Mobile Village Trailer Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" that might offer long-term residential options or are considering mobile home communities in the Stevensville, Michigan area, Mobile Village Trailer Park, located at 5080 St Joseph Ave LOT 25, Stevensville, MI 49127, USA, presents a choice with distinctly contrasting resident experiences. Understanding the nuances of this community requires a careful examination of the available reviews, which offer differing perspectives on the management and living conditions.
Examining the Environment of Mobile Village Trailer Park
Mobile Village Trailer Park is situated in Stevensville, Michigan, a town located in the southwestern part of the state, near Lake Michigan. The surrounding area offers a mix of residential and commercial developments, with proximity to natural attractions and local amenities. The specific environment within the trailer park itself, in terms of landscaping, lot sizes, and overall upkeep, is partially described in the provided reviews.
One resident noted "hardly any up keep" and "deep pot holes in the mobile park," suggesting potential issues with the maintenance of the park's infrastructure, particularly the roads. This lack of upkeep could impact the quality of life for residents and the accessibility within the community. In contrast, another resident did not mention these issues and focused on their positive interactions with the management regarding their trailer and remodeling efforts.
The mention of police being out at the park on a weekly basis by one reviewer raises concerns about the safety and security of the community. This is a significant factor that potential residents would need to consider. The same reviewer also alleged "constant trespassing" by both the landlord and a maintenance worker, which could contribute to a sense of unease and lack of privacy for residents.
Analyzing Potential Services and Management
The two available reviews offer starkly different perspectives on the management of Mobile Village Trailer Park. One resident described the management as "very sweet and understanding" and "very helpful when getting issues resolved," even assisting with remodeling a privately purchased trailer. This positive experience suggests that at least one resident found the management to be supportive and responsive.
However, the second review presents a far more negative portrayal of the landlord. Allegations include:
- Constant harassment of residents.
- Failure to address or resolve problems brought to her attention.
- Unreachability when needed.
- Rude demeanor.
- Writing "malicious and fictitious violations" of the park lease.
- Not following Michigan state laws or federal laws.
- Trespassing on residents' properties.
These are serious accusations that paint a picture of a potentially adversarial relationship between the landlord and some residents. The discrepancy between the two reviews highlights the importance of gathering a broader range of opinions or seeking more current information to understand the prevailing management style and its impact on the community.
The lack of upkeep mentioned by one reviewer also suggests potential shortcomings in the services provided for maintaining the park's physical condition.
Considering Potential Features and Community Aspects
The limited reviews do not provide much insight into the specific features or the overall sense of community at Mobile Village Trailer Park. The positive review focuses on the helpfulness of the management regarding a personal remodeling project, rather than community-wide features. The negative review primarily details issues with the landlord and park maintenance, with no mention of communal amenities or positive community aspects.
Typically, mobile home parks might offer features such as common green spaces, laundry facilities, or recreational areas, but the presence of these at Mobile Village Trailer Park is unknown based on the provided information. The alleged negative interactions with the landlord and the reported safety concerns could potentially hinder the development of a positive community atmosphere for some residents.
The fact that police are reportedly at the park weekly is a significant concern that could indicate underlying issues within the community that might detract from a sense of safety and well-being for residents.
Lack of Promotional Information and Conflicting Accounts
There is no promotional information available for Mobile Village Trailer Park in the provided data. The two existing reviews offer conflicting accounts of the management and living conditions, making it difficult to form a definitive objective assessment.
For local users considering Mobile Village Trailer Park as one of their "RV parks near me" or for mobile home living, it is crucial to approach this community with caution and seek further information from a variety of sources. The stark contrast between the two reviews suggests that individual experiences may vary significantly.
Conclusion: Proceed with Caution and Seek Further Information
In conclusion, Mobile Village Trailer Park in Stevensville, MI, presents a complex picture based on the limited available reviews. While one resident reported positive interactions with a "sweet and understanding" manager who was helpful with personal issues, another resident described a landlord who allegedly harasses residents, neglects upkeep, is difficult to reach, and disregards laws. The latter review also raised serious concerns about trespassing and frequent police presence.
For local users considering this community as one of their "RV parks near me" or for mobile home living, it is strongly recommended to:
- Attempt to contact the park management at (269) 429-3928 or +1 269-429-3928 to inquire about current rates, amenities, policies, and to address the conflicting feedback from the reviews.
- Visit the property in person to assess the environment, infrastructure (especially the condition of the roads), and overall atmosphere.
- If possible, try to speak with multiple current residents to gain a broader understanding of the community and their experiences with the management and living conditions.
- Inquire about safety and security measures in place at the park, given the report of weekly police presence.
- Carefully review the lease agreement and understand all terms and conditions before making a decision.
Given the serious allegations in one of the reviews, potential residents should proceed with caution and ensure they have a comprehensive understanding of the current living situation at Mobile Village Trailer Park before committing to residing there. The conflicting accounts underscore the need for thorough personal investigation.

Mobile Village Trailer Park Reviews
So far I've had no issues with management, she's very sweet and understanding. Very helpful when getting issues resolved, helped me with remodeling my trailer that I paid far too much for from the seller.
Jun 09, 2019 · megan wardThe landlord constantly harasses residents, hardly any up keep, deep pot holes in the mobile park, can never reach the landlord when needed, landlord won't fix or resolve problems that residents bring to her attention, the maintenance worker constantly trespasses, police are out here on a weekly basis, landlord also trespasses. This place has potential but needs new staff and landlord. Landlord is very rude, not a good place to live due to constant fear of getting a letter from the landlord who thinks she's God and writes malicious and fictitious violations of the park lease does not follow Michigan state laws or federal laws.
