You can contact the park directly for reservations and inquiries at (888) 732-4537 or +1 888-732-4537.
According to its advertised features, as noted by a recent guest, Saganing Eagles Landing RV Park aims to provide essential amenities such as water and electric hookups at each site. This is a standard expectation for many RV travelers, ensuring comfort and convenience during their stay. The park also highlights a 24/7 shuttle service to the casino, suggesting easy and continuous access to the entertainment and dining options available there. For those whose primary interest is visiting the Saganing Eagles Landing Casino, the close proximity and advertised shuttle service are significant potential benefits.
One recent review, however, brings to light some crucial issues that prospective guests should be aware of. The reviewer expressed significant disappointment with the water situation encountered during their stay. Despite the website and brochure indicating water availability at each site and the dump station, they found that the water was not turned on upon their arrival. This lack of a fundamental amenity caused considerable inconvenience, especially after they had already set up their camper and were planning to stay for a couple of days. The fact that they were not informed of this water unavailability during their phone reservation or check-in process further exacerbated their frustration, highlighting a potential lapse in communication.
The resolution offered by the staff, which involved potentially having to hook the camper back up and drive to the casino area to obtain water, was deemed a "big inconvenience" by the guest. This suggests that while a temporary solution might have been offered, it did not align with the expectation of on-site water hookups as advertised. The reviewer also noted a lack of sympathy or concern from the staff regarding this issue, which negatively impacted their overall experience at the RV park.
Another aspect of the stay that did not meet the reviewer's expectations was the shower facilities. Upon inquiring about showers due to the lack of water access at their site, they were informed that showers were being added to the pool area but were not yet available. While the future addition of showers might be a positive development for the park, it did not address the immediate needs of the guest who had no water at their site. This discrepancy between advertised amenities and current availability is an important consideration for potential visitors.
The advertised 24/7 shuttle service to the casino also differed from the reviewer's experience. Instead of a typical shuttle, they encountered a "one-passenger, casino-owned mini truck," which meant that their group had to ride one at a time in the morning. This was not what they had anticipated based on the advertisement and caused further inconvenience. This highlights the importance of clarifying the specifics of advertised services, especially transportation, when making reservations.
On a more positive note, the reviewer did mention that the "gravel sites are level," which is a significant factor for RVers ensuring a stable and comfortable setup. They also acknowledged that the location is a "decent spot if you’re just going to the casino," reiterating the park's primary advantage of proximity to the gaming and entertainment facilities. However, the unresolved water issue ultimately led the reviewer and their group to cut their trip short, despite being in the area to celebrate with friends. The lack of communication and empathy from the staff left a lasting negative impression.
In contrast to the negative experiences regarding water and shuttle service, the review also mentions that their "go-to campground, when in the Standish area," is open all year and allows visitors to access the casino for slots and food. This suggests that the location itself is appealing for those interested in the casino's offerings and that at least one visitor has had positive experiences in the past, although this comment might refer to an alternative campground that they typically use.
For those considering Saganing Eagles Landing RV Park based on its proximity to the casino, it is crucial to contact the management directly to inquire about the current status of water hookups at individual sites and the dump station. Additionally, clarification regarding the shuttle service to the casino, including its availability and capacity, is highly recommended. Prospective guests should also ask about the availability of shower facilities and any other amenities that are important for a comfortable RV stay.
In conclusion, Saganing Eagles Landing RV Park offers the significant advantage of being located near the Saganing Eagles Landing Casino in Standish, Michigan. The level gravel sites are a plus for RVers. However, recent guest feedback raises concerns about the reliability of advertised water hookups, the current availability of shower facilities, and the nature of the shuttle service to the casino. Potential visitors should contact the park management directly at (888) 732-4537 or +1 888-732-4537 to obtain the most up-to-date information on these critical aspects before making a reservation to ensure a satisfactory experience.

Saganing Eagles Landing RV Park Reviews
Disappointed with Water Situation and Lack of CommunicationWe stayed at the Saganing Eagles Landing RV Park and were very disappointed. Their website and brochure clearly state that water and electric are available at each site—but when we arrived, the water wasn’t turned on at our site or at the dump station. We were never informed of this during our phone reservation or when we checked in at the hotel. When we brought it up, we were told we could “probably” hook our camper back up and drive over to the casino area to get water—which is a big inconvenience, especially when you’re set up and planning to stay for a couple of days. Staff didn’t seem very sympathetic or concerned, which made the experience even more frustrating.I asked if there were any showers we could use since we had no water access, and they said they’re working on adding showers to the pool area. That might be nice someday, but it didn’t help us at all during our stay. They also advertise a 24/7 shuttle to the casino, but in the morning we had to ride one at a time in a one-passenger, casino-owned mini truck—not what we expected. The gravel sites are level and it’s a decent spot if you’re just going to the casino, but sadly, we ended up cutting our trip short—despite being there to celebrate with friends—because of the water issue. The lack of communication and empathy from staff really left a bad impression.

Apr 08, 2025 · st3ve61Nice campground, quiet, inexpensive. Wide, level, gravel spot. Water, electric, and dump station. Very quiet when we were there. Short walk to the casino. Nice restaurants, not expensive, everyone was friendly and helpful. Security patrolled. We camped at Saganing Eagles Landing Casino in a Motorhome.
Jun 13, 2024 · Gary BouwkampNothing fancy, if looking for a place to stay while passing through, or to avail yourself of the casino, this park is great. Full electric/water hookups (50 amp available) gravel level lot with plenty of green space for dogs. Shuttle to/from casino, security very present in the area.
