North Port Huron Jellystone Park Reviews
We enjoyed our stay at Jellystone overall. The waterpark was clean and the pool was nice too. We stayed in a cozy cabin and had no complaints. Bathrooms were close and staff cleaned them often.Splash pad with the fish and frog slide needs to be renovated. Only 1 of the 2 slides had the water working. Some of the water buckets did not work and colors were completely faded by the sun. The ground you walked on in the splash pad came off on your feet. My son had a full blue layer of a thick, sticky, tar that was very hard to get off. That would be my biggest complaint - my son loved the splash pad but we did not go in it again because the floor would get stuck to your feet. All the scheduled events were timely and fun. The gift shop and ice cream was great. Check in and check out was also very easy.

Jun 03, 2024 · Rose MaschingThe place was fun over all but the rooms, pool and any of the items that should maybe be sprayed down once in a while were definitely not. We got there on Thurs before Labor Day and while I expected it to be not clean I didn't expect it to be gross. It was not busy before the holiday weekend you think they would have vacuumed the pool or sprayed down the inflatables or something. When we arrived they didn't have us in a pet friendly cabin I suppose it was because we booked online. The staff was friendly and accommodating and moved us into a pet friendly cabin. We got there the linens weren't changed but I wasn't sure if they were supposed to be because you're supposed to bring your own from home so we just didn't sleep in the dirty room. So just to make sure I didn't get charged for the excessive dirtiness (per the sign on the wall) i showed the front desk the picks of the dirty bedroom. They were accommodating and offered to upgrade us but we didn't feel like packing our stuff up again and moving so they gave us three passes to the wib it activity on the water. While overall it was fun I don't think I would stay at this particular one again.
Sep 02, 2024 · Danielle McPhersonI really wouldn’t recommend this park. We have been going to Jellystone parks for the last 15 years. Every year we pick a couple to go to and it’s been a tradition for us. We decided to give this park a try since we seen the new amenities which the kids did have fun on. Although things were closed a lot of the time they did get to enjoy them somewhat. The activities compared to other parks are subpar and disappointing. I honestly would recommend sending workers to visit another park for a weekend. We bring a big group with us every time and this time we had 4 sites, 2 cabins. Both cabins were dirty and not cleaned and only my family member complained to a worker about hers to which they cleaned it for them. Never once the entire stay was the garbage at the pavilion emptied and again we didn’t complain but instead tried to enjoy our time. Upon leaving we were charged for damages that we did not do, I called and talked to who I thought was the manager and she told me I would be refunded and I never was. I have never posted anything negative on yogi bear park which is why I have been bringing my family for years. But after being treated the way we were we will not be bringing our crew back.
Aug 30, 2024 · Ashley BrockOverpriced, fee for a fee, do not allow golf carts but you can rent them!?! A fee to save a spot, a fee for a cancelation within the same day, a fee for water toys. Ridiculous
