Prince of Tucson RV Park Introduce
For local users in Tucson, Arizona, seeking "RV parks near me," Prince of Tucson RV Park, situated at 3501 N Freeway, Tucson, AZ 85705, USA, presents a location that offers both convenience and a sense of community. Its proximity to the interstate makes it easily accessible for travelers, while some guests have noted that it still manages to maintain a feeling of being somewhat secluded or "tucked away." This balance of accessibility and a degree of peacefulness can be a significant draw for those looking for a convenient yet comfortable stay.
One of the consistently praised aspects of Prince of Tucson RV Park is its staff. A guest who enjoyed a two-month stay specifically highlighted the front office for being "extremely helpful and friendly." This positive feedback suggests that guests can expect a welcoming and supportive experience from the park's personnel, contributing to a pleasant and hassle-free stay. The availability of a swimming pool was also appreciated by this guest, indicating a valuable amenity for relaxation and recreation, especially during the warmer months in Tucson.
However, it is important to address a more concerning initial review that reported a "terrible experience" related to security. This guest cited a lack of security in the area, the presence of homeless individuals near the entrance, and the theft of their mountain bike, which involved the use of bolt cutters on two locks. This negative experience understandably led the guest to suggest that staying in actual campgrounds might be safer. This initial feedback raises important considerations regarding the security and the immediate surroundings of the RV park.
Crucially, the initial negative review was later significantly revised by the same guest, offering a compelling testament to the owner's exceptional handling of the reported incident. The guest updated their rating from one star to five stars specifically due to the owner's response. Upon being informed about the bike theft at checkout, the owner reportedly took immediate and proactive steps to assist. Remarkably, just over an hour later, the owner contacted the guest with information suggesting she might have located the bike at a nearby homeless encampment across the way. The owner went to the extent of taking pictures of the area where the bike was believed to be and contacted 911. Furthermore, the park employees were involved in scoping out the location and were even willing to attempt to retrieve the bike for the guest. Although the bike ultimately was not the guest's, this level of dedication, hospitality, and genuine care from the owner and employees left a profound positive impression.
The guest's revised review explicitly states, "I'd rate this higher than 5 if able just on the pure hospitality and genuine care from these people. Thank you guys so much!!" This dramatic shift in sentiment underscores the significant impact of the owner's and staff's responsiveness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist a guest facing an unfortunate situation. It suggests a management that is not only concerned about the well-being of their guests but also proactive in addressing issues that arise, even those occurring outside the immediate boundaries of the RV park.
Considering these reviews collectively, Prince of Tucson RV Park offers a convenient location near the interstate, coupled with a reputation for a helpful and friendly front office staff. The presence of a swimming pool is an additional amenity that enhances the guest experience. While an initial security concern was raised regarding the surrounding area, the owner's extraordinary response to a guest's loss demonstrates a high level of hospitality and genuine care that significantly outweighs the initial negative feedback. This willingness to assist guests in a meaningful way speaks volumes about the management's commitment to guest satisfaction.
For local users seeking "RV parks near me" that offer more than just a place to park, Prince of Tucson RV Park appears to provide a community where the staff is invested in the comfort and well-being of their guests. The owner's actions, as highlighted in the revised review, suggest a level of personal care and attention that is not always found in similar establishments. While potential guests should be aware of the initial security concerns raised, the owner's proactive response indicates a commitment to addressing such issues, even if they originate outside the park itself.

Prince of Tucson RV Park Reviews
Had a great 2 month stay, convenient to the interstate while still feeling tucked away. Front office all extremely helpful and friendly! Pool was much appreciated.
Aug 12, 2024 · K HTerrible experience. Zero security in the area, homeless people right by the entrance and we got our mountain bike stolen. Bolt cutters used and all on both locks. Better off staying in actual campgrounds. Safer.EDIT:Changing my review from 1 star to 5 stars specifically for the owner and how she handled our situation. We told her about the bike as we checked out and she called us back a little over an hour later because she thought she found the bike at the homeless campground across the way. She took pictures of the area where the bike was and called 911 on them, the employees scoped it out and were even willing to grab it for us. Unfortunately, it wasn't our bike. I'd rate this higher than 5 if able just on the pure hospitality and genuine care from these people. Thank you guys so much!!
Mar 03, 2024 · Adam TorresEasy on off access from freeway. Clean park. Large sites. More residents than travelers. Most sites don't have tables outside, just the long term sites Biggest issue was the laundry. They lost power in the stand alone laundry building while I was doing laundry. Maintenance could not get it going. I had to then take our loads of clothes in varing degrees of wetness to a neighborhood laundry. This turned into a huge production. After talking with our neighbors, apparently the residents know not to use that stand alone site 🤷♀️ They were friendly and convenient.
Feb 24, 2025 · Lisa LoseyWe really enjoyed our 4 month stay at Prince of Tucson. We always felt safe and calm. Rhonda from front office is the best!
Oct 18, 2024 · Misael LeonUsually our quiet and neighbors stick to themselves but make sure your stuff you rather not end up down if locked up
