Quail Hill Mobile Home Community Introduce
For individuals searching within the "RV parks near me" category for potential long-term living arrangements in Colorado Springs, it's important to consider a variety of housing options, including mobile home communities. While the category primarily focuses on recreational vehicle parks, mobile home communities often cater to individuals seeking a more permanent residential setting, and sometimes accommodate RVs as well. Quail Hill Mobile Home Community, located at 5102 Galley Rd OFFICE, Colorado Springs, CO 80915, USA, is one such community that warrants consideration, and this overview aims to provide a detailed introduction based on the information available.
Quail Hill Mobile Home Community can be contacted at (719) 591-2538 or +1 719-591-2538. The provided address indicates its location within Colorado Springs, offering potential residents access to the amenities and services of the city. However, it is crucial to delve into the experiences of past and present residents to gain a comprehensive understanding of the community's environment, services, and features.
The customer reviews available online paint a concerning picture of life within Quail Hill Mobile Home Community. One detailed review expresses significant negative experiences, alleging issues such as pest infestations (roaches and bed bugs) originating from neighboring homes and affecting the reviewer's residence. The review further claims the presence of illegal activities, specifically mentioning witnessing drug dealing within the community. Disturbingly, the reviewer also alleges instances of violence, including reported murders within the park.
Beyond these serious safety and health concerns, the review raises significant issues regarding the park's management and ownership. The reviewer claims that management and the owner have engaged in retaliatory behavior, including attempts at eviction for allegedly invalid reasons, particularly if a resident is not favored. A specific instance mentioned involves the owner reportedly suing an elderly couple over a tree. The reviewer also alleges the installation of surveillance cameras directed at residents' properties.
A central theme in this critical review is the feeling of being "landlocked" into a relationship with the management and owner once a mobile home is purchased within the community. The reviewer suggests that residents can be forced out based on the manager's personal preferences, regardless of the validity of any reasons given. The experience of receiving frequent three-day eviction notices is cited as a form of harassment. Furthermore, the reviewer claims that attempts to complain about neighbors' behavior resulted in aggressive responses from management, including being photographed. The alleged sale of illegal substances by a neighbor, which reportedly led to the neighbor's eviction, further underscores the serious nature of the issues raised.
The reviewer strongly advises potential buyers to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough research before considering purchasing a home in Quail Hill Mobile Home Community. They recount their own negative financial repercussions experienced when trying to sell their home within the park due to its reputation. The reviewer also shares an alleged experience of the owner contacting them with threats after posting the negative review, demanding its removal. This is presented as further evidence of the owner's character and the potential challenges residents might face.
The review concludes with a plea for potential residents to avoid the alleged harassment, bullying, and toxic behavior experienced by the reviewer and, reportedly, by other residents who fear speaking out. The reviewer alleges manipulation, the spreading of falsehoods, the influencing of neighbors against certain residents, and the use of constant surveillance as tactics to force unwanted residents out. The reviewer states that speaking out about these issues resulted in the loss of their home and urges others to prioritize finding a peaceful and fair living environment.
In contrast to the detailed negative review, another review provides a brief account of attending a baby shower at the community center. This reviewer found the experience to be "okay," noting insufficient parking and grounds that were acceptable but could have been better, adding the caveat that it is a "trailer park" and expectations should be managed accordingly. This review offers a more neutral perspective on the physical aspects of the community, at least concerning the community center.
Considering the significant and serious allegations raised in the more detailed review, prospective residents searching within the "RV parks near me" category who might be considering Quail Hill Mobile Home Community for long-term living should proceed with extreme caution. While mobile home communities can sometimes offer an alternative to traditional RV parks for extended stays, the issues described in the detailed review, including alleged safety concerns, pest problems, and highly concerning management practices, warrant thorough investigation and careful consideration.
