Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community Introduce
For local users searching for "RV parks near me," it's important to also be aware of the various residential options available in the surrounding areas, including mobile home communities. While our platform primarily focuses on RV parks, we aim to provide comprehensive information that can assist you in finding the right type of accommodation or long-term living situation. In this context, we present an overview of Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community, located at 7962 72nd Way N lot 227, Pinellas Park, FL 33781, USA. This introduction is based on publicly available customer reviews to provide an objective perspective on the community.
Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community is situated in Pinellas Park, Florida, offering a residential setting for mobile homeowners. The provided address indicates a specific location within the Pinellas Park area, suggesting accessibility to local amenities, services, and transportation routes. For individuals seeking a more permanent living arrangement than what is typically offered by an RV park, a mobile home community can be a viable option, providing the opportunity to own a home within a managed environment by leasing a lot.
However, it is crucial to consider the experiences shared by current and prospective residents when evaluating a mobile home community. The available customer reviews for Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community raise some significant concerns regarding the management and overall living experience. One review describes the "office ladies" as "extremely unprofessional," detailing an instance where an application was reportedly denied due to the number of occupants (five people in a four-bedroom trailer with 1,000 sq ft). The reviewer also alleges a lack of transparency and an abrupt end to communication when seeking clarification or corporate contact information, stating that the office "would not answer and hung up when asked about the corporate number." This lack of professionalism and communication is a serious point to consider for anyone looking to reside in this community.
Adding to these concerns, the same reviewer mentioned unanswered emails sent to the website's provided link, indicating potential issues with responsiveness and communication through multiple channels. This lack of response can be frustrating for individuals seeking information or attempting to resolve issues.
Another, more extensive review from someone claiming to have lived in the park for several years strongly advises prospective residents to "move one to a different park." This individual characterizes the front office as "extremely rude" and alleges instances of regular threats of fines based on personal preferences rather than clear park rules. The review further claims that the management neglects the maintenance of common areas, describing them as "constantly in disrepair and overgrown," despite residents being held accountable for their individual lots. This paints a picture of potentially inconsistent management practices and a disconnect between the expectations placed on residents and the upkeep of the park's shared spaces.
Furthermore, the long-term resident notes a trend of increasing lot rent each year, with the rate of increase reportedly doubling recently. This suggests a potential for escalating housing costs within the community, which is an important factor for budget-conscious individuals to consider. The combination of alleged management issues and rising costs could significantly impact the overall affordability and quality of life for residents.
Based on these publicly available reviews, it is difficult to provide a positive introduction to Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community. The feedback highlights significant concerns regarding the professionalism and communication of the office staff, potential inconsistencies in rule enforcement, alleged neglect of common area maintenance, and increasing lot rental fees. These are critical factors that prospective residents would need to carefully evaluate.
While we strive to offer information relevant to those searching for "RV parks near me," understanding the broader landscape of residential options, including mobile home communities, is essential. In the case of Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community, the recent feedback suggests potential challenges that may detract from a positive living experience. It is imperative for individuals considering this community to conduct thorough due diligence, which may include attempting to contact the management directly to discuss these concerns and potentially speaking with current residents to gain a more balanced perspective, if possible.
Given the nature of the reviews, it would be imprudent to highlight any specific services, features, or promotional information without further positive or corroborating evidence. The primary takeaway from the available information is the need for caution and thorough investigation before making any decisions regarding residency at Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community. Potential residents should weigh the reported issues against their own priorities and consider whether this community aligns with their expectations for management professionalism, community maintenance, and cost stability.
In conclusion, Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community in Pinellas Park, Florida, has received concerning feedback regarding its management practices, communication, maintenance of common areas, and increasing lot rental fees. While it exists as a residential option for mobile homeowners in the area, prospective residents are strongly advised to proceed with caution, conduct thorough research, and seek to obtain a more comprehensive and balanced understanding of the community beyond the publicly available negative reviews. Contacting the park directly at (727) 544-7671 or +1 727-544-7671 would be a crucial step in this process, allowing for a direct dialogue with the management regarding the concerns raised and the opportunity to form an independent assessment.

