Paradise RV Park

16145 Tabler Rd, Marietta, OK 73448, USA

4.0
There is nothing there except a couple of older campers and a large pack of dogs. We saw no hook-ups or any amenities. There is nothing to rate, let alone give any stars for. We were not sure what the people saw that gave it five stars, but they were not at the same place we saw! it was a muddy field with cows. That’s it. It was a scary place to stay the night. - Diana Rosas

Paradise RV Park Introduce

When searching for "RV parks near me" in the Marietta, Oklahoma region, Paradise RV Park, located at 16145 Tabler Rd, Marietta, OK 73448, USA, is one potential option that may appear. You can contact them at (580) 812-0146 or their mobile number +1 580-812-0146. However, it is crucial to consider recent feedback from fellow travelers to gain an accurate understanding of the current state and offerings of this location.

The available reviews present a stark contrast in experiences, indicating a potentially inconsistent or evolving situation at Paradise RV Park. One reviewer expressed significant disappointment, stating, "There is nothing there except a couple of older campers and a large pack of dogs. We saw no hook-ups or any amenities." This feedback paints a picture of a very basic or undeveloped site, lacking essential infrastructure typically expected at an RV park, such as electrical, water, and sewer hookups. The presence of a "large pack of dogs" may also be a concern for some travelers, depending on the dogs' behavior and the park's policies regarding pets.

Furthermore, this reviewer noted the absence of any discernible amenities and described the location as "a muddy field with cows." This suggests a very rustic and potentially unmanaged environment, which may not be suitable for RVers seeking established facilities and a comfortable stay. The reviewer concluded their experience by stating, "It was a scary place to stay the night," raising concerns about the overall safety and atmosphere of the location.

This highly negative review stands in stark contrast to the sentiment of those who may have given the park five-star ratings in the past, as referenced by the dissatisfied reviewer ("We were not sure what the people saw that gave it five stars, but they were not at the same place we saw!"). This discrepancy could indicate significant changes at the park over time, or perhaps a difference in expectations or the specific areas of the property experienced by different visitors.

In contrast to the first review, a second reviewer offered a more moderate perspective, stating it was "not bad place to stay for night and yea there's pack dogs there but they are friendly. I haven't had any problems while there." This suggests that while the presence of a "pack dogs" is acknowledged by multiple reviewers, at least one guest found them to be friendly and did not experience any issues. This reviewer also indicates that the park might be suitable for an overnight stop, implying a basic level of functionality for a short stay.

However, even this more positive review does not contradict the lack of mentioned amenities or hookups. The focus is solely on the absence of problems despite the presence of dogs, rather than highlighting any positive features or services offered by the park. The mention of it being "not bad" for a single night suggests that it might serve a very basic need for temporary accommodation but may not offer the facilities or environment expected for a longer or more comfortable RV stay.

Based on this limited information, it is challenging to provide a detailed introduction to Paradise RV Park in the context of typical "RV parks near me." The overwhelmingly negative review raises significant concerns about the lack of basic amenities, the potentially unkempt environment ("muddy field with cows"), and even the safety of staying overnight. While one reviewer had a neutral experience for a single night and found the dogs friendly, the consistent mention of a "pack of dogs" and the absence of any positive remarks regarding facilities or services are noteworthy.

Given the strong negative feedback regarding the absence of hookups and amenities, it is unlikely that Paradise RV Park currently offers the standard services expected by most RV travelers. These typically include electrical connections, water supply, sewer hookups, restroom and shower facilities, and potentially laundry services, Wi-Fi, and recreational areas. The reviews do not mention any of these features.

Similarly, the environment described as a "muddy field with cows" does not align with the expectations of a typical RV park that usually provides designated campsites, maintained grounds, and a degree of landscaping or natural appeal. The term "scary place to stay the night" further suggests a potentially isolated or insecure environment.

In the absence of any positive descriptions of features or services, and with the concerning feedback provided, it is impossible to highlight any specific advantages of choosing Paradise RV Park based solely on these reviews. There is no mention of promotional information, special rates, or unique aspects that would typically attract RV travelers.

Therefore, based on the currently available information, Paradise RV Park appears to be a very basic and potentially unsuitable option for RV travelers seeking standard amenities and a secure environment. The strong negative review highlighting the lack of hookups, amenities, and a concerning atmosphere should be carefully considered. While one reviewer had a neutral experience for a single night, the recurring mention of a "pack of dogs" and the absence of any positive features do not present a compelling case for choosing this location over other "RV parks near me" that offer more established facilities and positive feedback.

Prospective travelers are strongly advised to seek additional information and potentially recent reviews from other sources before considering a stay at Paradise RV Park. Contacting the provided phone numbers to inquire directly about the current facilities, services, and environment is also highly recommended to obtain the most up-to-date and accurate information. Given the significant discrepancies in past versus recent feedback, and the serious concerns raised, proceeding with caution is advisable.
