Pecan Grove Mobile Home Park Reviews
Owner will work you and never pay you. Owner will lie and say she has someone coming to fix or check in the mail nothing happens check does not come. Lived here with no floors just plywood and 6 months no hot water or window when I did stop paying rent because me and kids had to boil water to take a bath we was evicted within one night I was given 7 days to move got the notice the day before the 7th day. It's been four days I called to obtain the rest of my things and was told the whole park has them they opened my door the day after and allowed everyone to take what they want. I wish an inspector will come in and shut it down. The place needs to be condemned also owner forgets what is broke or she needs to fix or send someone this will go on for months but will remember if ur late once for rent. Good luck if u decide to rent from this place
