Mobile Village Introduce
Mobile Village, located at 4941 Sarah Ln, Hermantown, MN 55811, USA, with contact numbers (218) 729-7311 and +1 218-729-7311, is a mobile home park that has received significant public feedback. While the platform category "RV Parks Near Me" is often associated with transient stays, mobile home parks like Mobile Village typically cater to long-term residents. Therefore, this introduction will focus on its function as a residential community, incorporating details relevant to those seeking long-term housing options, even if the primary search is for RV accommodations, as sometimes mobile home parks do have RV sections or available lots for such use.
The environment of Mobile Village, as described by residents, presents a challenging picture. While the "property overall is maintained alright," the condition of the individual "trailer homes are run down." More critically, there are reports that the "place is closing down now," with "all trailers being condemned for unsuitable living." This suggests a significant decline in the habitability of the residences. Further details paint a picture of an environment plagued by maintenance issues, including "broken subflooring" and a severe "rat/mouse infestation." The roads within the park, particularly the "road driving into the park and its avenues," are described as "full of gaping potholes," indicating a lack of infrastructure upkeep. These environmental conditions are indicative of a community facing substantial decay and neglect, which would significantly impact the daily lives and safety of its residents. The presence of frozen and busted waterlines in winter further underscores the infrastructural problems and the harsh living conditions experienced by tenants. Such an environment is far from what would be expected for a comfortable or safe residential community, and certainly not what one would typically seek when looking for well-maintained "RV Parks Near Me" or long-term housing.
Regarding services and features, the information available paints a critical view of Mobile Village's operational aspects. There are strong allegations of a significant lack of maintenance, with claims that "maintenance is asleep at the wheel" and that repair requests lead to an "eternity" of waiting. The staffing for maintenance is described as insufficient, possibly only "one person," who is also perceived as "lacking experience." This suggests a severe deficiency in the ability of the management to address property issues in a timely and effective manner. Crucial safety features, such as smoke detectors, were reportedly not installed, requiring a resident to purchase their own. Essential utilities are also problematic, with "frozen, busted waterlines and pipes in winter" and a "main waterline breaks down every year." These issues indicate a fundamental failure in providing reliable and safe living conditions. Furthermore, there are strong accusations that the current management, "Elevated Management," a firm reportedly from south central Minnesota, is "more interested in making money than repairs and the people who live there." This suggests a business model that prioritizes profit over tenant welfare and property upkeep. While mobile home parks typically offer basic utilities like water, sewer, and electricity, the reported issues with waterlines and the overall lack of repairs suggest these services are not reliably maintained to a satisfactory standard. There is no information to suggest additional features or amenities that would typically be found in well-regarded RV parks or mobile home communities, such as community centers, laundry facilities, or recreational areas.
From a promotional standpoint, based on the provided information, Mobile Village faces significant challenges. The prevailing sentiment among reviewers is overwhelmingly negative, with strong condemnations of living conditions and management practices. Terms like "run down," "slumlords," and "unsuitable living" are used to describe the park, which directly contradicts any positive promotional efforts. The explicit statement that "place is closing down now" due to condemnation for "unsuitable living" makes any current or future promotion as a viable residential or RV park option highly problematic. The fact that "Elevated Management" joined the Hermantown Chamber of Commerce is mentioned, but this is immediately followed by a critical assessment of their management practices, suggesting that membership does not equate to responsible property stewardship. For individuals searching for "RV Parks Near Me" or mobile home park options, this information serves as a strong warning rather than an invitation. It suggests that potential residents or campers should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence, as the park appears to be in a state of severe disrepair and facing closure. The information provided highlights a community struggling with basic habitability issues, rather than offering any features or services that would attract new residents or temporary campers. Therefore, any "promotion" of Mobile Village, based on the available data, would necessarily be a cautionary account of its current state.

Property overall is maintained alright but trailer homes are run down... place is closing down now... all trailers are being condemned for unsuitable living!!!
Apr 23, 2025 · Vanessa WirtaI don't know where to begin, run down, maintenance is asleep at the wheel, broken subflooring, rat/mouse infestation, my son moved in seven years ago, when original owner owned the park, they are now on second management since then. "Elevated management" a firm from the south central minn. Doubt they examined the park before purchasing. They don't care about repairs, if repair happens, you will wait an eternity. Not enough maintenance staff, maybe one person? What I saw from his work, he is lacking experience. Spoke to the owner several times (my son has high functioning disability) whom lives there. This company "Elevated Management" seems more interested in making money than repairs and the people who live there. Also-the road driving into the park and its avenues are full of gaping potholes. Had to beg for smoke detectors to be installed, when that didn't happen, my son had to buy his own. Frozen, busted waterlines and pipes in winter, owner declined heat tape, two winters now. We are now looking for a newer apartment for him. Their main waterline breaks down every year having to be fixed. The "Elevated management" joined as a member to the Hermantown chamber of Commerce! These nut job's are slumlords at best. If I could give this place one quarter of one star review I would.
Aug 25, 2022 · Terese GundstromI love living over here. It's very peaceful. Neighbors are nice. They are prompt to handling any request.
Sep 05, 2020 · Meaghan EverettIt's nice having my own place to call home, it's quiet and peaceful, and we've been happy so far!
Mar 09, 2021 · Millie MagnussonHave tried MANY times to get ahold of the owners about renting. They are impossible to get ahold of. They dont answer the number on the sign. They dont have a website. They dont answer ads.
