Oasis Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Hemet, California area, Oasis Mobile Home Park, located at 45922 CA-74, might appear as a potential option for a long-term stay. While primarily a mobile home park, some such communities do accommodate RVs for extended periods, offering a unique residential experience. However, the available feedback from residents presents a starkly contrasting view, highlighting both the appealing aspects of the environment and significant concerns regarding management, utilities, and maintenance.
One long-term resident, who has been at Oasis Mobile Home Park since 2016, expresses appreciation for the "quiet," "our neighbors," and "the beauty around us." This suggests that the park might offer a peaceful and scenic setting, which could be attractive to RV owners seeking a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of more urban areas. The mention of friendly neighbors also hints at a potentially welcoming community atmosphere.
However, this same resident also points out a major drawback of the location: its remoteness. They note that the park is "difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate." This can lead to "constant problems and frustrations" for those who do not drive or rely on services that need to find their location. The issue is compounded by the fact that "mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74." This significant logistical challenge is a crucial consideration for anyone contemplating a long-term stay, especially if they have mobility issues or rely on external services.
Despite these location-related challenges, the long-term resident praises the on-site manager, Marilyn Mansfield, describing her as a "sweetheart" who "does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed" and receives "nothing but grief from management and tenants alike." This suggests that while the local manager might be well-intentioned and supportive, there could be systemic issues with the overall management or ownership that hinder her ability to effectively address problems within the park. The maintenance man, Diego, is also lauded as a "blessing," with the caveat that repairs often face delays due to the owners' approval process, whom the resident refers to as "slumlords." This paints a picture of potentially neglectful ownership that impacts the maintenance and upkeep of the property.
The difficulty in getting things repaired is further emphasized by the resident's statement that "we do have problems getting things done once they break" and that they find "it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost" rather than trying to deal with "Valerie" (presumably someone in the ownership or higher management). This indicates a significant issue with the responsiveness and willingness of the owners to address necessary repairs, which could be a major concern for RV owners facing maintenance issues with their rigs or the park's utilities.
Adding to the concerns, the resident mentions that "the trailers are very old so they have issues" and that "previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches." While this refers to the mobile homes, it could also imply a general state of aging infrastructure within the park that might affect RV spaces and utilities as well.
In stark contrast to the somewhat balanced view of the long-term resident, a more recent review paints a much more negative picture of Oasis Mobile Home Park. This reviewer accuses the owners of pretending "to be angels but are devils in hiding" and alleges that they "charge people for gas and electricity even when you haven’t been home for a month." This is a serious accusation of fraudulent billing practices that potential residents should be extremely wary of. The reviewer also criticizes the manager, Marilyn, contradicting the other resident's positive assessment by portraying her as unprofessional and unhelpful, claiming she deflects questions and acts inappropriately for her age.
Disturbingly, this negative review also details significant maintenance and pest control issues, stating, "There were termites in my home they covered up with thin fake wall as and the termites starting running around the house. Rats everywhere ☹️." These are severe habitability concerns that would make any long-term stay, whether in a mobile home or an RV, highly undesirable. The presence of termites and rats indicates a potential lack of proper pest control and maintenance, which can lead to health hazards and property damage.
Finally, this reviewer alleges that the management is "trying to steal my deposit" and concludes by labeling the park an "awful place" and "hell," urging others to "Do not come here." This extremely negative sentiment, coupled with the specific allegations of fraudulent charges and severe pest problems, should give any prospective resident significant pause.
Considering these highly contrasting reviews, Oasis Mobile Home Park presents a complex and potentially risky option for those seeking "RV parks near me" for a long-term stay in Hemet. While the park may offer a quiet environment and scenic beauty, the serious allegations of utility overcharging, significant pest infestations (termites and rats), neglectful ownership, and potentially unhelpful management cannot be ignored. The remoteness of the location and the associated difficulties with deliveries and navigation are also significant drawbacks.
There is no promotional information available. Instead, the strong warnings from one reviewer serve as a powerful deterrent. Potential RV residents must weigh the reported tranquility and beauty against the serious concerns raised about the park's management, maintenance, and potential billing practices.
For anyone considering Oasis Mobile Home Park, it is strongly recommended to exercise extreme caution and, if possible, visit the park in person to assess the conditions and speak with current residents directly (beyond those who have left online reviews). It is crucial to inquire specifically about utility billing practices, pest control measures, maintenance procedures, and the accessibility of the location for services and deliveries. Contacting the park at (951) 927-1935 or +1 951-927-1935, located at 45922 CA-74, Hemet, CA 92544, USA, would be the first step, but thorough due diligence is essential given the conflicting and concerning feedback.
In conclusion, while Oasis Mobile Home Park might offer some appealing aspects like a quiet setting and natural beauty, the serious allegations of mismanagement, utility issues, pest problems, and a remote location with logistical challenges suggest that prospective RV residents should proceed with extreme caution and thoroughly investigate these concerns before committing to a long-term stay. Exploring other "RV parks near me" in the Hemet area with more consistently positive feedback might be a safer and more reliable option.

Oasis Mobile Home Park Reviews
As with all rents, ours have increased. Utility bills are up too. Our manager, Marilyn Mansfield, is a sweetheart. She is given nothing but grief from management and tenants alike. She does her very best with the limited resources she is allowed. Our maintenance man, Diego, is a blessing. Once the owners approve repairs (the owners are slumlords) Diego and the crew are awesome. We do have problems getting things done once they break. We find it is fewer headaches to hire a professional and eat the cost. You will not get anywhere trying to convince Valerie otherwise. The trailers are very old so they have issues. Previous tenants may or may not have taken care of the coaches. We love our little coach. We enjoy the quiet, our neighbors, and the beauty around us.There is an issue with being this remote. We are difficult for delivery, taxis, and everyone else to locate. If you do not drive count on constant problems and frustrations.Mapping services are wrong and send people elsewhere or drop them off on Highway 74.We have been here since 2016.

Apr 29, 2018 · Trinidad De La TorreExtremely dark at night. You cant see your hand in front of your face. Notice the pictures are all of flowers and not the actual trailers that should tell you something.
