When considering a long-term living arrangement, it's crucial to gather information from various sources to gain a balanced perspective. We have reviewed some recent feedback from individuals who have had experiences with Paradise Valley Park to provide you with an objective overview. Please be aware that these reviews reflect personal experiences and may not be representative of the views of all residents.
One review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the current state of the community. This reviewer, who has a family connection to the park dating back to 1974, indicating a long history with the location and likely a deep understanding of its transitions over time, states their reluctance to even give the park a one-star rating. Their primary concern revolves around the apparent lack of enforcement regarding property upkeep. They specifically mention "many yards that are TERRIBLE" with issues such as trash in the yards and on front porches, and they claim that despite complaints to management, "no actions have been taken." As a concrete example, the reviewer notes having observed a particular home with a mattress and trash on the front porch for over a year. This feedback paints a concerning picture of the community's current aesthetic standards and the management's responsiveness to maintaining these standards.
In contrast, another very brief review offers a glimmer of potential improvement, simply stating "Under New Management hope it's better than the last 2 managers." This comment suggests that there has been a recent change in leadership at Paradise Valley Park and implies that there were previous issues with the management that residents were hoping the new management would address. This review provides no specific details about the park's environment, services, or features but does introduce the possibility of positive changes underway.
Considering these two reviews, there appears to be a discrepancy in the perceived quality of Paradise Valley Park. The first review highlights a significant issue with the lack of enforcement regarding property maintenance, leading to a potentially unkempt environment in certain areas of the community. The longevity of the reviewer's connection to the park adds weight to their observations about its transitions and current state. The second review, while lacking specifics, offers a hopeful outlook associated with new management, suggesting that the issues raised in the first review might be recognized and potentially being addressed.
Given this limited and somewhat conflicting information, it is challenging to provide a detailed description of the environment, services, and features of Paradise Valley Park. Typically, mobile home communities offer individual lots for residents to place their manufactured homes and usually provide essential utility hookups such as water, sewer, and electricity. Depending on the community, there might also be additional amenities such as laundry facilities, recreational areas, and on-site management. However, the available reviews do not provide specific details about these aspects for Paradise Valley Park. The negative review's focus on yard upkeep suggests that individual residents are responsible for maintaining their lots, and the lack of enforcement of community standards appears to be a key concern.
The mention of management in both reviews underscores its critical role in the functioning and resident satisfaction within a mobile home community. The negative review directly criticizes the lack of action by the previous management regarding property maintenance, while the positive comment expresses hope for improvement under new leadership. This highlights the importance of effective community management in addressing resident concerns and ensuring a pleasant living environment.
Information regarding promotional offers or special rates is not included in the provided text. Individuals interested in residency at Paradise Valley Park should contact the community management directly using the provided phone numbers to inquire about lot availability, rental rates for the lots, lease terms, security deposits, and any current special offers or incentives. They can also inquire about the community's rules and regulations, particularly those pertaining to property maintenance, and ask about the services and amenities provided to residents.
In conclusion, while our platform primarily serves those looking for "RV parks near me," Paradise Valley Park in Grand Junction, Colorado, offers a long-term residential option as a mobile home community. Recent reviews present contrasting perspectives, with one highlighting significant concerns about the lack of property maintenance enforcement and the other expressing hope for improvement under new management. Prospective residents are strongly encouraged to contact Paradise Valley Park directly to gather detailed information about the community's environment, specific services, features, fees, and current management practices, and to potentially seek further information from current residents to gain a comprehensive understanding before making a decision about long-term living in this community. The apparent issues with property upkeep, as mentioned in one review, should be a key area of inquiry for potential residents.

Paradise Valley Park Reviews
I hate even giving this place 1 star. My grandmother has lived here since 1974 so we've seen it go through a lot of transitions. There are many yards that are TERRIBLE and have trash in the yard and front porch and nothing is done about it. We've complained to management and no actions have been taken. I've driven by this particular home for over a year with this mattress on trash on the front porch.

Nov 07, 2023 · Mary MarksNew Management is GREAT! It is nice to see the park once again well maintained and needed improvements coming to fruition. Some may have issues, but that is simply because they choose to not follow the rules or pay rent on time. Keep up the good work!
Sep 27, 2018 · Eerin HouckI give this park a three star rating. Prior to the new owner/manager it was a pretty decent trailer park. Like others have said, it's in a great location. It has a park. Trash pick up. Irrigation. Etc. Not a bad place. However (and as others have also noted), the new manager seems to be a person who is insecure or something as to feel the need to be on a power trip. By this I mean that the new manager (Jesse) treats his residents in an abhorrent way. I myself have seen him yell at a couple of the residents during two separate incidents in his office, to give an example. Essentially, he is just a vile person. It is not my position as to guess to why but I imagine that his having of none or few friends, and no significant other causes him anguish. I'm no expert, but he seems dissatisfied with life and takes it out on his residents and through exercising his authority. If you're willing to put up with the manager, it's otherwise a pretty good spot!
