While the location could be much better, the owner does take care of the property. When it snows he is quick to come salt the road. Which if he didn't it would be impossible to drive up the hill. Price is reasonable. Property is just within city limits. Main road to access the trailer park is 25mph which is the biggest problem with this place. Update 2021. The area was hit with a couple big snows, the roads were in horrible condition, the cities roads that is. I go here to my mom's and the place is spotless, zero snow or ice on the roads inside the property. Just amazing. - Dustin Matheny
