Was staying with a elderly to give hospice care and when he passed I was given 72 hours to vacate due to some debt on my credit report that wasn't even legit and I was planning to buy the trailer and had been paying rent on time and was a good tenant I don't think they have a heart at all by the looks of how they treat people sad hope they move in some one who does everything they don't want...serves them right...money got to the head and took all their heart...

For the love of your sanity turn and run away if you are thinking of living here. They cannot keep help in the office for more than 2 months says alot about the owners. My husband himself used to do maintenance for the mobile home park and drew the line at trapping outside cats and dumping them off in lakota homes making it another property's problem. Which the ladies in the office at that time decided to do it themselfs than. The lease is month to month so they can change the rules to work for their benefit when a problem arises and do not have to update tenants of changes but can slap you with a hefty fine for something you had no clue was even a rule. The lot rent itself has went drastically up and the community made of people that are low income to fixed income. We were at 265.00 plus water sewer garbage when the new owners took over they jumped it to 550.00 plus water garbage sewer. There are no sidewalks for children to ride bikes on. You are not allowed to have children's toys in YOUR yard. When you move into a lot there is a shed provided that you must maintain and paint to match your house, if you try to customize them in any way your not allowed to because they are park property fair enough but when you move your house out they charge you a ridiculous fee to smash the shed and get rid of so makes no sense at all. They basically give absolutely no shit about their tenants only money. And the money never goes back into the park the driveways are cracked, the streets could use work. There should be street lights or a play area in each trailer park for all the children instead there is only 1 in the park by the office. They try to bully people when trying to move the house they own out of the park that so many people have had to leave their homes behind and they sit and collect lot rent and get sold or rented out. They want 1000.00 for you to move your house out, they say it's a refundable deposit as long as the property is in tip top shape, well when we moved in our driveway was cracked but they want me to pay for it now no thank you yall are money hungry people in the wrong business. It takes compassion and understanding to run a community of all walks of life and this place definitely does not have that.

The park manager and owners are very rude, I’ve lived here less than a year and the water has been shut off about 3 dozen times, most without any kind of warning. The owners seem to look down on most of the tenant and the prices are extremely expensive even for the current housing environment.
Jul 29, 2023 · Anna Kapustunlawful retaliatory eviction in response to us reporting them to the police. have harassed our family for over a year, attempted to evict us in the winter with our NEWBORN SON "just to get our attention" about $7 missing on rent, instead of simply contacting us in any form. this is an absolutely horrible place to live and we are so happy the universe gave us this push to leave and find a healthy housing area with actually professional management. they also bump up rent $100 every 6months or so, so be prepared for that if you plan on moving in.
Aug 22, 2023 · Savannahhorrible new management, upped rent $200 since the came when over the past 20 years the rent has only gone up $100. absolutely horrendous. they also tried to threaten eviction to us and our newborn son during the winter without any form of notice prior, which they acknowledged later was just to get our attention as we were short on rent that month. disgusting attempts at gentrification yet we live next to a literal "waste control pond" i.e. SEWAGE POND and have horrible quality of life here. we genuinely miss the old management with the crazy old lady people posted reviews about a year ago lol.
