Apr 09, 2025 · James TuckerRose the officer manager is the sweetest lady I've met. She is very hospitable and very welcoming. Neighbors are really nice people. Great location HEB, Wal-Mart, and Sam's club 1/4 mile away. Not to far from downtown, but far enough to miss the downtown traffic.Facilities are clean laundry room and showers very well kept. Pet friendly and lots are the cheapest in town. Highly recommended!
