Palm View RV Park & Campground Introduce
Welcome to Palm View RV Park & Campground, located at 22200 River Rd in Perris, California. For those searching for "RV parks near me," Palm View RV Park & Campground presents itself as an option in the Perris area. It is important to provide a balanced and objective introduction based on the available customer reviews, highlighting both potential positives and significant concerns raised by past guests.
One positive review describes Palm View RV Park & Campground as a "great quiet place," with the reviewer expressing a wish to have stayed longer. This suggests that for some visitors, the park offers a peaceful and tranquil environment, which can be a significant draw for those seeking a relaxing getaway. This positive experience also mentions the presence of a pool and laundry facilities as amenities, along with "pretty walks" and "new owners" who are described as "lovely." This indicates that the park may offer opportunities for recreation, essential services, and a potentially positive interaction with the new management.
However, it is crucial to acknowledge a significantly contrasting and highly negative review that paints a very different picture of Palm View RV Park & Campground. This reviewer expresses strong dissatisfaction, stating they "wish I could give zero stars" and advising others to "avoid this place at all costs!" Such strong negative sentiment warrants a detailed examination of the issues raised.
According to this critical review, the RV park is "run down," and the roads within the property are "barely maintained." Poor road conditions can significantly impact the ease of navigating the park, especially for larger RVs, and can contribute to a negative overall impression of the facility's upkeep.
The laundry facilities are also a point of concern, with the reviewer mentioning only "one laundry machine that often is full of animal hair and cigarette butts." Limited laundry facilities, especially if poorly maintained, can be a major inconvenience for RV travelers who rely on these services for their longer stays.
The review further describes "disorderly tenants that are alcoholics," which raises serious concerns about the safety and atmosphere of the park. Such behavior can be disruptive to other guests and detract from the peaceful enjoyment of the environment.
Significant criticism is directed at the management, who are described as "wack jobs that have no idea how to run a park." The reviewer alleges that the management provides "random electricity bills without telling you what the rate is" and claims that "none of the meters work properly." Unclear and potentially inaccurate utility billing practices can lead to disputes and financial stress for guests. The malfunctioning meters further exacerbate these concerns, making it difficult for guests to understand and manage their electricity usage and costs.
The reviewer also claims that "so many laws have been disregarded when it comes to tenants rights" and that guests "won’t even know who your actual landlord is." These are serious allegations that suggest potential issues with the park's adherence to legal and ethical standards in its dealings with tenants.
Finally, the negative review mentions that "the trees are way overgrown and drop all kinds of mess on your trailer causing damage." Overgrown trees can indeed pose problems for RVs, including potential damage from falling branches and the accumulation of debris, requiring extra maintenance and potentially leading to expenses for the RV owner.
Considering these contrasting reviews, it is essential for potential visitors to weigh the positive aspects (a quiet environment, pool, laundry, pretty walks, potentially lovely new owners) against the significant negative concerns (run-down condition, poorly maintained roads, inadequate and dirty laundry, disorderly tenants, problematic management, unclear electricity billing, potential disregard for tenant rights, overgrown trees causing damage). The stark difference in experiences suggests that the current state of the park might be inconsistent or that different visitors have had vastly different encounters.
Given the strong negative feedback regarding management and infrastructure, potential local users searching for "RV parks near me" should exercise caution and consider these issues carefully before making a reservation at Palm View RV Park & Campground. It would be prudent to seek more recent reviews or, if possible, visit the park in person to assess the current conditions and management practices.
Information regarding specific services and features beyond the pool and laundry is limited in these reviews. Typically, RV parks offer essential hookups such as water, electricity, and sewer at each site. The mention of "pretty walks" suggests some natural or landscaped areas within or around the park that might be appealing to those who enjoy outdoor strolls.
No promotional information, such as discounts or special offers, is mentioned in the provided reviews. For local users interested in potential promotions or specific amenities, it would be necessary to contact Palm View RV Park & Campground directly at (951) 657-7791 or +1 951-657-7791.
In conclusion, Palm View RV Park & Campground in Perris, CA, presents a mixed picture based on the available reviews. While one reviewer found it to be a great, quiet place with positive attributes like a pool, laundry, pleasant walks, and lovely new owners, another reviewer experienced significant issues related to the park's condition, maintenance, management, and utility billing practices, strongly recommending against staying there. Potential local users searching for "RV parks near me" should be aware of these conflicting reports and conduct further research or direct inquiries to make an informed decision. The stark contrast in feedback suggests that the current experience at Palm View RV Park & Campground may vary significantly from guest to guest.

Great quiet place wish we could have stayed longer. Pool, laundry, pretty walks, new owners lovely.
Apr 09, 2025 · Wendi SmithWish I could give zero stars. This place is run down, roads are barely maintained. One laundry machine that often is full of animal hair and cigarette butts. Disorderly tenants that are alcoholics. The managers are wack jobs that have no idea how to run a park. They will give you random electricity bills without telling you what the rate is. None of the meters work properly. Just avoid this place at all costs! So many laws have been disregarded when it comes to tenants rights. You won’t even know who your actual landlord is. On top off all that the trees are way overgrown and drop all kinds of mess on your trailer causing damage. Once again avoid this place at all costs.
Apr 28, 2025 · Adam SilvaHorrible place to live, full of drugs, violence, alcohol abuse, Constant cigarette smoking, Not a good place for children, getting woken up at 1 in the morning because a child is knocking on the door asking to spend the night because his household is getting too violent. Broken down Laundry facilities full of dog fur and feces, unprofessional management who will trespass in your space come to your front door cuss you out and is intoxicated all the time. Dangerous environment that has had a history with the fire department due to all the hazardous clutter. Asking for personal information then leaving it for everyone to see your Social Security numbers and bank account, they claim to do a background check yet they have felons living in the park. Electrical hazards all over the property, The electrical bill will be one amount with no explanation than triple the next month. Water and electricity constantly get turned off and will be off for long periods of time. Once you question the bills or anything at all they become combative and demand more and more money. The trees are overgrown and drop so many berries that it’s unmanageable and damages your vehicle and trailer.
Apr 30, 2025 · Kimberly LaddIn comparison to several parks that we have visited over the past few months this by far is filled with the nicest people we have had the pleasure of meeting. Starting from when we first got here Roy offered to help set up the camper thanks Roy. The owners are very nice and giving to the residents in the community without that sense of ulterior motive... The campground itself is great .... The pool is awesome, clean, and No discrimination against our Doberman...(they have room to run and are still a little confused about the weird looking Doberman here ....Goat farm)Even after a few plants have been destroyed.... sorry guys:/ I think our cat thinks he is Simba has everything that the light touches belongs to him :-) We didn’t plan on being here as long as we have been and will miss it when we leave but we will be staying here whenever we have the chance in the future.... thanks again for all the hospitality and having such a wonderful group of people at your park
Sep 05, 2018 · Stephanie WinemanYou will think you made a wrong turn into a horror movie lol (maybe because we arrived late at night) but don't be fooled this RV Park is a piece of heaven on earth. The owners Douglas and Monette are amazing people with kind hearts. All the neighbors were super helpful and kind. The pool area is relaxing. Loved the goats and feeding them :) Park is exceptionally clean and well maintained. My favorite part was the Prayer Garden... for the 45 minutes I spent there I was transformed. Monette gave me a personal tour. Enjoy the pictures.
