Memory Lane Mobile Home Park Introduce
When searching for "RV parks near me," it's helpful to explore various accommodation options in your desired location. Memory Lane Mobile Home Park, situated at 25039 US-12 in Sturgis, Michigan, is primarily a mobile home park but warrants consideration for individuals who might be open to a different type of community living or potentially seeking long-term RV stays if such arrangements are offered. To gain a comprehensive understanding, it's crucial to consider all available information, including feedback from current or former residents.
Memory Lane Mobile Home Park can be contacted at (269) 651-2033 or via mobile phone at +1 269-651-2033. These contact details can be used to inquire directly about the park's policies regarding RVs, availability of sites that might accommodate recreational vehicles, and any specific services or amenities offered to RV residents, if applicable.
Based on available feedback, it's important to approach Memory Lane Mobile Home Park with careful consideration. Some reviews indicate potential challenges related to the condition of homes within the park. These reviews mention issues such as the prevalence of "fixer-upper" trailers, instances of mold обнаружение before occupancy, and pre-existing maintenance needs like caving bathroom floors that reportedly required new residents to address. Such feedback suggests that the general upkeep and condition of some properties within the park might be a concern for prospective residents, including those considering bringing an RV for a longer stay.
Furthermore, some reviewers have raised concerns about the community environment. Reports of alleged drug activity and theft of outdoor belongings suggest potential safety and security issues that individuals seeking a peaceful and secure living environment should consider. The presence of a significant number of stray cats and children reportedly unsupervised in the area are also factors that might influence the decision of potential residents, particularly families with children or individuals with concerns about pet populations.
The feedback also describes the park as "trashy" and notes that many of the trailers are in need of "major maintenance." These descriptions paint a picture of a community that may not be consistently well-maintained, which could impact the overall living experience for any resident, whether in a mobile home or an RV. For those specifically looking for "RV parks near me," these environmental factors are crucial to weigh against the potential benefits of the location or any specific amenities the park might offer to RVs.
When considering Memory Lane Mobile Home Park in the context of "RV parks near me," it is essential to directly engage with the park management to ascertain their policies and provisions for RVs. Inquire about the availability of suitable sites, the hookups provided (e.g., water, sewer, electricity), the cost of residency for RVs (including any lot rental fees and utility charges), and the duration of stay permitted for recreational vehicles. It would also be prudent to ask about any specific rules or regulations that apply to RV residents.
Furthermore, given the concerns raised in the reviews, it would be highly advisable to request a visit to the park and to any potential RV sites before making any commitment. This personal inspection would allow you to assess the environment firsthand, observe the general condition of the park and its residents' properties, and evaluate whether the atmosphere and infrastructure meet your expectations for a comfortable and safe living experience. If possible, speaking with current residents (if the park management permits) could provide additional insights into the day-to-day realities of living in Memory Lane Mobile Home Park.
It is important to note that mobile home parks and RV parks often operate under different models and may offer varying amenities and community structures. While some mobile home parks might accommodate RVs, the primary focus is typically on long-term residency in manufactured homes. Therefore, the services and facilities might be geared towards this type of living arrangement rather than the specific needs of RV travelers, who might expect features like dedicated recreational areas, dump stations, or short-term stay options.
For individuals specifically searching for "RV parks near me" for temporary stays or travel purposes, it is recommended to also explore other options in the Sturgis, Michigan area that are explicitly designated as RV parks or campgrounds. These facilities are generally designed with the needs of RVers in mind and often offer a wider range of amenities tailored to recreational vehicles and shorter-term stays. Websites and directories specializing in RV parks and campgrounds can be valuable resources in this search.
In conclusion, while Memory Lane Mobile Home Park in Sturgis, Michigan, is located within the vicinity of those searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to conduct thorough due diligence before considering it as a potential option for RV living. The available feedback suggests potential challenges related to property conditions and the overall community environment. Direct communication with the park management and a personal visit are strongly recommended to ascertain the suitability of the park for your specific needs and expectations as an RV owner. Exploring other dedicated RV parks and campgrounds in the area is also advisable to ensure you find the best fit for your travel or long-term living requirements.

Memory Lane Mobile Home Park Reviews
DO NOT RENT OR BUY!!! This place is a joke, pretty much all the trailers are "fixer uppers" the first trailer we wanted ended up having mold in it & they charged us when we never lived there. The second one we got the bathroom floor was caving in so we had to fix that even tho someone just moved out, there was trash, etc left for us to clean up. Theres drug runs everywhere in there, people steal atuff of yours thats sitting outside. Cats are everywhere. Just not a good place for kids.
Feb 15, 2025 · Amy SullengerTrashy place to be. Lots of stray cats. Kids running around with no adult. The trailers all need some major maintenance.
Jan 13, 2025 · Nitosha BeelerThis place is a joke. We were told for a month before we moved in, the furnace would be fixed. Last week, the manager said he'll be over first thing in the morning. I called yesterday he will be there around 8a or 8:30a.b didn't show up until 1130a and I had to leave for my daughter physical therapy. It took me getting on the phone with the township too finally have a furnace and my kids have been freezing. Plus rent there is $905 a month. When it's not worth it. We were a tenant at colonial estates in wp and they are very good. My rent there only$650. In would never ever refer memory lanes to anyone!
Nov 13, 2019 · Amber's Craigo!!Don't fall for the line they pitch about fixing the water heater or furnace it's a total lie. And then charge you 50 thousand for beat up trailers. If you get behind 1 month they start eviction process. I've never felt like I was walking on eggshells until I moved here and then the park is full of field workers so I don't feel safe letting my kids play outside. I would never tell anyone to move to this park.
Apr 28, 2017 · Troy NaveLast resort. Pot holes the size of small lakes. Rent is ridiculous. Can't leave anything outside Without it getting stolen. lived there for three years and it just keeps getting worse. Raised the rent three times. Had to pay out of pocket for a furnace to get repaired that was supposed to be fixed by winter. Could go on and on.
