Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park Introduce
If you are searching for "RV parks near me" in the Shepherdsville, Kentucky area, you might also be considering the option of a mobile home community for a more permanent living arrangement. Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park, located at 503 Salt Well Rd, Shepherdsville, KY 40165, is one such community in the vicinity. You can contact them at (502) 955-8918 or their mobile number +1 502-955-8918 for inquiries. While the platform category "RV parks near me" typically focuses on recreational vehicle parks, mobile home parks can also be a relevant consideration for those seeking a longer-term residential setting with a sense of community.
When comparing "RV parks near me" with mobile home parks, it's important to understand the fundamental differences. RV parks generally cater to temporary stays for recreational travelers, offering amenities suited for short-term visits. Mobile home parks, on the other hand, provide a more permanent residential option with individual lots designed for manufactured homes, fostering a stable community environment. Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park operates within this latter category.
The online reviews for Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park raise significant concerns regarding the management and the overall experience for tenants and prospective tenants. One reviewer, who states they do not live at the park but have friends and family who have or do, alleges that the management does not care about disabled tenants, family, pets, and property. This reviewer further claims that some (though not all) members of the management are "nasty" to long-term residents and that rules are not applied consistently across all residents. This feedback strongly advises potential residents to conduct thorough research before considering Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park.
Another review details a negative experience with the manager regarding the availability of a trailer for rent. This prospective tenant describes a series of alleged miscommunications and delays over several months. Initially, a trailer was supposedly going to be available in early December, but the date was repeatedly pushed back, with excuses provided. Ultimately, the prospective tenant was informed that the original trailer had been sold for cash. Subsequently, another "empty" trailer was offered, supposedly ready by the first week of February after flooring and paint work. However, by February, the manager reportedly claimed to be waiting for a police eviction of the current occupants of this "empty" trailer. The reviewer characterizes the manager as a "liar" and "extremely unprofessional" and strongly advises against dealing with this mobile home park.
Given these two negative reviews, it is challenging to provide an objective description of the environment, services, and features of Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park. The recurring theme in both reviews is a significant dissatisfaction with the management practices and the treatment of tenants and prospective tenants. These accounts suggest potential issues with communication, fairness, and professionalism within the park's administration.
In terms of the environment, the reviews do not offer any direct descriptions of the physical surroundings of Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park. Aspects such as the cleanliness of the park, the condition of roads and common areas, landscaping, and the general upkeep of the community are not mentioned. However, the allegations of management not caring about property could indirectly suggest potential neglect in maintaining the park's environment.
Regarding services, the negative reviews primarily focus on the perceived lack of care and unprofessionalism of the management. Standard services in a mobile home park typically include the provision of water, sewer, and electricity hookups for individual lots. However, the reviews do not provide any information about the quality or reliability of these essential services at Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park. The alleged inconsistent application of rules could also be considered a deficiency in service delivery to residents.
Features of Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park are not detailed in the provided reviews. Common features of such communities can include the size and layout of lots, parking availability, any communal amenities like laundry facilities or recreational areas, and the presence of on-site management. The negative feedback focuses on management issues rather than the physical features of the park itself.
No promotional information for Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park is included in the provided data. Therefore, details about any special offers, move-in incentives, or rental rates are unavailable. Individuals interested in learning about these aspects would need to contact the park management directly, keeping in mind the negative experiences reported in the reviews.
In conclusion, the limited online reviews for Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park in Shepherdsville, KY, paint a concerning picture regarding the management's professionalism, communication, and treatment of tenants and prospective tenants. The allegations of a lack of care for disabled residents, inconsistent rule enforcement, and misleading information during the rental process should be taken seriously by anyone considering this community. Due to the absence of positive or descriptive feedback about the park's environment, services, and features, it is impossible to provide a balanced overview based solely on this information. Prospective residents are strongly advised to exercise extreme caution and conduct thorough due diligence before considering Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park. This should include attempting to speak with current residents to gain firsthand accounts of their experiences and carefully evaluating the management's responsiveness and professionalism during any inquiries.

Shepherdsville Pointe Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place does not care about disabled tenants, family, pets and property. Some (not all) of the management are just nasty to the long-term residents of the park. The same rules do not apply to all. Do your research!!! Let me add I do not live nor ever have lived there but I do have friends and family that have/do.
Feb 06, 2024 · Tonya BakerThe manager lady likes to play games with people who literally have no where else to go and she has 4 kids that need a home. First she said the trailer would be available the first week of December, then come the second week of December she was contacted and said it definitely won’t be ready by December 16th, then she said the first week of January, then sent a text saying she sold that trailer for cash and had another one that was EMPTY and would be ready the first week of February, now its February and she claims she is waiting on the police to evict the people living in the trailer after she said it was empty and needed flooring and paint only. Shes a liar and extremely unprofessional. Definitely wouldn’t deal with this mobile home park
Feb 07, 2024 · Kayla StarrettBad area of shepherdsville. Drugs and fighting. Have family that lived there. Would not want to live there myself . Landlords won't fix anything that breaks in the trailers
Apr 09, 2024 · Mellody BrownMy elderly family members were beaten beaten by a drug crazed assailant in broad daylight who walked right into their home. Lot 75. Put security in there or change managers. Do something to protect those who own their homes from the trash your renting too!
