North Pointe Mobile Home Community Introduce
Located at 5225 N Lee Hwy in Cleveland, Tennessee, North Pointe Mobile Home Community presents a concerning picture based on the overwhelmingly negative customer reviews available online. For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is crucial to carefully consider the serious issues raised by residents before contemplating a stay at this location. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the environment, services, and features based on the explicit feedback from those who have lived there, highlighting significant potential drawbacks.
Multiple reviews paint a dire picture of the management and maintenance of North Pointe Mobile Home Community. A recurring theme is the lack of "proper and timely maintenance" of both individual units and the park itself. This is exemplified by the removal of a playground that was "never built back," indicating a potential disregard for community amenities. The reviews also mention "insane" rent charges of "$1100+" which residents feel are not justified by the living conditions.
A particularly alarming concern is the alleged frequent issues with the main water lines, described as happening "every month," and attributed to a "lack of preventative maintenance." One reviewer recounts being "without running water for 5 days and counting" with no apparent effort from management to remedy the situation, even for tenants who consistently pay on time and maintain their rented homes. This suggests a severe and ongoing problem with basic utility services, which would undoubtedly impact the comfort and habitability for any RV travelers as well.
Further compounding these issues is the claim that "Community rules are not enforced here," which can lead to a disorganized and potentially unpleasant environment for all residents and visitors. The lack of enforcement of rules can detract from the quality of life and overall safety within the community.
Specific problems within rented mobile homes are also highlighted, including "MOLD," "LEAKY ROOF," and "SEWAGE back up in tub." These are serious habitability issues that indicate a significant neglect of property maintenance. Additionally, one reviewer recounts being told their security deposit was a "non refundable move in fee" upon giving notice to move out due to these problems, suggesting potentially unethical or unfair management practices.
Given these overwhelmingly negative reviews focusing on severe maintenance deficiencies and utility issues, it is highly questionable whether North Pointe Mobile Home Community adequately caters to the needs of RV travelers. While the park is located in Cleveland, TN, which offers proximity to natural attractions and urban amenities, the internal environment and services appear to be severely lacking based on resident experiences. It is unlikely that a park with such significant problems for long-term residents would offer a satisfactory experience for short-term RV visitors.
Based on the provided information, it is difficult to ascertain what specific services or features might be available for RVs, as the focus of the reviews is on the negative experiences of mobile home renters. However, even if basic RV hookups (water, electricity, sewer) were present, the overarching issues of poor maintenance and unreliable water supply would likely negate any potential benefits of the location. It is highly improbable that amenities such as clean restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, Wi-Fi, or recreational areas would be well-maintained or reliably available given the reported neglect of basic infrastructure and housing.
There is absolutely no indication of any promotional information for North Pointe Mobile Home Community in the provided data. The strong negative sentiments expressed by residents serve as a powerful deterrent rather than a promotion. The advice given by one reviewer, "DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is truly an awful place to live and definitely not worth what they charge," should be taken very seriously by anyone considering this location for any type of stay, including a short-term RV visit.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is strongly advised to look elsewhere. The significant issues with maintenance, unreliable water service, lack of rule enforcement, and potentially unethical management practices, as reported by multiple residents, suggest that North Pointe Mobile Home Community is likely not a suitable or habitable option for RV travelers. The risk of encountering similar problems with infrastructure and a lack of responsiveness from management appears to be very high.
In conclusion, the information available online regarding North Pointe Mobile Home Community in Cleveland, TN, paints a picture of a poorly maintained park with significant issues, including frequent water line problems and a lack of management responsiveness. The negative experiences of residents strongly suggest that this location would not be a desirable or reliable option for RV travelers. Local users searching for "RV parks near me" are advised to thoroughly research alternative locations with more positive feedback regarding maintenance, services, and management.

North Pointe Mobile Home Community Reviews
The owners and property managers do not keep up with proper and timely maintenance of their units or the park itself. We used to have a playground, until it was torn down and never built back. They charge an insane amount of rent 1100+Community rules are not enforced here. They have frequent issues with their main water lines, no doubt a lack of preventative maintenance on their part. By frequent, I mean every month. Now currently they have left us without running water for 5 days and counting now and do not try to remedy in any way, shape, or form. Even to their tenants that always pay on time and have never caused any issues and keep up with proper care of the home they rent.DO NOT BUY OR RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. This is truly an awful place to live and definitely not worth what they charge. They collect well over 40k a month for this property in particular and they can’t even keep their properties habitable. And they wonder why they have empty lots with for sale signs sitting in them for years.

Jan 26, 2024 · lana ureyA poor experience all around.I wonder how long it will take until management is changed again.Be prepared to fix your floors and exterminate bugs.Pay attention to your bills, specifically the 'late fee' charges and know the local laws for such charges for your own sake.
May 25, 2024 · Krail CardenI have siblings that live in this community from what I can tell and from the repairs I've had to do on my own for them the Mobil homes are completely big and roach infested there is black mold is every mobil home I've worked on and all of the homes leak from all of the windows and roofs the sewage pipes back up all the time and the main line for the water breaks all the time and better hope it's not on the weekend because the park will not address it until Monday better believe they are not paying for weekend or after hour calls...don't leave anything at all outside because of you do they park manager Josh will try and give you a violation they pick at stuff that doesn't really matter while being negligant in not handling all the mold and bug issues rent and morgages are 1100-1600$ for busted beat up trashy Mobil homes steer clear dont rent or buy from these people they like to say they handle things but they don't. When you're done reading this, scroll through the other reviews and look at how management responds to some of these reviews. Their solution is if you don't like it, you're more than free to go after they've stolen your money they are nothing but cons they like to say they spend lots of money upgrading the infrastructure and remodeling when they don't. All they do is cover up all the bad. Sure. If they have too bad of a piece of wood and they can't Jerry rig it. They'll replace it and paint over it and leave all the studs behind it. Mold, infested and rotted
