It's described by one resident as the "Best paradise on earth," particularly for winter living, suggesting an exceptional environment and a strong sense of satisfaction among its residents.
One enthusiastic resident who lives at Riverwoods Plantation Condo during the winter months exclaims, "Best paradise on earth. i wouldn't go anywhere else." This powerful testimonial speaks volumes about the desirability and quality of life within this community, especially for those seeking a seasonal residence in the Florida sunshine. The phrase "best paradise on earth" implies a combination of factors that make it an ideal living situation for this individual, likely encompassing the environment, the community, and possibly the amenities.
Another reviewer, who hadn't been there for a couple of years due to the pandemic but reminisces fondly, mentions, "Love this place Been 2 and 1/2 yrs since I've been there ( covid ) Still great food - service . like everywhere else prices are higher & a lil smaller proportions ( salmon ) at least Great place for any meal .PLUS ... Noon salute is .. GREAT." While this review seems to focus significantly on the dining experience, the initial statement "Love this place" suggests a positive overall impression of Riverwoods Plantation Condo. The mention of "great food - service" implies that there might be on-site dining facilities or nearby establishments that contribute to the residents' enjoyment. The observation about price increases and portion sizes is a general comment likely applicable across many locations. The intriguing mention of a "Noon salute" adds a unique element, perhaps a community tradition or event that residents appreciate.
Considering the name "Riverwoods Plantation Condo," it's likely that the community operates with a condominium ownership structure for the individual mobile home lots or units. This often entails a homeowners association (HOA) that manages the common areas, amenities, and potentially provides certain services. May 11, 2023 · Dick IlerIt is one of the most amazing places to live. They offer something for everyone to do if u want to do anything. Our little community has a wonderful crew of grounds man that do a wonderful job keeping everything looking great. The office does a great job keeping us up on things that r going on on the grounds. And a activities director that plans great trips, dances and keeps activities moving. Here there is always something to do and people are very friendly. I love being here cause it does feel like home.
Oct 21, 2017 · Judy RistowMy wife and I stayed in her aunts unit for a week in August. Although this a very quiet time in the community, the few residents we did encounter were very friendly and welcoming to us. They have a beautiful community that everyone takes pride in. We're looking forward to visiting again next year.
Aug 23, 2016 · K JThis place is just awful! Spent three months here and disliked many things. Activity Center North was dirty day after day, in disrepair, and outdated. The majority of people staying there were rude and discourteous. The management tried to listen to and remedy problems, but seemed to have their hands tied by the “board.” Many angry residents that constantly remind any new people to the park of all the rules that needed to be followed. The park in general is run down, outdated and unkempt. Pool was dirty and leaked several times while there. The septic system backs up in common spaces such as bathrooms. Just a huge disappointment. It is no wonder there are so many units for sale.
