Place may be under new management, but I think the problem lies within and lack of rules being enforced for 10 years apparently. When I moved in, I asked about all the negative reviews and it was told that it was from the old management and owners. Same story as today. The manager had to drive past these places every six months to do my review so I know she saw it yet she did nothing to enforce the rules and get rid of this eyesore . They may have sold the place, but the same management is still there being cunning and disingenuous. This all happened under her watch so I’m not sure how anything has changed. All I can say is Choose your neighbors wisely because this is how my 4 1/2 years went. I left in August 2023. Pictures don’t lie. Some people have different rules than others and it shows. - Robin
