Seven Oaks Introduce
For local users in the Forest Hill, Texas, area exploring long-term housing options and potentially encountering Seven Oaks, located at 6713 Anglin Dr, Forest Hill, TX 76140, USA, through platforms listing "rv parks near me," it's important to understand that Seven Oaks primarily operates as a mobile home park offering long-term residential sites rather than short-term RV accommodations. With contact number (817) 386-3112 and mobile phone +1 817-386-3112, Seven Oaks presents a mixed perspective based on the available online reviews, indicating a community that may be experiencing some changes.
One reviewer offers a generally positive assessment, highlighting several appealing aspects of Seven Oaks. They describe the community as "well maintained" and "quite," suggesting that the physical environment of the park is kept in good condition and typically offers a peaceful atmosphere. Furthermore, they note that "the residents are so polite! Very neighborly," indicating a positive sense of community and friendly interactions among residents. The reviewer also points out that Seven Oaks is "kid friendly and an onsite park!" which would be a significant draw for families with children, providing a convenient and safe place for recreation.
While this reviewer acknowledges a potential area for improvement, stating that "The new management isn't quite up to par yet (personal opinion)," they conclude on a positive note, asserting that "overall it's a great community to raise a family!" This suggests that despite some perceived shortcomings with the new management, the fundamental aspects of Seven Oaks, such as its maintenance, quiet environment (at least historically), neighborly residents, and kid-friendly amenities, contribute to a positive living experience, particularly for families.
However, a contrasting and more recent review expresses significant dissatisfaction with the current state of Seven Oaks. This reviewer laments a change in the community's atmosphere, stating that "this place used to be so peaceful and quiet and now all you hear is music being played all times of the day up till 2am, burnouts and parties." This directly contradicts the earlier positive description of a "quite" community and raises concerns about a potential decline in the quality of life due to increased noise and disruptive behavior.
The same negative review is highly critical of the management's response to these issues, claiming that "managment does nothing to even attempt to stop anything." This lack of perceived action from the management to address noise complaints and disruptive behavior is a serious concern for residents seeking a peaceful living environment. The reviewer's disappointment is palpable, stating, "i hate it here. i wanted to stay here forever but now its impossible to sleep at night." This suggests a significant deterioration in the living experience for at least some residents.
The stark contrast between these two reviews highlights a potential transition or change occurring within the Seven Oaks community. The positive review suggests a well-maintained, quiet, and family-friendly environment, while the negative review paints a picture of increasing noise issues and a management team that is not effectively addressing these concerns. Local users considering Seven Oaks should be aware of these differing perspectives and investigate further to understand the current living conditions.
Based on these reviews, the potential environment, services, and features of Seven Oaks Mobile Home Park can be summarized as:
- Well-Maintained Grounds: At least historically, the community has been described as well-maintained.
- Neighborly Residents: A positive sense of community and politeness among residents has been noted.
- Kid-Friendly: The presence of an onsite park suggests a family-friendly environment.
- Potentially Quiet (Historically): Past reviews indicate a peaceful atmosphere, though recent feedback suggests this may have changed.
- Onsite Park: A recreational area for children within the community.
- Potential Concerns with New Management: One reviewer expresses concerns about the effectiveness of the new management.
- Recent Increase in Noise and Disruptive Behavior: A more recent review indicates a significant increase in noise levels due to music, burnouts, and parties, with a perceived lack of management intervention.
Given the conflicting feedback, local users considering Seven Oaks should take the following steps to gain a clearer understanding of the current situation:
- Contact the Management Directly: Reach out to the park at (817) 386-3112 or +1 817-386-3112 to inquire about their approach to noise control, community rules, and the management's responsiveness to resident concerns. Directly address the issues raised in the negative review and seek information on how the management is working to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Visit the Property: Schedule a visit to Seven Oaks to observe the current environment firsthand. Pay attention to the noise levels during different times of the day and evening, and assess the overall upkeep of the community.
- Speak with Current Residents (If Possible): If feasible, try to speak with multiple current residents to get a broader range of perspectives on the current living conditions, the effectiveness of the management, and the sense of community.
- Inquire About Community Rules and Enforcement: Ask for written documentation regarding community rules, particularly those related to noise and resident conduct, and inquire about how these rules are enforced by the management.
The location in Forest Hill, TX, a suburb of Fort Worth, likely offers a more suburban setting with access to local amenities and services. The presence of an onsite park is a notable feature that could be particularly attractive to families.
Currently, no information is provided regarding any promotional offers or specific features beyond what has been mentioned in the reviews. Local users should inquire directly with the management about any incentives for new residents or any unique amenities offered by Seven Oaks.
In conclusion, Seven Oaks Mobile Home Park in Forest Hill, TX, presents a mixed picture for local users seeking long-term housing. While it has been described as well-maintained, quiet, and family-friendly with a neighborly atmosphere and an onsite park, more recent feedback raises concerns about increased noise levels and the responsiveness of the new management. Prospective residents should carefully consider these contrasting views and conduct thorough personal investigation to determine if Seven Oaks currently meets their needs and expectations for a peaceful and well-managed community.

May 13, 2024 · Ron SaddlerNote to management about Joel Castro, who is going around to multiple mobile home parks and saying fraudulent company. That's not very ethical. His other reviews are pizza and taquerias.Do you you think this person is firing on all cylinders? Probably not.
