Northlake Mobile Home Park Introduce
This introduction addresses Northlake Mobile Home Park, located at 2950 Northlake Way NW, Bremerton, WA 98312. If you are searching for "rv parks near me" as a category that might include mobile home parks for long-term residency in the Bremerton area, it is crucial to consider all available information to make an informed decision. The following introduction is based solely on the provided customer reviews and aims to present an objective overview of the park as described by individuals who have experienced it.
Based on the feedback received, Northlake Mobile Home Park appears to be a community facing significant challenges related to its upkeep, the behavior of some tenants, and overall safety. One former resident described the park as "run down" with "many questionable tenants." This individual reported observing open and free drug use throughout the park and characterized many of the homes as old and unsafe based on their past living experience there. They further stated that Northlake Mobile Home Park aligns with negative stereotypes often associated with trailer parks, particularly concerning crime and loud neighbors. The reviewer also mentioned a history of regular police searches of the property and homes, although this activity reportedly decreased in recent years, especially after the departure of a nearby bar.
Another individual who reported driving through the park offered a similarly negative assessment, describing the area as "very slummy." This reviewer noted visual indicators of disrepair and neglect, such as tarps covering vehicles that appeared non-functional, tarps on roofs of homes, and even a portable toilet situated in front of one trailer. They characterized the park as "too cluttered" and "really trashy," strongly advising against anyone choosing to live there.
The consistent negative feedback in the provided reviews paints a concerning picture of the environment at Northlake Mobile Home Park. The terms "run down," "questionable tenants," "unsafe," "slummy," "cluttered," and "trashy" suggest significant issues with the physical condition of the park and the behavior of some of its residents. The reported open drug use and past history of regular police searches raise serious concerns about the safety and security within the community.
While one positive aspect mentioned is the nearby bus stop, which could offer some convenience for residents relying on public transportation, this single benefit appears to be overshadowed by the numerous negative observations. The proximity to a bus stop does not mitigate the reported issues related to safety, drug use, and the dilapidated condition of the park.
It is important to note that the provided information does not include any details about the services or features typically found in mobile home parks. There is no mention of amenities such as laundry facilities, community centers, playgrounds, or pet policies. Similarly, there is no information regarding the management of the park, rules and regulations, or any efforts being made to address the serious concerns raised in the reviews. The absence of any positive feedback or information about improvements further underscores the negative portrayal of the park in the available data.
Furthermore, there is no promotional information provided, which is not surprising given the overwhelmingly negative reviews. It is highly unlikely that the park would be actively promoting residency under such circumstances without addressing the fundamental issues highlighted by past and present observers.
Given the strong negative sentiments expressed in the reviews, it is imperative for anyone considering Northlake Mobile Home Park as a potential residence to exercise extreme caution and, if possible, conduct a thorough personal inspection of the property and the surrounding neighborhood. Speaking with current residents (if feasible and safe) could provide additional insights into the current living conditions and management practices.
In conclusion, based solely on the provided customer reviews, Northlake Mobile Home Park in Bremerton appears to be a community facing significant challenges related to its physical condition, safety, and the behavior of some residents. The park has been described as run down, unsafe, and plagued by open drug use, with a history of police involvement. The visual descriptions of clutter and disrepair further support a negative assessment. While a nearby bus stop offers some convenience, it does not outweigh the serious concerns raised. Potential residents are strongly advised to consider these issues carefully and explore all other available options for mobile home living in the Bremerton area before considering Northlake Mobile Home Park as a viable choice. The advice from one reviewer to consider this place "last" should be taken seriously.
For those still considering this location, it is strongly recommended to contact the park management directly at (360) 377-9440 or +1 360-377-9440 to seek their perspective on the issues raised in the reviews and to inquire about any ongoing efforts to improve the living conditions and safety within the park. However, proceeding with extreme caution and thorough due diligence is paramount.

Northlake Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place is run down and has many questionable tenants. Drugs are seen being used openly and freely throughout the park. Homes are old and many are unsafe from my experience having lived there in the past. This is the trailer park people often think of when it comes to crime and loud neighbors. Police used to search property and homes regularly in past but seems to have quieted down over last few years and especially since the bar that was located next door has left neighborhood. Bus stop located nearby. If you're looking for a mobile home park to move into consider this place last.
Jan 15, 2024 · Carl and Marci WiegandI really dont like driving through this place. It is very slummy. People have tarps covering vehicles that must not run. Tarps on roofs and even a port a potty out front of someones trailer. It is to cluttered and really trashy. I would never tell anyone to live there !
Jan 05, 2019 · Erika KramerIf negative a billion stars existed I'd give that. This trailer park is so bad it doesn't even have a cute name like wagon wheel court or Mary's mobile home park. Nope, just a bunch of tweezers, and Latin Americans trying to make a living. To say it's bad would be the understatement of a lifetime. I've been there (to pick up my daughter to bring her to my much better home) quite a few times. For the past few times I've been there, there is a junked car sitting out front, and random crazies wandering aimlessly about, although the latter is a staple of this place. Best advice I can give, is stay FAR away from this modern day Sodom and Gomorrah. It is nothing but bad news waiting to happen.
Dec 29, 2017 · Matt MuzzyThe tenants are really nice, but the driveway has a lot of bad potholes and there are a couple of trailers that look like they were emptied with everything just piled up outside and there are a lot of rats.
Sep 28, 2019 · Suzie JolleyLove the people but for the money paid in lot fees by the number of lots it's alot of money it's time to put some back with that kind of bread it's time to build a. Club house with a swimming pool and that would be pocket change time to put some back
