Miami View Estates Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Cleves, Ohio area, Miami View Estates, located at 199 Singletree Dr, Cleves, OH 45002, USA, presents a mobile home park option with notably contrasting reviews from its residents and visitors. These varying perspectives offer important insights for potential residents to consider.
One reviewer expresses extreme dissatisfaction with Miami View Estates, stating, "If I could give a zero star review I would." This individual characterizes the park as "money hungry" and alleges dishonesty on the part of the manager, claiming she will "lie to your face and then go behind your back and do the opposite." The reviewer also reports significant issues with maintenance, stating that problems "never" get fixed, despite repeated assurances that work orders have been submitted, sometimes going unaddressed for over a year. This resident believes that the park's management prioritizes financial gain over the well-being of its residents, concluding with a strong recommendation: "DO NOT LIVE HERE." The reviewer also mentions a recent implementation of "police patrol" but criticizes its focus on minor issues like unlocked cars while more significant problems remain unresolved.
Conversely, another reviewer offers a more positive, albeit limited, perspective. They describe Miami View Estates as "one of the nicer trailer parks in our area" and note its "great location." A significant advantage highlighted is the presence of an "excellent gas station/ convenient store right next door," which would undoubtedly offer convenience for residents. However, this reviewer's experience is based on visits only, having "never lived here." Their sole complaint pertains to the "gawd awful speed bumps," which they feel are excessive and uncomfortable for drivers.
In the context of "RV parks near me," Miami View Estates functions as a mobile home park, providing long-term residency for individuals and families living in mobile homes. These parks typically offer essential infrastructure and a community setting. Based on the mixed reviews, the experience of living at Miami View Estates appears to be somewhat polarized.
While specific amenities at Miami View Estates are not detailed in these reviews, typical features of mobile home parks often include:
- Individual lots for mobile homes with utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer).
- Roadways within the park, which in the case of Miami View Estates, apparently include numerous speed bumps.
- Some level of management oversight, although the effectiveness and integrity of this management are questioned in one review.
- Potentially, shared facilities such as laundry rooms or recreational areas, though these are not mentioned in the available feedback.
The location of Miami View Estates in Cleves, Ohio, is noted as "great" by one visitor, with the added benefit of a nearby gas station and convenience store. Cleves is a village in Hamilton County, offering a more suburban or semi-rural setting along the Ohio River. The specific environment within Miami View Estates itself is not extensively described, but the presence of speed bumps suggests an effort to control traffic speed within the park.
Given the stark contrast in the provided feedback, potential residents must carefully weigh these perspectives. The negative review raises serious concerns about management responsiveness, maintenance issues, and a perceived prioritization of profit over resident well-being. The positive comment about the location and the nearby convenience store is a potential advantage, but it comes from someone who has not lived in the park. The issue with excessive speed bumps is a specific, albeit less critical, point of concern for anyone driving within the community.
To obtain a more comprehensive and current understanding of Miami View Estates, prospective residents are strongly encouraged to contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers: (513) 954-4194 or the mobile number +1 513-954-4194. When you call, it would be advisable to inquire about:
- The current management policies and practices regarding maintenance requests and their resolution.
- The procedures for addressing resident concerns and complaints.
- The rules and regulations of the park and how they are enforced.
- The condition and upkeep of the park's infrastructure and individual lots.
- Any amenities offered to residents beyond the basic utilities.
- The frequency and nature of any security patrols within the park.
- The specific policies regarding rent increases and how residents are notified.
- The rationale behind the number and severity of the speed bumps within the park.
It would also be beneficial, if possible, to visit Miami View Estates in person to observe the environment and, if the opportunity arises, speak with current residents to gather a broader range of opinions. This firsthand experience could provide valuable insights into the accuracy of the claims made in the online reviews and help potential residents form their own informed judgment.
In conclusion, Miami View Estates in Cleves, Ohio, offers a mobile home park in a location noted for its convenience. However, the online reviews present a significant divergence in experiences, with one resident reporting serious issues with management and maintenance, while a visitor notes the park's appealing location but criticizes the speed bumps. Potential residents should carefully consider these contrasting viewpoints and conduct thorough due diligence, including direct contact with the park management and ideally a personal visit, to determine if Miami View Estates aligns with their needs and expectations for long-term mobile home living within the category of "RV parks near me." The strong negative feedback regarding management and maintenance warrants careful scrutiny.

Miami View Estates Reviews
If I could give a zero star review I would, this is a money hungry park they will “work with you” then lie the manager she will lie to your face and then go behind your back and do the opposite. They get nothing fixed here ever tell you multiple times they put in a maintenance work order and a year later still not fixed. They do not care ab the residents only there money. They now have “police patrol” but are giving people tickets for unlocked cars when there’s more issues that need resolved. To come to conclusion DO NOT LIVE HERE.
Jun 07, 2024 · Jordyn HarrisIt's one of the nicer trailer parks in our area. I've only visited, never lived here. It's in a great location. It has an excellent gas station/ convenient store right next door. My only complaint is the gawd awful speed bumps. There are way too many and will knock the fillings out of your teeth if you're not careful.
Jun 02, 2023 · Timmy SparkyLiterally terrible. If I could go back, I would pick living on the side of the road than here. Unanswered maintenance tickets going on 3+ months, I waited 4 months for a new stove, still waiting 6+ months for a new dryer I finally just broke down and bought my own. Rent is ridiculous, for living in an un maintained trailer park. They switch property managers every other month, so good luck ever trying to find someone to help you with any issues you have. If you call the actual owners of the trailer park you basically get told it’s your problem and to deal with it. They’ve towed my car 3 times now straight out of my driveway. The first time because my tires were in the grass (even though I had just parked there 30 minutes prior), the most recent time was because my registration sticker had fallen off my plate and even though the park and the tow company was notified with a picture of my registration and proof that a new sticker was coming in the mail, they again towed my vehicle out of my driveway and I’ve had to pay 150$ again to get my car back. Also just to add, they’ve overcharged me on my rent 3 months in a row 200$ each time. I was threatened with an eviction notice if it wasn’t paid, with a promise to be reimbursed the following month because THEIR water meters were messed up, and getting that reimbursement back took 3 months and literally calling over 10 people to get it. Never live here. Don’t do it to yourself. Mentally it will drive you crazy. They don’t care, they charge crazy prices for an unmaintained park, and they purposefully make your life as hard as possible just to make an extra dollar. I could keep going but this would be 10 pages long. Don’t do it. Save yourself.
Dec 10, 2022 · Maddie CableEver since the new owners took over this place has gone down! I would not recommend anyone moving here. They put in a lot of new trailers which is nice but have rented to a bunch of drug addicts. I can't even feel safe walking my dog anymore. The manager Bobbi is a sweetheart but has enough on her plate I have been here for 4+ years and never had problems until recently. I have had my house broken into, my work truck was broken into and robbed more than 1000 dollars worth of equipment. The rent has went up from 305 to 450 in just 2 years, the water bills have tripled. We now have to pay for trash in which we never did before, they took away the pool, and the parks for the kids. The sewer plant is always backed up and not functioning properly. I have roaches coming out of my drains because of the sewer plant. The cats have taken over the community they spray everything, I do not have cats why should my porch smell like cat urine? The list goes on and on... I put alot of money into my home and I will never be able to get it back again now .. so sad!
