Savage Creek RV Park Reviews
This park has mostly long- term campers. It's off the beaten path but pretty decent if you are in the area. The bathhouse has two private bathrooms that were nice and clean.
Apr 10, 2025 · jdwardusaEasy to get to, clean, spacious sites, lots of tall trees and a stunning bathhouse/laundry. We only stayed a few days, but wish we could have stayed longer. The sites are gravel, but it’s well groomed and not the cheap stuff that gets everywhere in your rig. Water/sewer/electric were all very well done and in fantastic condition. Sites clearly marked and driving lanes wide. Cell coverage is fair here (Verizon) and park wifi is speedy and strong. I cannot praise the bathhouses and laundry enough. Cute building, constructed with care and functionality in mind. Everything works as you would hope. Full/long-timers obviously respect and care for the park and amenities. It’s for adults, by adults, and is quite quiet. Railroad nearby, but far enough to barely hear the rumble. I don’t think we heard a whistle the entire stay. Great hiking/walking nature trail and fenced dog park. No staff on-site, but communication was strong and very responsive. Juli is on top of things!
May 02, 2025 · Gordon GivenLove staying here. Owners are fabulous. Laundry and restrooms are nice. Park is clean and quiet. Some road noise from hwy 96 but definitely the best park near the base. Most others are close to the interstate. Here it feels like you are actually camping even if this is where we call home. Have propane on site.
Apr 26, 2025 · Emptynesters TravelsWe will return to this campground if we are ever in the area again! Sites are long, wide, and level (we have a 42 ft Class A and tow a small SUV and had plenty of room). Bathhouse is beautiful and laundry room was clean with all machines working. Owners are extremely responsive either in person or via phone or text. Highly recommend!
Sep 28, 2023 · Kimberley CawleyLarge gravel lots that are level. Easy to maneuver roadways. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Bathhouse is spotlessly clean! Some road noise but really only during work traffic, otherwise it's quiet. Definitely recommend.
