Based on the limited but strongly negative customer reviews available, it is crucial to approach Shady Acres Mobile Park with significant caution. The feedback suggests a considerable decline in the quality of living after a change in management. Potential residents should carefully consider the serious concerns raised before making any decisions about residing in this park.
Regarding the environment of Shady Acres Mobile Park, one review mentions that it "use to be Shady because of all the beautiful trees," but that many of these trees have been removed. This suggests a potential degradation of the aesthetic appeal and the natural shade that once characterized the park. The reviewer now sarcastically states it is "just Shady," implying a negative connotation beyond the literal lack of shade. Furthermore, the mention of "arguing couples" and "weird neighbors tweaking all the time" paints a picture of a potentially disruptive and unsettling living environment. For those seeking a peaceful and well-maintained atmosphere among "RV parks near me," the described environment of Shady Acres Mobile Park warrants serious consideration.
Information regarding specific services and features at Shady Acres Mobile Park is scarce in the provided reviews. Typically, mobile home and RV parks offer essential utilities such as water, electricity, and waste disposal. However, the negative focus of the reviews on management and resident behavior overshadows any mention of park amenities or services. It is essential for prospective residents to independently verify what services are provided, their reliability, and any associated costs. When comparing various "RV parks near me," a clear understanding of the included services is vital for an informed decision.
Features commonly found in mobile home parks can include laundry facilities, recreational areas, clubhouses, or security measures. The provided reviews do not mention any such features at Shady Acres Mobile Park. The absence of positive remarks about amenities, coupled with the negative comments about the overall living experience, suggests that these may not be highlights of the community. If specific amenities are important to your lifestyle, it is crucial to inquire directly about what Shady Acres Mobile Park currently offers.
Promotional information is not available within the provided data. Typically, mobile home parks might promote aspects such as location, affordability, or community features. However, given the severely negative feedback concerning the park's current state under new management, any external promotional materials should be viewed with extreme caution. Potential residents should prioritize the recent experiences shared by individuals familiar with the park over any potentially outdated or misleading marketing claims.
The customer reviews highlight several critical issues. One reviewer states, "It was a nice park until pama management bought it. Now it's a terrible place to live. Drug's and theift. ☹️ I am so anxious to get out of here." This indicates a significant decline in the quality of life and raises serious concerns about safety and security within the park. The explicit mention of "drugs and theft" is alarming and should be a major consideration for anyone contemplating residency.
Another review corroborates the negative assessment, describing it as a "terrible place to live." This reviewer recounts witnessing a violent incident and mentions issues with theft, specifically children stealing food from a refrigerator kept outside. The presence of "arguing couples" and "weird neighbors tweaking all the time" further contributes to a negative portrayal of the community atmosphere and raises concerns about potential disturbances and safety. These firsthand accounts paint a concerning picture of the social environment within Shady Acres Mobile Park.
The change in management ("pama management") appears to be a pivotal point in the park's decline, according to one reviewer. This suggests that past positive experiences may no longer be relevant under the current administration. Potential residents should focus on the most recent feedback to gain an accurate understanding of the present living conditions.
In conclusion, the available customer reviews for Shady Acres Mobile Park in Long Beach, CA, paint a concerning picture of a community grappling with issues of drug activity, theft, a disruptive social environment, and a perceived decline in quality of life under new management. Individuals searching for "RV parks near me" or considering mobile home living in Long Beach are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough, independent investigations before considering Shady Acres Mobile Park. This should include visiting the location, assessing the current environment, and seeking out additional, recent feedback from current residents if possible, to gain a comprehensive understanding of the potential risks and drawbacks associated with this community.

Mar 26, 2024 · DEBBIE GORDONSaw a lady get kicked in the face by her husband called the police she denied everything they left but can confirm is a terrible place to live we had a fridge outside and little kids would steal food from it we made it as nice as we could but arguing couples would ruin any good times and weird neighbors tweaking all the time
Aug 14, 2024 · Robert SarneRoadways within the park are atrocious and dangerous. Potholes abound and are getting larger by the day. To walk through the park is a treacherous feat. I personally have tripped and fallen several times. Fortunately without any serious injuries.
Jul 16, 2024 · Richard CliffordMmmmm where do I begin...there are so many bad things I can say about this place and very few good things to say so I will simply say if you are looking for anything to do with illegal activities then this is the perfect place to visit. It's a wonderland of debauchery. The restaurant Taco's Guadalajara nextdoor is f-ing great and I do believe everyone should eat there at least once. I'd go with the super fries.
