Nov 10, 2024 · Laurie Norman...Under new management...Shannon is amazing! Shannon is on top of things and is whipping this community into shape. It's looking awesome in here. Yea Shannon! Nice to have a Manager that is working so diligently to clean this place up. Still problems with the water. Stinky af, and I doubt that will ever change. Definitely quiet on my side of the park. For the most part... it's great to live here, Shannon makes it way better! (:
Mar 21, 2025 · Jodie WI met Shannon when she 1st got here. From that conversation, I knew she is going to be better than others running this park. She does what she says she's going to do. I've seen her interact with some pretty aggressive tenants and came away winning them over. She travels the whole park in the morning and before she goes home. Because of her great personality, smile and fairness, things are improving in this park. She connects with the young kids getting off the bus and they frequently stop in to see her. They will pick up some trash on their way home for her. She's wonderful and most of hope she's able to stay as the manager. We've lost so many not long after they've gotten here. We all need the consistency she shows.
