Midland City Trailor Park Introduce
Welcome to Midland City Trailor Park, situated at 13535 US-231, Midland City, AL 36350, USA. While our platform primarily focuses on "RV parks near me" for temporary accommodations, we also recognize that local users may be seeking more permanent or long-term housing solutions, such as those offered by mobile home parks. Midland City Trailor Park presents itself as a community offering such options, and it's crucial to provide an objective overview based on available customer feedback to help potential residents make informed decisions.
Based on the limited reviews available online, Midland City Trailor Park appears to offer a mixed experience. One detailed review provides insights into both the potential benefits and significant drawbacks of residing in this community. Positively, the reviewer notes that "Rent is reasonable can’t beat it!" and concludes that it is "not a bad place" and "also peaceful other than the noise from the road!" This suggests that affordability may be a key attraction of Midland City Trailor Park.
However, this same reviewer also raises several critical concerns regarding the park's infrastructure and available amenities. They state that "Roads are washed out" and that "the property has few abandoned trailers!" These observations point towards potential maintenance issues and a less than ideal aesthetic environment. Furthermore, a significant drawback highlighted is the apparent difficulty in obtaining internet and satellite television services. The reviewer claims, "Can’t get WiFi or satellite hooked up no companies will hook it up for some odd reason! They say they don’t service this area even tho there’s WiFi on every side of the road and to the left and right! Smh!" This suggests a potentially significant limitation for residents who rely on these services for work, communication, or entertainment.
The reviewer also offers a cautionary note, stating that the park is "not meant for family’s or anyone who’s attached and can’t live without the internet or t.v!" This implies that while the rent may be affordable, the lack of reliable internet and satellite options, coupled with the described condition of the roads and the presence of abandoned trailers, may not be conducive to a comfortable living environment for all individuals, particularly families or those who value connectivity.
The second review is brief, simply stating "Decent and affordable." This aligns with the first reviewer's comment on the reasonable rent, suggesting that affordability is indeed a notable characteristic of Midland City Trailor Park. However, the lack of further elaboration makes it difficult to ascertain what other aspects of the park the reviewer found "decent," and it doesn't address the infrastructure and connectivity issues raised in the more detailed review.
Considering these limited reviews, the environment of Midland City Trailor Park appears to be somewhat compromised by washed-out roads and the presence of abandoned trailers, potentially affecting the overall aesthetic appeal and possibly the functionality of the park's infrastructure. While the location is described as "peaceful other than the noise from the road," the visual aspects and the maintenance of the grounds seem to be areas of concern.
In terms of services and features, the most significant issue raised is the apparent inability to secure internet and satellite television services from local providers. This is a substantial drawback in today's digitally connected world. The reviews do not mention any other typical mobile home park amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, playgrounds, or on-site management. The absence of such mentions could imply either that these amenities are not available or that they were not noteworthy enough to be mentioned in the brief reviews.
There is no information available regarding the size or types of mobile home lots, the availability of utility hookups (water, electricity, sewer), trash disposal services, or any community rules and regulations. Similarly, there is no mention of pet policies or visitor guidelines. Without this basic information, it is difficult to provide a comprehensive overview of the living experience at Midland City Trailor Park.
Furthermore, there is no promotional information whatsoever in the provided text. The affordability mentioned by both reviewers could be considered an inherent benefit, but there are no specific offers, discounts, or special deals highlighted.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," Midland City Trailor Park, as a long-term residential option for mobile homes, is distinct from the temporary nature of RV parks. However, the affordability factor might be of interest to some individuals seeking a more permanent, budget-friendly housing solution in the Midland City area. Nevertheless, the reported issues with infrastructure and connectivity are critical considerations.
Given the limited and somewhat concerning feedback, potential residents of Midland City Trailor Park should exercise caution and seek further information before making any commitments. It would be advisable to visit the park in person to assess the condition of the roads and the overall environment. Inquiring directly with the management about the availability of internet and satellite services, as well as the status of any maintenance or cleanup efforts, is also highly recommended.
To obtain further information, interested individuals can attempt to contact Midland City Trailor Park directly at the provided address. However, the lack of a phone number in the initial information suggests that direct communication might be challenging. Potential residents may need to physically visit the location to inquire about lot availability, rental rates, amenities, and the resolution of the issues mentioned in the reviews.
In conclusion, Midland City Trailor Park in Midland City, Alabama, appears to offer affordable rental rates for mobile home lots. However, potential residents should be aware of reported issues including washed-out roads, abandoned trailers, and significant difficulties in obtaining internet and satellite television services. While one reviewer found the park to be "decent" and peaceful (aside from road noise), the more detailed review raises concerns about the overall living environment and connectivity. Local users seeking long-term housing options should weigh the affordability against the potential drawbacks and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Midland City Trailor Park.

It’s a place to park your mobile home! Roads are washed out and the property has few abandoned trailers! Can’t get WiFi or satellite hooked up no companies will hook it up for some odd reason! They say they don’t service this area even tho there’s WiFi on every side of the road and to the left and right! Smh! Rent is reasonable can’t beat it! But not meant for family’s or anyone who’s attached and can’t live without the internet or t.v! Needs a little bit of cleaning up but not a bad place and It’s also peaceful other than the noise from the road!
