It was horrible I'm a single dad and there's time that it was windy and I would walk to the store I would leave my kids at home and they are old enough to be left alone at least for some minutes but the neighbors their are very nosy and would call the cops for a welfare check why I don't know but they would think I would leave them for hours at a time and lie a lot just cause my family dresses baggy loose clothes and thought I was gang affiliated nothing but trouble with most of the nosie people at Spanish palms I don't recommend it as a place to live unless your ready for all kids of drama and mostly all of them are related in one way or another.

There is also onsite maintenance. All age community. Kids and pets welcome. Low cost living. Rents are affordable. Lots are large and can be fenced for pets. There are 2 homes for sale currently. Homes priced under $70,000. Finance available through licensed lenders. Close to local schools and parks.
