Prairie Village Mobile Home Community Introduce
Welcome to Prairie Village Mobile Home Community, a dynamic and evolving residential hub located at 28925 360th St #78, Booneville, IA 50038. While featured on platforms like "RV Parks Near Me," it’s important to understand that Prairie Village primarily functions as a long-term manufactured home community, undergoing significant revitalization efforts to create a modern and inviting living environment. This community stands out for its commitment to improvement and its focus on fostering a true sense of belonging among its residents.
The environment at Prairie Village Mobile Home Community is characterized by its quiet and serene atmosphere, frequently highlighted by residents as a key positive. Situated away from the immediate hustle and bustle, the community offers a peaceful retreat for its residents. It is described as "super quiet with great neighbors," indicating a strong sense of community and mutual respect among those who call Prairie Village home. The management is actively working on enhancing the aesthetic and functional aspects of the park, including "removing old homes and bringing in new ones." This ongoing revitalization contributes to a fresh, clean, and appealing environment. The spaciousness of the lots provides residents with individual outdoor areas, allowing for personal gardens, outdoor recreation, or simply a place to relax. The location in Booneville offers a balance between rural tranquility and convenient access to larger urban centers. While Booneville itself is a smaller town, its proximity to Des Moines, just a short drive away, means residents can enjoy the peace of country living without being isolated from employment opportunities, entertainment, and extensive amenities.
The services and management at Prairie Village Mobile Home Community are geared towards creating a supportive and thriving residential experience. A major highlight, as noted in a customer review, is the "great staff." This suggests a responsive and helpful management team that is attentive to the needs of its residents. The proactive approach of the management, explicitly mentioned as "doing a TON to turn it into a Community rather than a trailer park," is a significant service offering. This commitment to improvement includes the strategic removal of older homes and the introduction of new manufactured homes, which signals an investment in the community's future and a dedication to providing quality housing. For residents, this means access to modern homes with contemporary features. While specific amenities like a community center, laundry facilities, or recreational areas are not detailed in the provided information, the general emphasis on creating a "Community" implies that fostering social interaction and providing convenient services are priorities. For new residents, the transition process is likely supported by the attentive staff. The availability of essentials such as prepared kitchens in some units (as hinted by the "kitchen is stocked with the necessities even measuring cups" comment, potentially referring to a temporary stay or model home experience) indicates a thoughtful approach to resident comfort. For inquiries, the community is readily accessible via phone at (888) 750-8050 or mobile phone at +1 888-750-8050, allowing prospective residents to easily connect with the management team.
The features of Prairie Village Mobile Home Community are centered on providing comfortable, affordable, and modern living options. The primary offering is manufactured homes, which are becoming increasingly popular for their quality construction and cost-effectiveness compared to traditional stick-built homes. The "spacious" nature of the rooms and the cleanliness mentioned in one review indicate well-maintained living spaces within the community. While the review mentioning "stocked kitchens" and "great breakfast" sounds more akin to a hotel or temporary lodging, it might also point to the quality of the homes or specific programs for new residents, or perhaps a temporary rental unit offered by the community. The most significant feature, however, is the ongoing revitalization and introduction of "new homes." This means prospective residents can often find modern, energy-efficient homes with contemporary designs and amenities. The community fosters a family-friendly environment, as evidenced by the positive interactions among neighbors. Being a mobile home community, it likely offers a more affordable entry point into homeownership compared to traditional housing markets in the region. Pets are typically welcome in such communities, although specific policies regarding size, breed, and number would need to be confirmed directly with management. The strategic location in Booneville provides a peaceful residential setting while maintaining accessibility to the greater Des Moines metropolitan area. This allows residents to easily commute for work, education, shopping, and entertainment, benefiting from the job market and cultural attractions of a larger city while returning to a quiet, supportive community. The Booneville area itself offers its own local amenities, including parks, schools, and local businesses, catering to daily needs.
For those searching "RV Parks Near Me" with an interest in permanent or long-term manufactured home living, Prairie Village Mobile Home Community presents a highly appealing option. The promotional appeal lies in its commitment to transforming into a vibrant and modern residential area. The positive feedback about the "great staff" and the "super quiet" environment with "great neighbors" highlights the strong community spirit and responsive management. This makes it particularly attractive to individuals and families seeking a stable, friendly, and well-managed place to call home. The ongoing upgrade of homes provides an opportunity to purchase a new or newly renovated manufactured home, often a more affordable alternative to traditional housing. The sense of community being fostered, where it's seen as a "Community rather than a trailer park," indicates a positive shift in perception and a focus on resident well-being. Interested individuals are encouraged to contact the management directly using the provided phone numbers (888) 750-8050 or +1 888-750-8050 to inquire about available homes, lot rentals, and specific community features. Understanding the current inventory of new homes and the terms of residency will be key for prospective residents. Prairie Village Mobile Home Community represents a promising and evolving residential choice for those looking for quality, affordable, and community-oriented living in the Booneville, Iowa area.
