEAN UR HOME AND THE AREA UR HOME IS AT.. life would be so much better.. nothing like having people over to ur home and they enjoy being there because ur place is nice... lets get it together people it's not rocket science..
Jul 16, 2020 · Tisha PattersonThe absolute WORST place to live and full of addicts. The pipes that aren't your responsibility consistently mess up and they do pay for it but then send you a bill for sewage underneath the trailer caused by there pipes and say it's your responsibility to alert them when you had NO idea they were even leaking. Place is full of heroin addicts and neighbors that try to run the community by being down right disgusting and threatening to have their dogs eat yours.. flipping you off, slamming his girlfriend's head against his porch called the cops and management and still continue to live there. Oh it's majestic. Great place.
