The reviews highlight several key aspects of Rogers Bay Property Owners Association that would appeal to local users seeking a "camping near me" experience. One reviewer described it as a "really awesome little campground area with a lot of great amenities." This suggests that while it might be associated with property ownership, it also functions as a campground with facilities that enhance the stay of visitors. The mention of "affordable POA fees" and "reasonable lot prices" indicates that there might be opportunities for longer-term or even permanent stays for those interested in owning property within this community. Additionally, the presence of "lots of cute campers for sale" suggests a vibrant and active community of RV and camper enthusiasts.
Another reviewer emphasized the beautiful location, stating, "Great views, beach right there." This is a significant draw for anyone looking for coastal camping. The direct beach access allows for easy enjoyment of the ocean, whether it's for swimming, sunbathing, walking, or simply taking in the scenic views. The same reviewer also noted that the facilities were "clean" and that there was a "nice kitchen," implying the availability of communal or private kitchen facilities that contribute to a comfortable stay. The positive sentiment, "Would go again," underscores the enjoyable experience offered at Rogers Bay Property Owners Association.
Considering these reviews, the environment of Rogers Bay Property Owners Association is clearly coastal, with the beach being a primary feature. North Topsail Beach is known for its beautiful shoreline, making this a potentially idyllic setting for a beach camping getaway. The "great views" mentioned likely encompass the ocean and the surrounding coastal landscape. In terms of services and features, the mention of "a lot of great amenities" implies more than just basic campground facilities. These could include restrooms, showers, laundry facilities, and potentially recreational areas. The "nice kitchen" mentioned by one reviewer suggests that there might be a communal kitchen area available for guests to use, which is a significant convenience for longer stays or for those who prefer to cook their own meals. The availability of campers for sale on-site could also be a unique feature, catering to those looking to become part of the community or upgrade their camping setup.
The affordable POA fees and reasonable lot prices, while geared towards property owners, might also be relevant to local users who are considering a more permanent or semi-permanent coastal camping solution. This aspect differentiates Rogers Bay Property Owners Association from a typical nightly or short-term campground.
For local users searching for "camping near me" with a preference for the beach, Rogers Bay Property Owners Association offers a compelling option. The direct beach access, coupled with the positive reviews regarding cleanliness and amenities, makes it an attractive destination. The community aspect could also be a draw for those looking for a welcoming and social camping environment.
Promotional information for Rogers Bay Property Owners Association could highlight its prime beachfront location, the availability of amenities (perhaps specifying what they are), and the sense of community among property owners and campers. For those interested in long-term stays, the affordable POA fees and lot prices could be emphasized. The "cute campers for sale" could also be a unique selling point for those looking to own a piece of this coastal camping lifestyle.
To get a more detailed understanding, local users might want to inquire about the specific types of campsites available (e.g., RV, tent), the full list of amenities, and any rules or regulations for campground guests. Rogers Bay Property Owners Association Reviews
Really awesome little campground area with a lot of great amenities. Affordable POA fees, reasonable lot prices, lots of cute campers for sale. LOVE coming here to spend time with the family.
Apr 04, 2021 · SkyeWas so nice. Great views, beach right there. Clean. Nice kitchen. Would go again.
Mar 14, 2023 · Debbie AngstA fun and funky private campground for permanently-installed campers, each one decorated with unique flair. It is ideally situated right across the street from beach access (though there is a free lot just a five minute drive south if you need your vehicle). I was on the marshy sound side, which was beautiful and required no insect repellent. Please note that this campground isn't open to the public -- I found a camper available for rent through Air B&B. Due to the ongoing pandemic the pool was closed, and since I had facilities in my camper, I didn't check out the mural-decorated bathhouse, but it looked quite large, and I think there were two. If you're looking for fancy, this isn't for you, but if a funky, quiet, affordable, simple, no-frills solo getaway to Topsail is calling you, this is a great choice. (Trigger warning: there is one camper that flies a flag that will likely be offensive to some or most -- I suppose that's the "price" of each resident decorating to their own taste.)
Oct 19, 2021 · Amy FunderburkWe were guests of a friend here. We loved the site, the amenities, the easy beach access, and the friendliness of the permanent campers. We decided that when we retire in 3 years, we will be looking for a lot for our own camper. You should join us!