It is strongly recommended that anyone considering residing at Quail Hill Mobile Home Community conduct extensive due diligence. This should include visiting the community in person at different times of day, speaking with multiple current residents (if possible), and thoroughly researching any available public records or further reviews. Asking specific questions to the management regarding their policies on security, pest control, dispute resolution, and resident rights is also crucial. Understanding the terms of any lease agreement and the process for selling a mobile home within the community is essential to avoid potential financial and legal complications.
Given the stark contrast between the two available reviews, it is difficult to form a definitive objective assessment without further information and perspectives. However, the severity of the allegations in the detailed negative review cannot be ignored and should serve as a significant warning to potential residents. While the brief positive mention of the community center suggests that some aspects of the community might be acceptable, the overarching themes of safety concerns, management issues, and potential harassment raise serious red flags.
Therefore, while Quail Hill Mobile Home Community is located in Colorado Springs and might appear as an option for those seeking long-term residential opportunities when searching within the broader context of "RV parks near me," the available information strongly suggests that potential residents should exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough independent research before making any decisions. The alleged environment and management practices described in the detailed review indicate a potentially challenging and negative living experience.

Quail Hill Mobile Home Community Reviews
Here is what I experienced while residing here:My neighbors had roaches and bed bugs, which affected my home. I witnessed drug dealing on numerous occasions across street from me.There have been murders here. If management and owner do not like you, they will try in earnest to have you evicted for invalid reasons. Owner of property have sued innocent elderly couple for a tree in amount of thousands. Google it. Park management will install cameras focused on your property for surveillance. PLEASE BE ADVISED, you are landlocked into relationship with manager and owner. They will force you out if manager does not like you, with no validity.i spoke with many residents living in fear of being evicted and some whom were removed for no reason. I experienced constant 3 day evict notices taped to my door, as constant harassment. When I tried to complain about neighbors behavior, I was rushed upon from manager taking images of my home.My neighbor was selling Fentanyl, and their house was ordered to be removed from park. BEWARE OF THIS MOBILE HOME PARK. Find another park less egregiously dsyfuntionally run, less bug ridden, less drug ridden. You will be in a world of financial hurt trying to sell your home. When you become landlocked into a trailer park, be wary of where you purchase home. Do your research with parks. DON'T FALL VICTIM TO THIS PARK.Owner and managers will retaliate. See attached screenshot of owner texting me after I posted review. Threatening me to take down review. This proves caliber alone. No malice intent by my review, just make an informed decision. I have evidence of prior neg reviews, in which owner has had them deleted. PLEASE be careful where you decide to purchase home. I wish I had done my research prior. ***Owners retallitory response to my review is shown in text images below, even after I stated DO NOT CONTACT, shows you what you will deal with. Complete untruth in his response, in which I have evidence. They will go to every length. Find a decent park to live in PEACE, be treated fairly, without bullying, harassment, and toxic behavior. They WILL manipulate falsehoods, elict and persuade neighbors against you and for their gain, and install surveillance cameras on your home 24/7, Etc., in order to force you out. I spoke up and the price cost me my home. Good luck and hope you find peace where you you determine where to reside. All of the above is absolutely true and have evidence of all, as fact. Just be careful where you choose your home. Reviews are here for us to be able to freely speak about experience we've had with any and all businesses. Quail hill mobile home park is a business. I am conveying horrendous owner and management in plea this doesn't happen to you. My experience is not singular and have many accounts of others frightened to come forward due to being landlocked as well. Owners and operators of this business are calculated, manipulative, feed off of controlling others. I implore you to weigh your decision prior to moving here. I. E. Make an informed decision. They WILL find every means to evict you in order to obtain your home. I've endured yrs of their harassment, controlling, systematic abuse. It is our first amendant right to speak freely, as I have done and owner texts and emails threatening me to delete my post and the truth. ***See images of owner texting me.BEWARE OF THIS COMMUNITY. I've said all I can say, I just don't want anyone to go through what I have had to undergo and to speak for the many whom are too afraid to come forward.
Mar 03, 2025 · SharonWe were here at the community center for a baby shower. It was okay. There wasn't enough parking, the grounds seemed okay. Could've been better, but it's a trailer park so that's what you get.
