Based on the limited customer feedback available online, Plantation Acres appears to be a community that presents both positive aspects and areas for consideration. One reviewer noted that the park looked "very clean," suggesting that maintaining a tidy environment is a priority within the community. This can be an important factor for prospective residents who value cleanliness and aesthetic appeal in their living environment.
Another resident described Plantation Acres as a "nice place to live." This general positive sentiment indicates that the community may offer a pleasant living experience for some residents. However, this same review also brought attention to a specific aspect of the community environment that potential residents should be aware of: the presence of children. The reviewer noted that children are "everywhere" and cautioned that they may run out in front of cars, also mentioning bicycles and toys being left in the roadways. This suggests a family-oriented environment with a significant number of children present, which could be a positive for families with kids but might require extra vigilance from drivers within the park.
Considering the platform category 'RV Parks Near Me,' it's important to reiterate the distinction between traditional RV parks and mobile home parks. While some mobile home parks may accommodate RVs on a longer-term basis, their primary focus is typically on providing a residential setting for manufactured homes. The amenities and regulations might differ from those found in parks primarily catering to transient RV travelers. Therefore, individuals specifically looking for short-term RV parking with typical RV park amenities might need to inquire whether Plantation Acres offers such options and what specific services are available for RVs.
The available information does not provide details regarding specific services or features offered within Plantation Acres Mobile Home. To gain a comprehensive understanding, prospective residents would need to inquire directly about aspects such as lot sizes, utility hookups (water, sewer, electricity), waste management services, road maintenance, security measures, and any community amenities that might be available (e.g., playgrounds, common areas, laundry facilities). Understanding the park's rules and regulations regarding pets, vehicle parking, and landscaping would also be essential for making an informed decision.
Given the mention of children being prevalent in the community, it is likely that Plantation Acres fosters a family-friendly atmosphere. This could be appealing to families with young children who are looking for a neighborhood where their kids can interact with others. However, as highlighted in the review, it also necessitates a heightened awareness of child safety for all residents and visitors driving within the park. Clear guidelines and perhaps designated play areas could be important factors in managing this aspect of the community environment.
The lack of information regarding management presence and responsiveness makes it difficult to assess this crucial aspect of the community. Positive management can significantly contribute to resident satisfaction by ensuring the park is well-maintained, rules are enforced fairly, and resident concerns are addressed promptly. Prospective residents should endeavor to learn about the on-site management, their availability, and their processes for handling resident issues.
To obtain a complete picture of Plantation Acres Mobile Home, it is strongly recommended that interested individuals contact the park directly using the provided phone numbers. Asking specific questions about lot availability, lease terms, utility costs, community rules, and the services offered would be essential. A visit to the park would also allow potential residents to personally assess the cleanliness, the layout, the condition of the roads and common areas, and the overall atmosphere of the community. If possible, speaking with current residents could provide valuable first-hand insights into the living experience at Plantation Acres.
In conclusion, Plantation Acres Mobile Home in Knoxville, TN, appears to be a clean and potentially nice place to live, characterized by a significant presence of children, suggesting a family-oriented environment. However, those considering residency should be mindful of the need for extra caution while driving within the park due to children playing. Further inquiry into the park's services, amenities, management, and rules is crucial for prospective residents to determine if Plantation Acres meets their specific needs and preferences for long-term living in the Knoxville area.

Plantation Acres Mobile Home Reviews
We took some river rocks to a lady for landscaping it looked like a very clean park
May 02, 2025 · Billy DanielsIt's a nice place to live. You have to watch out for the children because they are everywhere. And they will run out in front of your car. They leave bicycles in the road ways and toys too.
Jun 16, 2024 · Teresa MilesLived here 7 years, price always increases, $700 a month is too much for a 25 year old trailer, never paid it off either- had 6 more years left before it was paid off, property managers are bullies and pick favorites and bully families. If you have children, they are safe in this neighborhood but once they are caught doing one thing they do everything in that park that's wrong.
Mar 19, 2019 · Laura HollandI visit Plantation Acers very often. My best friend of 35 years lives there. Its not a place i like to go. Management very rude. You will be stopped an ask what business you have an who your going to see. I have been ask how long i will be there. I fee like it's invasion of my privacy. Not a good place to visit or live.
Jan 25, 2018 · Patricia LewisThe landlords BOTH are cery unprofessional and they lie. The water is paid within the rent and somehow they constantly rip you off and LOVE to tell you that “you must have a leak somehwere”. They are straight up CROOKS. Not to mention that they allow registered child predators to live there. The police are out there constantly because, although the units are in nice shape, they allow trouble makers to live there. We also started having issues with roaches coming up through our drain pipes because of our filthy neighbors.
