If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Las Vegas, Nevada area, Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk, located at 2485 W Wigwam Ave UNIT 1, Las Vegas, NV 89123, is one option that may appear in your search results. It's important to conduct thorough research to determine if a particular location meets your individual needs and expectations for RV living.
Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk can be contacted at (702) 361-2259 or +1 702-361-2259. This contact information allows prospective residents to inquire about the park's current offerings, availability, and any specific requirements for residency. When considering a location for your RV, direct communication with the management is often a crucial step in the decision-making process.
Based on publicly available online reviews, it's important to note that some residents have expressed significant concerns regarding the management and overall environment of Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk. These reviews offer insights into the lived experiences of individuals within the community, and while they represent individual perspectives, they should be taken into consideration when evaluating potential long-term living situations.
One long-term resident, claiming to have lived in the park for 18 years, expressed strong dissatisfaction with the current management. Their review indicates a perceived decline in the quality of management compared to previous administrations. This resident specifically mentioned difficulties in contacting the current manager, Cinda, citing a lack of responsiveness to phone calls and in-person inquiries over an extended period. They further expressed disappointment with the upkeep of the community, referencing the condition of shared amenities such as the pool.
Another long-term resident, who stated they lived in the park for 17 years, echoed similar sentiments regarding the current management, identifying Cinda as the "worst management" experienced during their time there. This reviewer also noted a perceived deterioration of the community environment, citing issues with noise levels and inconsiderate behavior from some new neighbors. Specific complaints included loud vehicles causing disturbances at late hours and general noise pollution affecting the peace and quiet of the residents. This individual expressed disappointment with the overall handling of community issues and the perceived lack of responsiveness from management.
One particular concern raised by a long-term resident involved an alleged lack of proper resident registration, requiring them to "apply to live here, again" despite residing in the community for nearly two decades. This situation reportedly led to feelings of being unrecognized and disregarded by the management.
It is worth noting that one positive aspect mentioned in one of the reviews is that Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk is a gated community. Gated access can often be perceived as a safety feature, potentially offering a sense of security to residents. However, this single positive point is juxtaposed with the multiple negative experiences shared by other long-term residents.
Considering the feedback from these reviews, prospective residents seeking "RV parks near me" in Las Vegas should exercise caution and conduct thorough due diligence if considering Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk. It would be prudent to attempt direct communication with the management to address the concerns raised in the reviews and to gain a current understanding of the park's management practices, community rules, and the overall living environment.
When evaluating RV parks or mobile home parks for long-term stays, several factors typically come into play. These include the quality of management, the maintenance of amenities, the sense of community, the adherence to rules and regulations, and the overall safety and security of the environment. The reviews for Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk highlight potential challenges in some of these areas.
For individuals and families looking for "RV parks near me" that offer a positive and well-managed living experience in Las Vegas, it may be beneficial to explore other options in the area and compare the amenities, community atmosphere, and management responsiveness of different parks. Reading a variety of reviews and, if possible, visiting potential locations can provide a more comprehensive understanding of what each community offers.
While Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk is located in Las Vegas and may appear as a potential option for those searching for "RV parks near me," the publicly available feedback suggests that prospective residents should proceed with caution and seek further information to determine if this community aligns with their expectations for long-term RV living. The concerns raised by multiple long-term residents regarding management and the overall environment warrant careful consideration.
It is recommended that anyone considering Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk contact the management directly to inquire about current conditions, policies, and to address the concerns expressed in online reviews. Visiting the property and, if possible, speaking with current residents (beyond the publicly available reviews) could also provide valuable insights before making a decision about residing in this community.

Paradise Trails Mobile Home Pk Reviews
I urge you not to live here.Management truly does not care for this place, even though it's their home AND workplace. Truly disappointed. I've been here for 18 years, the ones before them weren't this bad, and even the one before that wasn't this bad.I have tried for exactly one month to contact Cinda, in person, over phone, calling the office, nothing. She is never around, she does not want to talk to the people living here or wanting to live here. I would call a few times EVERY HOUR multiple times a day, multiple days in a row, and get NOTHING. Voicemail after voicemail. How on earth they're still here is beyond me especially after reading those other reviews.I could go on and on and on and on and on about how miserable situations involving her have been. Living here isn't worth it, there's so many better mobile home parks to live in, an apartment would be better than this. At least an apartment complex would take care of their pool! Also, they don't even remember the people living here.Edit. Living here 18 years, apparently I'm just not registered and I have to APPLY to live here, again. Whilst already living here for nearly two decades, long enough to see three managers for this community complex. Talking to cinda for years and years and I'm just not a person anymore. This is absurd, and it's baffling how this place is deteriorating so quickly.Again, URGING you to find another community to live in. This area in general is just not doing okay anymore, and everyone is way too entitled and rude.
May 09, 2025 · Louise Sultzer17 years. I lived here 17 years. Cinda has been, by far, the worst management. This park has gone down hill so immensely. Every new surrounding neighbor is unfathomably loud and inconsiderate. I don't want to wake up at 2am, by a seriously loud car that also shakes my house for 30 minutes. For months it's been this way, some of us have jobs and lives to live. Some people go outside just to be loud, it's hard to sleep. It's hard to do any hobby without being disturbed. This place used to be so nice, and fun. The way things are cared for or handled is miserable and plain stupid at times. Whenever I try to go into the office to speak with her, she's never there. I got her number, she never responds. I'm so disappointed in what this place has become. But I won't complain about it's safety, then again it is a gated community so it's kind of expected. If you're older and looking for a home to retire in, look elsewhere. If you're young and want a quiet and calm place to live, do not even consider this place. This has turned more ghetto, and it's disappointing.
Feb 02, 2024 · Jacqueline YongeCame here to do a quote for a home in the park. Walked from the house ( the one the owner called us to) to the open parking. Manager comes out and stares into the car. We rolled down the window because she's just staring at us and asks the manager "hey , do you need something ? She answers " do you need something ? Someone told me that they saw you soliciting, walking around." We say no, because this never happened. Asks us about 8 more times about the soliciting ( that never happened & no one is just walking around in 100degrees lady! I'm in the car literally getting directions out. I don't know if our races made a difference , but it felt that way. And I HATE to say that. There was no reason for her to behave this way. The one interaction would be enough for me to not view the property, let alone do business with them. I would recommend you don't either.I think you (MANAGER) should really take some time to reflect on how you're presenting yourself & your company.Have a BLESSED day.
Sep 04, 2024 · Arieanna MckThe worst experience and by far the rudest property manager by the name of Cinda. I was buying a mobile home cash and needed to make an appointment with Cinda the property manager for the lease of the lot. After several attempts, tons of voicemails and phone calls I never received a call back to make an appointment. I decided to go in person in hopes I can catch Cinda in person since no one would call me back. I was able to get in through the gates when this rude lady apparently the property manager Cinda was cussing and telling me to leave saying she refused to take my application since i didn’t have an appointment. Her handy man even started yelling at me since he saw me come through the gates from the exit entrance and cussing screaming like A mad man. I would give 0 stars if I could. BEWARE! STAY AWAY!
Oct 03, 2022 · George MorenoStay away from this place! My father made an offer on mobile home and buying cash. The office was not answering so we went in person to just be cussed out by the female in the office telling us to get the eff out of her office, that we come in when she tells us to come in. Not professional at all. Will take our money elsewhere.
