Lake Perris Village Reviews
The events and activities organized by the community are always fun. We always look forward to seeing what’s coming up next!
Apr 29, 2025 · Jacqueline MorrisNice and quiet place to live. Thanks to the staff for such courteous and quick responses always.
Apr 29, 2025 · Candi RojasOffice doesn’t know how to do their job. They will ask for the information of everyone who lives on your residency and have it on file but they’re too lazy to bother to call you. They have 3 numbers on file and one of the members of my family accidentally parked on the wrong parking space, 83 instead of 84, for two hours and she was too lazy to call the number registered to the owner of the vehicle and just towed the car. Didi obviously doesn’t know the bare minimum about her job because she didn’t even leave a voicemail. Yet, she’s more than willing to cut off the water for HOURS without any previously advice and just go home right after without a single bother in the world. I could NEVER recommend Lake Perris Village so do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.A pipe bursts every other week and they randomly shut off the water for HOURS
Feb 20, 2025 · Lizbeth MartinezNO WATER AGAIN!?!? ANOTHER DISRUPTION!!! EVERY MONTHS WE ARE EITHER HAVING NO WATER OR NO GAS!!!!......pathetic that we have to wait 15 minutes to go into the property or wait in a line going from the gate to the intersection.