Pinellas Cascades Mobile Home Community Reviews
Office ladies are extremely unprofessional. Application was not approved because they say we cannot have 5 people living in a 1,000 sq, 4 bedroom trailer. When asked questions about why, they would not answer and hung up when asked about the corporate number. Beware :)Edit: also sent emails to the link given on the main website a few weeks ago, that still remain unanswered.
Mar 20, 2025 · Jade IvieI have lived here several years my advise to you is move one to a different park. The front office is extremely rude. You will get threatened regularly if they don't like you with fines. Even though the parts of the park they are responsible for taking care of are constantly in disrepair and overgrown. Lot rent has gone up every year and the amount it goes up has now doubled.

Apr 26, 2025 · Christian TannerBefore reading my review please note this community does not rent. You have to buy your home to live here. This is a world class family community. I know there are bad reviews on here about Pinellas Cascades. I have read them and I don't feel they truly represent the community. Are there issues? Sure, it's not perfect. I think the lot rent is a little high for a community that doesn't cut the grass. Maintenance does however walk around several times a week picking up any litter that may be about. I have also seen that the basketball court could use some love. I also have an issue with our plumbing that the office told my husband isn't their problem. Don't get me wrong the ladies that work in the office are friendly and personable. But they told my husband none of our neighbors have complained. Apparently they are afraid to complain or they are breaking rules. Two sets of neighbors have said their water flow is slow and they have regular backups. As a result of the issues we are having I've had plummers out 4 different times at $300.00 per visit. Basically, I have them out every 4 - 5 months. Only to be told the blockage is over 40 feet from my home. Which according to the community rules they are responsible for anything over 25 feet out. I am practically disabled and can't do laundry in my home as a result of this issue. It is very hard for me to even do laundry at the community laundromat. I don't like to bother my family for something I should be able to do in my own home. But in comparison to other family parks in close proximity I wouldn't live anywhere else. Pinellas Cascades does background checking on people before they move in. There have been people that have tried to sneak people in to live with them but the office always finds out. I don't have a problem with this as I like having a safe place to live. Kids can play outside here with minimal supervision without parents worrying. The swimming pool is also clean. There are benches with BBQ grills and even two small dog parks. One for big dogs and one for small dogs. The playground is also very nice. The community is also pretty quiet. Except for on the weekends. Sometimes it can get a little loud since people know the office is closed 😆. But all of my neighbors are nice. There are wild Muskogee Ducks in the community. They can be problematic at times leaving droppings on driveways and whatnot. There are also several stray cats in the community. They are not bothersome on my street. I only get annoyed about the cat foot prints on my windshield, LOL. No one on my street feeds them; which is why they are not really an issue. However, in other parts of the community people do feed them. If you absolutely hate cats, this is not the community for you. I hope everyone reading this finds this review helpful.
Jul 20, 2023 · Anne WiMy husband and I moved here two months ago from Memphis. The park is great. Lovely neighbors, good lot feed, and incredible location. It feels like a small town but a 15 minute drive in any direction takes you to something to do. Love the proximity to the beaches, close enough that you can go every day if you want. Some of the places are in better condition than others, but I've noticed in just the past two months a lot of upgrades being done. I see management out every day touring the park, and like I said since we got here they've been working on increasing overall curb appeal with fresh flower beds and decorations. The management has been amazing and helped us with our cross country move. When my mother in law fell ill right after we moved here, they called several times to see how she was doing. Every question we've had they've answered quickly and clearly.I was a little worried about losing my privacy, but I shouldn't have been. It's surprisingly nice and quiet, especially considering how many families with young children there are! I'm also impressed at the amount of multiple generations living here. Several older parents in one home and at least one child living nearby. Everyone is very respectful of other peoples property lines and privacy. But if you need a hand with anything, like learning how to tend to your garden, multiple people will jump to help you learn!I love this little community. Great people all around.
