San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort Introduce
For those in search of "RV parks near me" in the Highlands, Texas area, the San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort, located at 540 S Main St, Highlands, TX 77562, USA, offers a unique riverside experience. You can contact them at (281) 426-6919 or via mobile at +1 281-426-6919 to inquire about availability and learn more about what this resort has to offer. Based on recent customer feedback, the resort presents a blend of positive aspects, such as a pleasant environment and spa facilities, alongside certain considerations regarding family activities and internet connectivity.
The environment of San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort is described by one guest as "very calm and relaxing," suggesting a peaceful atmosphere that may appeal to those seeking a tranquil getaway or a serene long-term living situation. Its location on the San Jacinto River likely contributes to this calm environment, potentially offering scenic views and opportunities for riverside relaxation. The mention of it being "perfect for families and adults" indicates that the resort aims to cater to a diverse range of guests, suggesting a welcoming environment for various types of travelers and residents.
One of the notable features highlighted in the reviews is the presence of "spa spaces," which are described as "perfect." This amenity suggests a focus on relaxation and well-being, potentially including facilities like hot tubs, saunas, or other spa-related services. For RV travelers looking for a touch of luxury and opportunities to unwind, this feature could be a significant draw when considering "RV parks near me."
However, the reviews also bring up some points that potential guests should be aware of. One guest mentioned that "the wifi isn't great" and that they opted for Starlink instead. This suggests that reliable internet connectivity within the park might be an issue, which could be a significant consideration for those who work remotely, need to stay connected, or rely on internet access for entertainment. It would be advisable to inquire about the current state of the Wi-Fi infrastructure when contacting the resort.
Another review raises concerns regarding the park's rules on children playing outside. The guest expressed that the rules, particularly concerning supervised play with ride-on toys in their paid parking spot, made the resort feel less "kid-friendly." They argued that the resort is not high-traffic and is generally calm, making the restrictions seem unnecessary. This perspective suggests that families with young children might find certain limitations on outdoor play, which could influence their decision when searching for "RV parks near me" that cater well to families.
The same reviewer also commented on the security guard, wishing they would "smile and look like he wants to be there." While this is a subjective observation, it touches on the overall atmosphere and the perceived attitude of staff, which can contribute to the guest experience. A welcoming and positive demeanor from all staff members, including security, can enhance the overall feel of an RV resort.
Despite these points of concern, the reviewer also noted that "the front desk people are lovely" and that "the park is very quiet and people are friendly." This reinforces the earlier positive comment about the welcoming atmosphere and suggests that interactions with the front office staff are pleasant. The quiet nature of the park is also reiterated, which could be a significant benefit for those seeking a peaceful environment.
Given the limited scope of the reviews, detailed information about the services and features offered at San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort is not fully available. To provide a comprehensive introduction for local users searching for "RV parks near me," it is essential to consider the types of hookups available (water, electricity, sewer), the layout of the RV sites (pull-through or back-in, size), the presence of amenities such as laundry facilities, restrooms, showers, communal areas, pet-friendly policies (including any dog parks or restrictions), and recreational facilities (other than the spa). Inquiring about these aspects when contacting the resort is crucial for potential guests to make an informed decision.
Similarly, no specific promotional information is included in the provided text. Local users interested in staying at San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort should inquire about current rates, seasonal discounts, long-term stay options, and any other special offers that might be available. Understanding the pricing structure and any potential deals can help in comparing this resort with other "RV parks near me" in terms of value.
In summary, San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort offers a potentially serene riverside setting with notable spa facilities. The front desk staff is reported to be lovely, and the park generally maintains a quiet and friendly atmosphere. However, potential guests should be aware of reported limitations on Wi-Fi connectivity and rules regarding children's outdoor play, which might affect families with young children. The subjective observation about the security guard's demeanor is also worth noting as it contributes to the overall impression of the resort.
For local users seeking "RV parks near me" in Highlands, TX, San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort presents itself as a place that values tranquility and offers unique amenities like spa spaces. To gain a complete understanding, prospective guests should contact the resort directly to inquire about the specifics of their services, features, environment (including Wi-Fi capabilities and children's play policies), and any current promotional offers. San Jacinto Riverfront RV Resort Reviews
Just a great place to stay. It is perfect for families and adults. The spa spaces are perfect. The only downfall is that the wifi isn't great. We went with starlink.
Apr 01, 2025 · Scott BlackThe front desk people are lovely I’m just not a fan of there rules on children playing out side supervised with their cars this resort is not high trafficked it is very calm and relaxing it makes it not kid friendly when the children are stricked to anything outside my son is 3 years old and I should be able to play with him in his car in my payed parking spot were there is no cars in site but with these rules it limits family activity other than that the park is very quiet and people are friendly also wish the security guard would smile and look like he wants to be there.
Dec 08, 2024 · Camilynn RamosMe and my family really had a wonderful time, peaceful time, love fishing, walking the small walk around and getting lost in the view. Would definitely recommend it as a hidden gem.
Dec 19, 2024 · Romelia IbeDo not stay here. Will charge you late fees even if miss payment by an hr and will not be willing to wrk with you. They've lost a customer that will be in area for yrs to come.
Apr 15, 2025 · Alejandro OlivarezOur stay was the worse we have ever experienced. At this place, we were called because my adult daughter and her husband went to swim in the adult pool. I was told they were not allowed to swim without me with them. They called me quite a few times to tell me that we're doing something wrong. They also followed my daughter and her husband around like they were criminals. We will not be back. I feel like they followed my son in law around because he is mexican.
