R&R Mobile Home Park Introduce
Are you currently searching for "RV parks near me" or exploring options for mobile home living in the Dayville, Connecticut area? R&R Mobile Home Park, situated at 75 R And R Pk, Dayville, CT 06241, USA, presents a community with varied characteristics that potential residents and visitors should consider. This introduction aims to provide an objective overview of the park based on the available customer reviews, highlighting both its potential benefits and drawbacks.
Located in Dayville, Connecticut, R&R Mobile Home Park offers a location that at least one visitor describes as being in a "great location." This suggests potential convenience in terms of proximity to local amenities, services, and transportation routes within the Dayville area. For those seeking "RV parks near me" that offer accessibility to the surrounding region, this could be a point of interest.
One recurring theme in the customer feedback is the contrasting conditions of the homes within the park. According to one long-term resident, the initial impression upon entering the park is positive, with some well-maintained homes visible. However, further into the park, there is a noticeable presence of "real run down dumpy ones." This disparity in the condition of the properties could impact the overall aesthetic appeal of the community and might be a concern for those looking to maintain property values or seeking a uniformly well-kept environment.
Despite the visual inconsistencies, another visitor described R&R Mobile Home Park as a "quiet neighborhood" with "respectful neighbors." This suggests a potentially peaceful and harmonious community atmosphere, which can be a significant draw for individuals and families seeking a tranquil living environment, whether for a temporary RV stay or as a permanent mobile home resident. The sense of neighborly respect can contribute positively to the overall quality of life within the park.
However, the long-term resident who noted the contrasting home conditions also raised several concerns regarding the amenities and services provided relative to the cost of rent. They mentioned that despite the rent paid, the winter snow plowing is inadequate, allowing only one car to pass at a time. Additionally, the provided services are limited to rubbish collection and water, with residents responsible for their own lawn mowing and driveway shoveling. This lack of comprehensive services, coupled with the perceived high rent, led the resident to express significant dissatisfaction and a desire to leave the park if it were feasible.
For individuals searching for "RV parks near me," the limited amenities reported by the long-term resident might be a crucial factor to consider. If you are an RV traveler accustomed to parks offering a wider range of services such as on-site maintenance, recreational facilities, or more thorough groundskeeping, R&R Mobile Home Park might not meet those expectations based on this feedback. It is essential to inquire specifically about the amenities available to RV guests and compare them with other options in the area.
Similarly, for those considering purchasing a mobile home within R&R Mobile Home Park, the information regarding the varying conditions of homes and the limited services for the rental fee is vital. The presence of run-down properties could potentially affect the desirability and value of homes within the park. Furthermore, the responsibility for lawn care and snow removal, typically services provided in many mobile home communities with a monthly fee, might be an added burden for residents here.
The long-term resident's statement, "For rubbish and water that’s it there’s nothing here," suggests a basic level of essential services but a lack of additional amenities that are often found in other mobile home parks or RV parks. Potential residents and visitors should weigh the quiet neighborhood and convenient location against the limited services and the visual inconsistencies within the park.
It is important to note that the feedback provided is based on the experiences of a limited number of individuals. To gain a comprehensive understanding of R&R Mobile Home Park, prospective residents and visitors are strongly encouraged to contact the park management directly. You can reach them by phone at (860) 222-3997 or mobile phone at +1 860-222-3997. Speaking with the management will allow you to inquire about current rental rates for RV sites and mobile home lots, the availability and condition of any mobile homes for sale, the full list of services and amenities provided, and any rules or regulations governing the community.
In conclusion, R&R Mobile Home Park in Dayville, CT, offers a quiet neighborhood in a potentially convenient location. However, the park appears to have a mix of well-maintained and run-down homes, and residents report limited amenities relative to the rental costs. For those searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living here, it is crucial to weigh the positive aspects of a quiet community and good location against the potential drawbacks of varying property conditions and limited services. Direct communication with the park management is highly recommended to obtain a complete and current picture of what R&R Mobile Home Park offers.

R&R Mobile Home Park Reviews
Coming into the park the first two homes are nice. Then you start seeing some real run down dumpy ones. They really make this mobile park look like you wouldn’t want to live here if you wanted to sell your home. It makes the place look run down. Then you go around the corner and you will find some new ones. For what we pay for rent, the plow job in the winter, only one car can get down at a time. For rubbish and water that’s it there’s nothing here. We do our own mowing of our lawns, shovel our driveways. If I could move my mobile home out of here today I would be gone. Sorry I ever bought in here
Oct 11, 2024 · Sherry OBrienI’m just a chronic visitor but it’s a quiet neighborhood! Respectful neighbors and clean! In a great location.
Sep 30, 2024 · Caroline AnastasiThe lawns are awful. They are lumpy, uneven, full of grubs. The lawn is mostly weeds. Takes a long time to get things done. 3 years to cut a tree down that was leaning towards my house. Mind you I asked for it to be fore we moved in, in 2018. Quit neighborhood and neighbors are nice.
Aug 13, 2021 · Alison RupertMy mom lives there. Very clean quiet atmosphere. Friendly neighbors all around the park. Great for taking leisure strolls. Safe
