North Texas RV Park Reviews
I’ve been at the park since August 2024 and love it. The manager, Mark, knows his business and how to run a park. He’s polite, keeps people informed by not just email but also text so you can’t say he didn’t. He’s attentive to everything going on so that we have a very nice and safe place to stay. The grass is always mowed, maintenance issues are always reported and the facilities are always clean. Electric charges are very reasonable, we have basic local cable included and internet is available for a fee. I have my own so it’s no big deal. If you want to do long term stay, I suggest you get a PO Box because there’s only one mail box there for all mail and there’s no sorting and put into cubbies. But it’s smart to get your own PO box so that you have no issues with receiving mail.
Jan 07, 2025 · Rebecca HarmonMy boyfriend and I just became full timers and we’re still pretty new to the whole set up process. We lived here for a month and only left due to moving out of state. This place was wonderful! So quiet and well kept. The covered lot was great at keeping our RV cool. Writing this review mostly to compliment our experience with the manager, Mark. Like I said we were new and he was there for every question and to support us. Easy to get in contact with and you could tell how much he cared about keeping everyone here happy. Based off of past reviews and current reviews you know the sole reason this place improved was due to Mark. He was out everyday working on something or improving the place. My boyfriend and I both agreed we wish we could take Mark with us to be the manager at every park. If you’ve stayed here during the 1 star review, I highly recommend staying here again and giving it another shot.
Oct 27, 2024 · marissa farnkoffI have been here for a while. I have always loved the property. In the beginning I was weary of management but owner took care of business immediately and replaced old management with the most professional , helpful person. I have zero problems with this property love it.Even when we have problems with water or electricity, they are usually already working on it before I even realize it's a problem. They also warn you way in advance if water or electric is going off for a few minutes.
Feb 25, 2025 · Isreal BecerraRecently became a full time RV owner. This is my first RV park and so far so good. Mark is the manager, very friendly and considerate. He will help in any way he can. I'd say rates are decent, new covered awnings for nearly all spots. Electric cut in half by having them. Well maintained grass and gravel roadways. In the country, wildlife visible every day. Small enough to be cozy, within minutes of bigger towns. Long term person so it's nice to have a safe environment and RV life experience.
Sep 22, 2024 · Murray MarshallI’m new to the RV way of life and I have to say Mark has been so helpful in helping me get settled in. Park is clean and I feel very safe here. Starting movie nights on the lawn and a new pavilion has been added with a new gas grill anyone can use. So far the other residents/guests have been friendly and I love the gym they have set up. I would highly recommend Mark and how he manages the property. 5 stars for sure!
