You can reach them at (972) 965-6970 or their mobile number +1 972-965-6970 to inquire about availability and make reservations.
Based on the feedback from multiple visitors, Royse City RV Park is consistently praised for its peaceful atmosphere and cleanliness. One reviewer described it as "a quiet, low key park with full hook ups set in an area of medium sized trees." This highlights the park's serene setting, suggesting a relaxed and unhurried ambiance. The presence of "medium sized trees" indicates a degree of natural shade and a more aesthetically pleasing environment compared to parks with sparse vegetation. The availability of "full hook ups" is a significant convenience for RV travelers, typically including water, electricity, and sewer connections at each site.
The layout of the sites at Royse City RV Park is noted for its individuality. The reviewer mentions that "the sites are set based on the trees so not cookie cutter sites and vary in size from average to smaller than average." This lack of uniformity can be appealing to those who prefer a more natural and less regimented camping experience. However, it's important to note that some sites may be smaller than average, which could be a consideration for RVs of larger sizes. It would be prudent to inquire about site dimensions when making a reservation to ensure a comfortable fit for your RV.
For those who utilize communal facilities, the "bathhouse/laundry is clean and functional." This is a significant positive, as cleanliness is a top priority for many travelers. The functionality of the laundry facilities adds to the convenience of longer stays. However, the reviewer also points out a potential drawback: "the shower stalls are very small and lack a place in the stall to put your soap/shampoo." While this might be a minor inconvenience for some, it's worth noting for those who place a high value on comfortable shower facilities.
The reviewer also observes that "with all full hook up sites the bathhouse doesn’t get used much." This suggests that many guests at Royse City RV Park are self-contained within their RVs, which could contribute to the cleanliness and lower usage of the communal facilities. The park's location "set away from town, so quiet and secure, with a paved access road" is another significant advantage. Being away from the hustle and bustle of town contributes to the peaceful atmosphere and potentially enhanced security. The paved access road ensures ease of entry and exit for RVs. The reassurance that "your GPS will get you there" is also a practical benefit for travelers unfamiliar with the area.
The composition of the park's residents is also noted, with the reviewer stating, "Most of the residents are long term and appear to be working." This suggests a stable and potentially quiet community within the park, which can be appealing for both short-term visitors seeking a peaceful stay and long-term residents looking for a reliable and stable living environment. The reviewer concludes their experience positively, stating, "I would stay here again," indicating a satisfactory overall experience.
Another reviewer echoes the positive sentiments, describing Royce City RV Park as "a very clean and quiet park." They further emphasize the "Country atmosphere" as being "very peaceful" and commend the people as "the friendliest by far." This reinforces the themes of tranquility and a welcoming community. The second reviewer also mentions the "washroom/showerhouse on site that is very clean and well kept," corroborating the first reviewer's observation about cleanliness. They also highlight that "The Owners are very nice and accommodating," which speaks to the positive management and customer service at the park. This reviewer also strongly recommends the park for both "short term or long term stays," further emphasizing its suitability for a variety of travelers and residents.
For local users searching for "RV parks near me" in Royse City, the consistent feedback regarding the cleanliness, quiet atmosphere, and friendly people at Royse City RV Park makes it a highly attractive option. The full hookup sites provide convenience for RVers, and the country setting offers a peaceful retreat. Apr 08, 2025 · Dezerai OchoaI recently took a position with the Royse City ISD. My sister and I have an RV and we were looking for something local for easy commute. The owner and his brother helped us set up our RVs on the first day. They assisted in leveling out the RVs, however they were not level. The very first day we were there we noticed that there was gunfire coming from behind our RVs. During the process of leveling out the RVs, the owner was coming on pretty strong to my sister. It made her a little uncomfortable and she had to remove herself from the situation. The first night we were there, I was woken up by what sounded like someone hitting the wall of their RV. When I looked outside, the lady across from me was opening and closing her door over and over. This happened multiple times over the course of the entire time of us being there. The last Sunday that we were there, we were doing laundry at the laundry facilities, and a young man walked from the main road into the Rv Park and came in to the shower and laundry facility and used the shower for an hour and a half. Furthermore, the washing machine was not distributing water. We would put the money in the machine, but the washer would never actually work. And now that we have moved out, we are having issues getting our electricity deposit returned. The owner states that they are going to read the meter and refund the money back. This was two weeks ago.
Feb 16, 2025 · Crystal WilsonMy family and I chose to move in to the Royse City RV Park due to the abundance of trees. My party rented two spots on the right side of the party. Immediately upon move in, it became evident that there were issues inside the park requiring Law Enforcement presence. More times than I can recall, there was officers inside the park due to domestic problems. Furthermore, there was gunfire at the property right behind the park. The property belongs to a resident not associated with the park. I have a 2 year old and to say the random gunfire was alarming is an understatement. Additionally, the young female that was located in the property directly across from ours randomly and sporadically began slamming her door at all hours of the day/night. Had we known that these were issues prior to move in, obviously, we would have chosen a different park. The park looks nice and ideal but, the gunfire and 2am slamming of doors is enough to send us 10 minutes down the road.
