If you are searching for 'RV parks near me' in the Shelton, WA area, Peninsula Pines offers a location in the Pacific Northwest. However, it is crucial to consider the information available from customer reviews to form an objective understanding of the park.
One reviewer expresses significant dissatisfaction with the management of Peninsula Pines, stating that the property has been managed by "slumlords" for over 40 years and is now under the management of "different slumlords." This individual claims that the "high lot rent" does not align with the condition of the park and alleges a lack of necessary repairs. As a concrete example, the reviewer mentions that the poor road conditions once caused damage to their vehicle's struts. This paints a concerning picture of the infrastructure and the responsiveness of the management to maintenance issues.
Another reviewer shares an overwhelmingly negative experience, advising others to "never run from these people again." This strong language underscores a high level of dissatisfaction. This reviewer details multiple issues encountered while renting a space, including problems with electricity where "half of the place was down for six months" without being fixed. Furthermore, they allege the presence of significant pest problems beyond typical ants, and when brought to the attention of the manager, they were reportedly told to "deal with it myself." The reviewer also claims to know others who have experienced similar issues, such as "rats holes in their walls" that management allegedly failed to address. In addition to these maintenance and pest control concerns, this reviewer also criticizes the pricing as "so high Sky High" for what they describe as "four pieces of trailer trash that literally needed to get replace." The reviewer concludes with a personal opinion that the management should prioritize property maintenance over personal expenditures like "trips to Hawaii and a race car," ultimately advising others to "do not want from these people they are literally scum Lords." This review presents serious allegations regarding the living conditions, management practices, and value for money at Peninsula Pines.
Considering these two customer reviews, a concerning picture emerges regarding the management and maintenance of Peninsula Pines Mobile Home & RV Park. Both reviewers use strong negative language and describe significant issues that directly impact the living experience of residents. The allegations include neglect of repairs, poor infrastructure (roads), unresolved utility problems (electricity), pest infestations (bugs and rats), and what is perceived as overpriced lot rent for the conditions offered. The lack of management intervention in addressing these problems, as described by the second reviewer, is particularly troubling.
For individuals searching for 'RV parks near me' in Shelton, WA, it is essential to weigh these negative reviews heavily. While the location might be convenient, the reported issues with management responsiveness, maintenance, and potential living conditions suggest that thorough due diligence is absolutely necessary before considering a stay or residency at Peninsula Pines. These reviews do not highlight any positive aspects of the park's environment, services, or features. Therefore, potential users should approach with extreme caution and seek further information from other sources or by visiting the property in person to assess the current conditions and management practices.
As a mobile home and RV park, Peninsula Pines would typically offer spaces for long-term mobile home residents and shorter-term RV stays. However, the reviews provided do not offer any details about the specific amenities or services offered to either group. The focus of the feedback is overwhelmingly negative, centered on the perceived failures of management to maintain the property and address the concerns of residents. This lack of positive information, coupled with the serious allegations made, should be a significant red flag for anyone considering this park.
Given the severity of the issues raised in the reviews, it would be irresponsible to present any positive promotional information or highlight any features without further corroborating evidence that contradicts these accounts. The absence of any positive feedback online, at least within the provided data, suggests that potential users should be prepared for the possibility of encountering similar problems. It is strongly recommended that prospective residents or RV travelers look for alternative 'RV parks near me' in the Shelton, WA area that have more positive or at least more balanced reviews regarding their management and upkeep.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Peninsula Pines Mobile Home & RV Park in Shelton, WA, paint a concerning picture of mismanagement, neglected maintenance, and potentially poor living conditions. The allegations of high prices for substandard conditions and a lack of responsiveness from the management are serious. Anyone searching for 'RV parks near me' in this area should carefully consider this information and exercise extreme caution before deciding to stay at or reside in Peninsula Pines. It is highly advisable to seek alternative options with more favorable reviews and to conduct thorough personal inspections of any potential RV park or mobile home community before committing.

Peninsula Pines Mobile Home & RV Park Reviews
Slumlords have managed this place for over 40 years. Now, they're managed by different slumlords. High lot rent for what it is, and they never make repairs. The road ruined my struts once upon a time.
Nov 14, 2022 · Drakakis Viking Princessever run from these people again. I had nothing but issues with the place that I rented cluding electricity. Half of the place was down for six months and didn't come in and fix it. Then there was the fact that they have bugs. And I don't mean aunts. When I went to the manager they simply told me to deal with it myself. I am also known as other people that have had similar issues with rats holes in their walls and they will not do a darn thing about it. Plus the prices are so high Sky High. Four pieces of trailer trash that literally needed to get replace. Personal opinion they need to quit and spending the money on trips to Hawaii and a race car and fix their places. So in short do not want from these people they are literally scum Lords
Apr 01, 2019 · Chawnna NestellFairly well kept up. Only been there a few times. From what I've seen, the tenants are a little questionable. Other than that yards are kept up, no trash laying around, & quiet.
Sep 10, 2019 · Patti KemptonI lived here for 5 years with my mom & there were a few issues that didn't get addressed immediately, but the owners are good people who do their best for their tenants.
Sep 13, 2018 · Betsy Marie DahlCHEAPISH in town except his other property witch is the same OK if your hard up or an addict or into criminal activities.Don't have high hopes or any for that matter and don't expect any good people residents there are 99% Shandy back stabbing people. Watch out they will lye and seem convincing at first then before you know it you are screwed.I learned the hard way. had only planned to stay until i landed on my feet. Well they ripped the ground from under me literately. If you absolutely have to otherwise i'd say take you'd chances at the park-n-ride 75 ft away.
