Ozark Mobile Home Park Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in the Arnold, Missouri, area, Ozark Mobile Home Park, located at 2464 Cedar Ln, Arnold, MO 63010, USA, presents a situation that warrants careful consideration based on recent customer reviews. These reviews raise significant concerns regarding management practices and the increasing cost of living for residents, which could also impact short-term RV visitors.
Information regarding the specific environment of Ozark Mobile Home Park is limited in the provided reviews. While one resident expresses their personal dissatisfaction with being implicitly labeled as "trash" due to living in the park, this comment doesn't offer details about the physical surroundings, landscaping, or overall aesthetic of the property. The lack of positive descriptions of the environment suggests that it may not be a primary highlight mentioned by residents. For potential RV users, understanding the layout, the condition of the grounds, and the general atmosphere would require direct inquiry or a visit to the park.
The reviews raise serious concerns about the services and management of Ozark Mobile Home Park. One reviewer alleges that the "Owner doesn't go by law when doing approvals for residents" and that the "manager does what she wants on applications including cha ging your information." These are significant accusations that suggest potential issues with fair and legal management practices. Such allegations could create an unstable and potentially problematic environment for both long-term residents and short-term RV visitors who might be subject to inconsistent or unfair policies.
Furthermore, a current resident expresses dissatisfaction with increasing costs, stating that "our rent went up again and now water and sewage we have to pay for it. Next it will be trash." This indicates a trend of rising expenses for residents, which could make long-term stays less affordable. While this review anticipates improvements with "new ownership," the resident notes that they are only seeing their "money going out every month" without corresponding improvements. This suggests a potential disconnect between expectations under new ownership and the actual experiences of residents regarding service and value for money. The fact that residents are now being charged separately for water and sewage, with trash potentially being next, implies a shift in billing practices that could increase the overall cost of staying at the park.
Features of Ozark Mobile Home Park are not positively highlighted in the provided reviews. The negative comments about management practices and increasing costs overshadow any potential positive features the park might offer. The absence of mentions of amenities such as RV hookups (water, electricity, sewage), restrooms, laundry facilities, recreational areas, or community spaces suggests that these are either not noteworthy or perhaps lacking. For RV users, the availability and functionality of essential hookups and facilities are crucial considerations, and the lack of information in the reviews is concerning. Potential visitors would need to actively seek information about these aspects.
There is no promotional information present in the provided reviews. Instead, the feedback serves as a strong cautionary message for anyone considering moving into or staying at Ozark Mobile Home Park. The resident's concluding statement, "It isn’t worth to move here," is a direct and negative assessment of the park's value proposition. This sentiment, coupled with the allegations of unlawful owner practices and arbitrary manager actions, paints a concerning picture for prospective residents and RV visitors alike.
Given the serious nature of the allegations and the negative experiences shared by residents, local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Arnold, MO, should exercise extreme caution when considering Ozark Mobile Home Park. The potential for unfair management practices and increasing costs could lead to a negative and financially burdensome experience. Before making any decisions, it is strongly recommended to take the following critical steps:
- Attempt to contact the management directly: Call them at (573) 340-5810 or +1 573-340-5810 to inquire about their policies, fees (including those for RVs if applicable), and management practices. Specifically ask about the processes for approvals and how resident information is handled. Seek clarification on current billing for utilities and any planned changes.
- Seek additional and more recent reviews: Look for reviews on multiple online platforms to see if there are more recent experiences that might offer a different perspective or corroborate the issues raised. Pay attention to the dates of the reviews to understand the current situation.
- Consider visiting the park in person: If possible, schedule a visit to observe the environment and the overall condition of the park. If you are considering a longer stay, try to speak with current residents (if they are willing) to get their firsthand accounts of living in the park under the current management.
- Inquire about RV-specific amenities and policies: If you are looking for an RV park, specifically ask about the availability and functionality of RV hookups (water, electricity, sewage), the size and type of RVs accommodated, and any specific rules or fees for RV stays.
- Thoroughly research alternative RV parks in the Arnold area: Do not rely solely on the limited and negative information available for Ozark Mobile Home Park. Investigate other "RV parks near me" in Arnold, MO, to compare amenities, reviews, and pricing, ensuring you have safer and more reliable options.
In conclusion, the current feedback regarding Ozark Mobile Home Park in Arnold, MO, raises significant concerns about management practices and increasing costs for residents. The allegations of unlawful owner actions and arbitrary manager behavior, coupled with a resident's strong recommendation against moving there, should serve as serious warnings for local users seeking RV parking or mobile home living. Thorough due diligence and exploration of alternative options are strongly advised before considering Ozark Mobile Home Park.

Dec 12, 2024 · L BI live here and I am not trash. But our rent went up again and now water and sewage we have to pay.for it. Next it will be trash. With new ownership would expect a lot of improvements .But I see is my money going out every month. It isn’t worth to move here.
Feb 13, 2024 · Barb HobbsDon’t even bother with them. When I called asking the requirements for the length and year of a trailer I was 1. Being talked to in a disrespectful manner, 2. Being ignored because they refused to answer my question until like the 5th time I asked. And 3. They haven’t been able to allow new trailers into this location in over 10 years!!!! It’s crazy how they can still advertise they have space but then you call and get some disrespectful chick that doesn’t understand “what are the requirements on a trailer” instead she says “we don’t have room for a trailer” could’ve started out with the whole, whoever is running your park is refusing trailers not a “we don’t have space” what a joke.
Jan 03, 2024 · Mariah WeldonHorrible management, new managers took over, they want to fight with the city of Arnold on everything making stuff harder on the residents. Rent keeps going up yet they wont even salt the roads when it’s icy. Find a better place to live, this place is going downhill.
