Nice mobile home park. The owner is always working around park making sure it's kept up. Everyone seems nice and respectful. Owner does a good job at screening and doing background check to keep park safe. Any time I have had a problem it was addressed in decent amount of time. Brooke is a great landlord that is more than fair.

They will lie to you just to get your application fee.If you ask on the phone before even viewing one of their homes if bad credit (even telling them your FICO score) disqualifies you, they will say "It's part of the decision, but not the deciding factor." before denying you purely because your credit is beneath 600, even if there's nothing on it from the last five years and you have a perfect rental history and impeccable references.If your credit is over 600, this might be the place for you.

God for bid if something breaks and your not well rounded in home repair and need them to fix it it’ll take them over a year to even get to it. your neighbors do drugs and overdose. Your landlord is a convicted felon and enormous pot head also is his wife( pothead not felon). Oh and your dogs have to be placed on a leash and not on a lead even for the shortest period of time but there dog runs wild. Anyone who’s given this place more than a star has never lived here. And by all means don’t believe what I have to say but before you move here ask some of the people who already live here go around knock on a couple doors.
